All good!
Kirk
Booked an overnight stay July 2026. Right off 95. Clean rooms, safe area. Free breakfast but also Starbucks and plenty of breakfast options open early before getting back to driving.
Lawrence
The staff was awesome. Rooms and grounds were spotless. Breakfast was good, but no pastries.Plenty of parking.
Donna
There was very little breakfast not even a waffle or a muffin. The hotel has an odor I didn’t appreciate.
Tara
Easy parking, clean room, good breakfast.
Perr
The coffee was cold when I left in the morning.
Crystal
Customer service was great I had a smooth check in and check out the hotel was clean the rooms where very clean the pool water was a lil too cold so we didn’t get in but other then that the stay was wonderful
Sharon
I had a wonderful time, enjoyed everything
Amanda
Booked and prepaid through Expedia. Got to hotel and they said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us and there was nothing they could or would do about it.
Van
This property has a lot of workers..... not as good as others
ROBIN
We arrived At 345 pm and a king bed room was not ready. We waited until 445 pm. We were offered no compensation for the hr wait. Some if the safe were inappropriate taking about their “baby Daddy”. Upon arrival the coffee was cold and one tea bag. Breakfast was clean and plentiful however the bananas were terrible. The room was difficult to regulate the temperature. And the sink plug/stopper was missing. Bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows very lumpy.
Virginia
Room was clean. Area was not tourist and questionable.
JEAN
Nice staff and room super clean
Elizabeth
Great amenities the lobby was huge and really nice.
Richard
Dirty room. Floors were sticky. Hairdryer was holiday. My wife could not use it. I was really disappointed in the overall hotels.
lorrie
Good place to stay only issue is you can hear stomping and banging from the other rooms. No carpet in the rooms to block the sound.
ruth
We have always had a good experience, staff is helpful and friendly, they are pet friendly, rooms are comfortable
Norman
Exercise room was closed
Gary
Very clean and nice.

The hotel is fine, the woman who checked me was personable and attentive.
I went to my room, the remote was not working I came out later to front desk and no one was there. I called out and a gentleman gave out from the back. I explained that my remote was not working, I gave it to me and he simple said under his breath that the batteries where dead. He than took another remote out of the desk and used those bateries. He then handed it back to me and said nothing. I said thank you and left. Not very friendly or personable. I felt like he was doing me a favor or I was bothering him.
The next morning I was checking out and went to lobby for coffee and breakfast. Again no one at desk. The coffee was empty and no breakfast. Someone finally came out the back, and asked about breakfast and she sated that the breakfast lady was late and breakfast was going to be late with no time mentioned. Not very helpful.
As someone who was in the hospitality business, I was very disappointed with the attitude of your staff, I would expect better from hilton. I had to leave and didn't have breakfast.
Just thought you should know.

Before I go into the nasty, the manager at the desk went over and beyond to ensure our happiness. With that said, once in our room the floor was not clean, bodily hair in the shower, and no soap or shampoo. We were moved to a new room which was in much better shape than the previous. I do not think we will stay at this location again.
Jeffrey
I only stayed one night on my way home, but the hotel was conveniently located, easy find, quiet and comfortable.
Ronald
Convenient location.
Erik
Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Jane
The breakfast could be better, the eggs should be a scrambled eggs not everyone likes stuff mixed in. The sausage served with it could be a better brand, better quality.
Sharon
Breakfast amenities location and staff were all terrific. Room was pretty clean but the bathroom floor could have been better. Definitely would recommend.
Catherine
Check in was smooth, and the clerk was so nice and welcoming. The room was beyond clean, and the breakfast was awesome.
vincent
Breakfast worker was great Clerk at checkin needs a personality Morning clerk was just as bad. Either one does not belong in hospitality business
Christine
This hotel was OK for a quick overnight stay. The staff was super friendly. The main living space was clean. However, the bathroom was very dusty, the back of the door had gray finger markings on it and the blow drier was in poor condition. Since we only were staying over night, I just dealt with it.
Jenn
The breakfast was fantastic! Lesa was a wonderful breakfast host and we would return to this property just to see her again!!
Andrea
Room was pretty clean. No microwave in room. Only one to use in lobby that was extremely dirty. Easy check in. Breakfast was good.
KATHERINE
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee real good
Juan
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was decent and there is plenty of parking. A+
Carlton
Staff great, parking excellent, fitness center good, no microwave in room.
Camil

Samina

Diane

jayenelle

Raymond
Room had no ice bucket, cups, glasses. Only one sitting chair. Two could not sit and eat.
Sherri
Very clean room, quiet atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely stay again.
Robin
Staff at front desk at check in seemed completely disinterested in helping . Parking was fine , room was lacking in simple amenities.
Raymond
We enjoy the Lavazza coffee but upon arrival at 6 PM all the coffees and water were room temperature- couldn’t make coffee! The microwave was was very dirty with food spillage, needed to be wiped down!! Breakfast selection was good.
Lawrence
Breakfast was not good at all eggs were mushy
Margaret
The room was small and simple but it had everything we needed. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and the soaps/shampoo etc were in dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The food was better than most family hotels.
The only problem was that the electric vehicle charger was only for Teslas. If they installed a J1772 charger then all EVs could use it, even Teslas.

