We had an uneventful night which is amazing and we were able to rest on our road trio to Florida from New York. The wonderful woman at the desk at checkout was a delightful breath of fresh air to send us off on the second half of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.
Michael Joseph
It was a nice and perfect place to spend the night after a long trip from NY to Florida
Derrika
Wonderful hotel to stay at
Christopher
I really apreciate the available parking. The entrance was welcoming and the availability of the hand carts for luggage was a plus. Check inn was so easy. We were inn our room within 5 minutes from approaching the desk. Staff are excellent and very helpful. The room was so clean and fresh. Breakfast was absolutely a hit. The egg bites, bagels, coffee, ets were so yummy and refreshing.
Kim
Pet friendly
Kimberly
Our 3rd time staying at this location and it is consistently staffed by kind and friendly people.
Roderick
The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was great, the breakfast wasn't great at all has to be better in opinion. Other than very good hotel.
Lisa
The staff was friendly. Very clean rooms. We always stay at Hilton hotels rooms when traveling.
James
Room was clean, but smelled like a dog. The breakfast options were not good, the staff wasn’t prepared for all the people eating and they ran out of food quickly. I more than likely will not stay there again.
Cheryl
Nice, quiet and safe hotel. Always clean. Staff is always friendly.
Joeanne
Ok place for a night or two
Roberto
The breakfast was scheduled from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday. I arrived at the breakfast area at 9:00 am, but unfortunately, there was no breakfast available. I politely inquired with the breakfast staff about adding more egg, bacon, or sausage to my meal, hoping to at least enjoy a beagle. However, they refused to provide me with additional breakfast items. To make matters worse, the waffle batter was also quite disappointing.
Michael
The bathroom had hair from the previous people who stayed in the room. My family and I were really grossed out, and ran out of the hotel at 6 am. The bed had lint all over it and looked like it had bugs.
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence, SC while traveling from North Carolina for our daughter’s high school graduation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We had to change rooms three times due to issues with the rooms, and by the time we got to the third room, we were exhausted and just settled for it even though it still wasn’t ideal.
The first room half the lights did not work and ac would not turn on. The next room the towels were dirty and sink was clogged. The third room was missing items such as a drain stopper, the phone didn’t work. We also were awoke at 3 am due noise from the floor above.
After a long trip and such an important family occasion, we expected a much smoother and more comfortable stay. The repeated room changes caused unnecessary stress and took away from what should have been a special weekend celebrating our daughter’s achievement.
The staff member was polite, however it was only her with no help. The condition and readiness of the rooms were unacceptable. We expected much better from a Hilton property. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

Mike
Kichen and counter space great
Sabrina
Hotel was clean, staff was courteous and the room was spacious.
Elizabeth
I like all the facilities, commodity, next to restaurants and fast foods, well lit at night.
Carlene
I wish the entire unit was rug less, rugs felt dirty. Rooms could be updated, furniture is in need of some repair. Never seen a breakfast without eggs before, breakfast if thats what it was called was in need of an over haul.
Sherry
Large clean room with full size fridge. Only issue was not enough clean plates and silverware for breakfast buffet.
Dennis
Breakfast was great. Well-rounded with healthy choices. The room was excellent with a full kitchen, refrigerator, and dishes.
Daniel
For a continental breakfast is was very good.

We love staying here! Great staff and huge rooms- super conveniently located for the hockey crowd; can walk to the arena :)
Haralabos
Roaches, poor pool condition. Booked for five people and only 4 pillows available. After asking if we can get one more, we we're told that we don't offer extra pillows.
Katherine
Disappointed after driving and wanting to sit in pool but it was closed. The room was had hairballs on the floor. Then looking for a quick bite before traveling again but the breakfast was minimal. Wish i would have chosen another hotel in the area
John
The sole drawback of this property was that the shower did not have a hand-held sprayer. Otherwise, the room and facilities at the hotel were excellent as were the staff members that we dealt with.
Desi

Great room
Dmitriy
The room was beat up, old and rusty. The kitchen sink was leaking. Dishwasher had mold and stunk. The room had quite a few repairs done to it and they weren’t hiding it.
Elizabeth
Yes very clean and friendly!
Wendy Sue
Room is extremely spacious and very comfortable.
Catina

