The hotel is beautiful. It is a little away from town so taxis are needed. But the hotel room, dining area, lobby are all fantastic. The only problem for us was the hotel did not have our reservation even though I paid for it a month ahead of time in hotels.com. I am not sure we got the upgraded room we paid for, and no one was able to find out about a refund for the balance. Other than that everything was quite good.

My partner and I booked a romantic weekend for our 1 year anniversary. Upon check-in, we were informed they could not honor our 2 night reservation because a wedding was booked \"nearly a year ago\". That was a blessing in disguise, because this hotel was beyond horrible. Our room had a shared balcony with another room, which was not mentioned on the site. Because they kept the drapes open all day, the room baked to oven level temperatures. The internet was so weak that the TV pixelated constantly, and my phone had no internet. The A/C unit was barely operating. It took all afternoon and evening and overnight to almost cool the room to a tolerable level. The toilet took several times to flush. To say the bathroom sink trickled water is generous. To top off the horrible experience, we left for dinner and when we returned, it was obvious that hotel staff entered our room without permission so they could plug items into the outlets in our room. They also turned off the A/C unit which really upset me.
There are 2 gems about this place hidden in a pile of garbage. The first is the woman who checked us in and who served our dinner was the most lovely, helpful, kind and professional person. She should be given management authority over the entire hotel. The second was the food was delicious.

The bed was not good, but the rest of the hotel was wonderful. The pool was small but refreshing. The food was very good, but not 5 star.
This hotel is located a bit from down town. Its very nicely decorated, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The prices for food and laundry were very cheap compared to a normal hotel. However the nightly rent was very high.
There are few nice hotels 4 Star or more on the island. If you want a quiet, off the beaten path hotel, this one is for you.

Foi fantástica nossa hospedagem em família na Casa Harb Boutique! A casa é lindíssima, cada cômodo é muito bem decorado com móveis requintados e ao mesmo tempo tem uma atmosfera de acolhimento como nossa casa. Tudo muito limpo, a limpeza é diária nos quartos com trocas de toalhas, água quente nos chuveiros e banheiras, tem frigobar e tvs nos quartos. O café da manhã é excelente com opções de café, leite e chocolate, feito tudo na hora com variedade também de pães, omeletes, panquecas e crepes doces e salgados, iogurtes com cereais, frutas frescas e sucos. O proprietário e amigo Jak Harb nos deu ricas dicas de lugares para visitarmos e comidas que deveríamos experimentar, além de conversarmos muito pois ele é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e passamos a ter grande estima por ele. As funcionárias da casa Yuli e Leila também foram maravilhosas e nos ajudaram com reservas de passeios, chamada de taxi, e dicas também de lugares e restaurantes. A casa também tem uma piscina linda rodeada de um jardim incrível, espreguiçadeiras com toalhas de banho e ombrelones, um luxo. Voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade com toda certeza e indicamos a Casa Harb Boutique!

A casa é maravilhosa, móveis lindíssimos, os quartos da casa é de muito requinte com peças de arte e de muito bom gosto, limpeza impecável diariamente, lençóis e travesseiros macios, piscina espetacular dentro de um jardim lindo, café da manhã delicioso feito tudo fresquinho, realmente foi tudo especial, fomos extremamente bem recepcionados pelo proprietário e amigo Jak Harb, e as queridas funcionárias Leila e Yuli, que me presentearam no dia do meu aniversário com um delicioso bolo de cenoura com creme de côco e nozes, além de sermos surpreendidos com um espumante dentro de nosso quarto. Sensacional foi a nossa hospedagem na Casa Harb Boutique! A casa é maravilhosa, móveis lindíssimos, os quartos da casa é de muito requinte com peças de arte e de muito bom gosto, limpeza impecável diariamente, lençóis e travesseiros macios, piscina espetacular dentro de um jardim lindo, café da manhã delicioso feito tudo fresquinho, realmente foi tudo especial, fomos extremamente bem recepcionados pelo proprietário e amigo Jak Harb, e as queridas funcionárias Leila e Yuli, que me presentearam no dia do meu aniversário com um delicioso bolo de cenoura com creme de côco e nozes, além de sermos surpreendidos com um espumante dentro de nosso quarto. Por tudo e muito mais que tivemos, já estou com saudade de todos, e, com toda a certeza, voltarei com minha família e indicarei a Casa Harb Boutique aos nossos amigos!

Muito incrível todo o local, excelente atendimento com todos que trabalham ali, sempre prezam muito pela educação e atenção ao hospede. Estava em lua de mel, e foi tudo muito bom. Tivemos um probleminha com nosso quarto, mas foi tudo solucionado da melhor forma possivel. Recomendo esse local pra quem quer um local calmo, com bom atendimento.

Infelizmente ficamos pouco tempo. Um lugar de paz para esquecer o mundo lá fora, com uma decoração inspiradora e que respira vida. O quarto sensacional com uma banheira imensa!! A piscina é muito gostosa. A receptividade da Leila e das outras funcionárias deixa muitos hotéis 5 estrelas para trás. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, que é pouco e não tão delicioso. Ah! Importante falar: a praia a frente do hotel é de pedras e não é banhavel, então não venha contando com ela. A praia mais perto necessita de transporte. Quanto a distância, é necessário transporte para ir a qualquer lugar (COP 30.000 em média), inclusive para as praias. Sugiro que alugue um Mule para economizar ou então venha preparado.

Não fosse a gentileza e atenção da equipe, em especial da Leila, a nossa estada teria sido um desastre. O Hotel é bom, próximo ao centro, mas tivemos alguns problemas: paguei pela acomodação mais cara do hotel, com vista para o oceano e cama king size e entretanto recebi um quarto com vista para o telhado da vizinhança e com cama de casal, porque o contratado estava ocupado. O ar condicionado do quarto que nos foi destinado não funcionava a contento e começou a jogar água para dentro do quarto chegando inclusive a queimar a tv. A internet não funcionava e durante toda estada, diariamente tive que usar a franquia do meu pacote de dados.

El lugar es una casa muy linda, restaurada con una decoración impresionante la verdad es un gusto llegar y estar ahí. Su personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cosas a mejorar, cuesta mucho comunicarse con la recepción siempre tuve que bajar pues no siempre están en el lobby. El desayuno incluido es poco variado y bastante poca cantidad, hay una carta a parte pagada qué no es cara, pero qué sentido tiene tener una carta a parte en un hotel con esos precios, que debe ser uno de los más caros de la isla. No tienen chef y no hay restaurantes cerca. Por último no cambiaron las sábanas en las 3 noches, yo la manché con salsa comiendo y aún así no lo hicieron. Al parecer están en una especie de plan de ahorro, se nota por los aires acondicionados apagados y los pocos amenities que dan en la habitación, lo que no es malo, pero se supone que es un hotel de lujo y no lo sentí por estos detalles.

Expetacular, o atendimento é familiar, diferenciado mesmo, o hotel poderia estar um pouco melhor conservado, mais apesar de alguns defeitos, sua arquitetura mistura um pouco de ostentaçao medieval com um modernismo que se evidencia em sua piscina primoroza. Falta um aquecimento na piscina é bem verdade, mais a atimosvera do local, com sua decoraçao exuberante e um som ambiente misturado com o som do mar, tornam a casa harb uma experiencia única e indispenssável, aos navegantes que podem pagar para gozar de luxo e bom gosto em terras caribenhas. Outro detalhe que gostaria de destacar, é a comida que nao é tao farta como nos hoteis brasileiros, mais a qualidade é indiscutivel um espetaculo a parte.
