Good value and great people

The service quality is second to none. What makes this hotel great us its people. We felt it was good value. As well as having bottled water in the room, there was a cold water dispenser by the lifts which is priceless in such hot climate. They had welcoming drink by the reception as well. I suggest frequent fumigation to get rid of the annoying little insects.
They were also very resourceful to help us with practical hand-held scales when we needed to weigh our suitcases. We recommend this place as we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is run down, the rooms are terrible, ours was meant to be a ‘superior’ and didn’t even have a window (and this wasn’t disclosed when I booked) My girlfriend and I checked out after 30 minutes of being there and booked a different hotel for the night.

All my special request they don't bought-her to response...... we booked two rooms, one we request for two single bed and another is Queen bed no entertained, and further more we request room with window view also not available, and one of the room we found cockroaches. We request to check in early, because, we arrived there early in the morning, but, without consideration our fatigue situation after a long journey from Singapore. They also do not allow us to check in early...Very very disappointed.....
We have much better services with other hotel.....

Avoid this hotel like a plague

Had to tell the reception 4 times to get the towels.When called, the front office staff was very rude and hung up the phone. When I went down, the staff insisted that the towels had been sent.Upon checking,only the face towels had been sent. Please read other reviews of rude encounters of other guests

its a budget hotel - what do u expect?!

the hotel is budget kinda hotel. so everything u get looks cheap. to me whats important is that the room is not dirty, the toilet is not dirty and no brown coloured spots, the air-con works fine. well since its near to the masjid india bazaar area and also the pasar malam TAR on the Saturday, well, its a pretty good place to be at.

Dirty and lousy condition!

Shower is for show only, not working and i had to shower using the tap and pipe beside the toilet bowl. Wanted to ask for a change of room, pick up the phone and cord spoilt! Bed is slanted and kinda itchy. Also, there's a freaking lizard in the toilet! had to scare it away myself. When time to check out, they didn't even check the room first, just take the card i passed them and said 'thats all' not even a thank you. Service is bad and guard sleeps while at work. Overall, terrible horrible experience!