Clean, comfortable room with great amenities close to several restaurants.
Nancy
water pressure was horrible. The bed pillows were also not great .
Emily
We came for a hockey game, which was amazingly right across the street! Beautiful, spacious room at an amazing price. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Thank you!
Yane
Very good place
Brandon
It was ok. Room stunk and the keys didn't work the first time upon arrival.
Marisa
It was great stay clean and safe
Bianca
The room was fantastic large and fit my family a five perfectly. The TV was in an odd place because only four of the five people stay in so one of the Queen beds and the sofa bed could see it fine the other Queen could not. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean.
Jeanne
The only downfall to our stay was the noise. Above us and our floors doors slamming. Luckily for us it stopped around 10 so we got to sleep
Sara
Very clean room, bed was very comfortable and the room had a great kitchenette. I would defy stay here again.
Cheryl
Helpful and friendly staff.
Scott
Extremely disappointing! Bathroom was beyond dirty. Desk chair unsafe. Will never be staying here again.
Michaela
Dated location compared to other location. Body wash bottle completely empty. Carpets in desperate need of cleaning
LUIS
Great breakfast buffett
Barbara
Clean room. Quiet. Breakfast could use some variety.
Jennifer
Nice and clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. My husband and kids likes the breakfast offerings.
Heather
The entire carpet in our room was moist. It was really gross. Then we needed up covered in pet hair. Our pullout couch has no bedding and no pillows. Most the dishes had a weird film over them. Home2 Suites is usually our go to when we travel, but the cleanliness was just not good here.
Hana
The hotel wasn’t prepared to be sold out for the weekend. Rooms were dirty, not enough pillows or blankets.
Laundry machine didn’t work.
Breakfast was the worst I have seen. No utensils, not enough food,

Pet friendly and easy on off I 95

After a few hours in the room we got a call and a person who claimed to be with the hotel staff said that there was some kind of a problem with my credit card and they wanted me to give them my card number over the phone so they could retry it. I said I would come down to the main desk to take care of the matter. When I got to the desk the staff wasn't aware of any problem. I suspect it was a scam in trying to get my card info over the phone.
Brenna
Spacious room with excellent amenities
Brian
Clean room, good location, quick checkin
Denise
We had a wonderful stay! All were friendly and attended to any needs we had during our stay!
Thank you!
Thank you!

Last second booking. Clean and friendly environment.
Amy
Great location! Safe area. Plenty of parking.
Howard
Clean, well-equipped room. Friendly and courteous front desk staff. The only disappointment was not having MSNBC on the channel guide. Well, not unexpected as it was South Carolina, after all.
Ronnie
The front desk service was top notch as she assisted me with getting my reservation corrected that Hotel.com messed up.
Effie
Firstly, the check in was easy and smooth, but the room had quit a bit of mold and was a little dated. I couldn't get hot water to come out of the shower, but run it on cold and let it run for a few minutes. It was labeled wrong, the breakfast was GREAT, something different each day. Overall it was a good stay, I would recommend, but bring some Lysol.
Kal
Everything was nice and clean. Staff was wonderful.
HEATHER
Room was clean. Staff very friendly to me and my dogs. Enough parking and large area for dogs to use.
Glenn
Disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance
Karla

Darrius
Clean and spacious room.
Todd
At check-in a heavy set lady with dyed blonde hair kept telling me my card was not working. I told her in was prepaid. Then she said oh well run your card for $10.00 incidentals. At 11:30pm I received an outside call from her confederate attempting to get my card credit card number but did not know my name despite repeated requests. I put two and two together and filed a complaint with FCSO. If she is on duty be extra careful
Mellissa
Nice quick overnight on long distance trip
Wendi
The front desk lady who checked me in was very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as expected. There were waffles and juice. No knives to cut bagels or cream cheese, no eggs or bacon, and on our last day, no forks, to go coffee cups, and many other standard expectations. The excuse given was that they didn't get their delivery. Also, no bottled water the whole time we were there.
Ann Marie
We stay frequently with our dogs and find it to be the best in Florence.
Ronald
Location, Quiet, Nice area
Zeeshan
Not worth the money
Excellent customer service but old property. Not as good as other home2 hotels.
Kim
The bed was terrible, you could feel every movement, the breakfast at the hotel was not well maintained the food that was available was fine but you had to wait or ask for waffle mix, sausage, coffee, plates, utensils. There appeared to be only 1 person staffing on a weekend morning.
The pool was freezing.
Maintained of the suite but bathroom was poor, appears no cleaning under the handle of the shower so it was stained and dirty, the towels in the room had a large hole in it and behind the door was missing and was not with in the room so assuming they had removed it previously.
We have stayed with this brand before and expected much better then was recieved.

Quick overnight stop right off 95- convenient, clean, room very big and weel-stocked.
Anthony
Most days during my stay the hotel ran out of food for the buffet breakfast
C.B.
Our first room had a sodden carpet due to a leaking air conditioner. Second room...same issue.
The young lady at the front desk blatantly told us she didn't care because she wasn't going to be working there any more.
Our third room -- at 11 pm -- was okay.
We will not be staying here again.

Get your stuff and go !
Housekeeping came in, took my old towels, but didn’t leave any new towels nor did they clean the room. Check out as normally 11 AM. Usually when I request a check out at noon, there’s never a problem, but the lady with the bald head. Refuse to allow us to check out at 12.