Victor
The breakfast was OK those eggs are disgusting. I don’t know why all of you hotels used the same type of eggs with all the peppers and onions and stuff. It’s gross. It should just be eggs plain.
ROBIN
Nice clean simple hotel
Jeremy
I didn't get to check in nobody was working in the lobby i stayed there for 30 mins and didn't get my reservation serviced
Charles
The room was comfortable but just a bit compact. Not complaining just giving an assessment. The tv is n at least a 55 inch flat screen mounted on the wall at a good height above the desk. The bathroom was spacious enough and with a walk-in shower and plenty of lighting. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Lasonia

Public areas are outstanding w/pool table.

The front desk staff was inattentive. I’ve been there waiting to ask a question almost 5 minutes while she was looking at her phone then after she came to help me, she was still kind of rude.
Crystal
Listing says there’s a game room on property and there are microwaves in the rooms. Neither of those statements are true. My children were turned away for breakfast one morning 20 minutes before close. Attendant said she wanted to clean up and they could not eat. They closed the pool one night as we were walking in. No explanation, no apology. Very disappointed to have paid that much for stated amenities that were blatant lies. This was for my son’s 13th birthday and this mom is upset that his weekend didn’t go as planned.
Ulrich
minimally outfitted room, baren and cold, outside lights flooding into tthe room. miserable breakfast,, poor excuse for an accessible bathroom. I have stayed in budget hotels with more comfort.
Robert
Wonderful staff and clean room. Anecdotes and breakfast were on point, as well. However, the lobby at night was dirty and not maintained. Mud was tracked throughout, the microwave was flooded with coffee or soup (and had spilled down into the cabinet and floor). I had to clean it up in order to use it.
Also, the interstate noise, engine brakes, sirens and excessively bright parking lot lights all made for poor sleep. (I'm generally not bothered by some sound and light, but this was pretty bad.)
I stayed at a few Tru hotels when they were first launched and I loved them. So much so, that I search for them when traveling. They are certainly pricier, but I decided to pay extra to stay here. Given the location, obvious wear & tear, and lack of detailed attention, I won't choose this one again and will think twice when booking a Tru elsewhere. Not as good as they used to be ... especially for the higher cost over your competitors.

A clean room is a priority, but check in staff was perfect. I appreciate the breakfast counter but I lived the temperature control in our room just as much. Looking forward to our next stay.
Christopher
Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Maricela
Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Place was very clean. Room was very clean and comfortable.
John
The location ran out of scrambled eggs.
Jade
My room was very spacious and clean and i enjoyed the surround sound tv and the floors and bathroom were clean. The staff was very nice.

We were there for less than 12 hours so my review may not be useful for all. But we had great time there, the staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast was simple yet nice. I just wish they had refilled everything bagels. It was just 7am and when requested the staff said it's finished. So I'm assuming they weren't fresh and carried forward form the previous day.
As it's mentioned in other reviews they should definitely change the pillows, they were practically pain in the neck lol ...I asked for firmer pillows but they didn't have any but nice thing is she asked me if I want an extra blanket and we said yes. It was sent to our room quickly. McDonald's is around the corner which closes at 11pm
The biggest added point was an EV charger on sight so a big plus for us. All in all a good place to land

kathleen
Breakfast was terrible. Staff not helpful. Coffee cold, out of bagels, requested a packet of oatmeal and told only grits today.
Andrea
Clean room. Shower had Great water pressure. Great tv. Microwave was very dirty in lobby. Friendly attendant at desk.
Arthur
Room was clean &comfortable. Staff was friendly, and treated us great. Only shortcomings was the breakfast, not much to choose from, pancake maker was not working, grits were lumpy and dry. To be fair, it was Christmas morning and toward the end of breakfast time.
Marita
We enjoyed our stay. Everything stood out Staff, Clean room and Amenities.
Cleber
The breakfast was missing items, the trash bins were full, staff was nowhere to be found, taking care of the breakfast and cleaning.
Robert
Nice room. Clean and compact.
Nelly
Clean room, friendly staff but they need to update pillows
Heidi
This was the second time staying there. Love the location. New hotel. Great amenities. But my bedding was not clean this time. Very very disappointed and still grossed out about it. My first visit everything was clean and spotless.

“This is the third time we’ve stayed near I-95. Everything is clean and convenient for travelers.”Thanks
nuris
The room was very tight. Bathroom door made lots of noise. Discount experience, poor pillows and bedding, bathroom supplies mediocre. Whole experience generally mediocre. Staff was absolutely fine but stay barely step above motel.
Bee
Only one ice machine. Thats in the lobby. Level 3 button stopped working in elevator. Reported it, had it fixed in about 2 hours. Broke again a few hours later. Has lights outside ained directly at buildong and into windows on third floor. Shades blocked most light but not all. Not a quiet atmosphere at night at all. Was decent for the price
Diane
The room was without any safety rugs for traction. I fell while there and still have pain in my neck, and where my head hit the bed. The chair I sat down in was on rollers on laminate flooring. The chair had no locks on the wheels. The head of housekeeping said she would bring me an ice pack for my head, but she did not. Also, the mattress sits on a base that moves away when you sit down. No safety rugs between the beds to give you traction.
Charles
Internet was good. Remote on TV was slow
DIDIET
VERY GOOD
Michelle
Would stay again
Janet

Greg
Clean room, Great Staff, Nice Breakfast
Roberta
Called housekeeping to clean the floor in my room. Also the front desk was not manned at all times. Staff was friendly though. Good location.
Michelle
Everything was FANTASTIC. Clean, spacious room, nice decor, games in the lobby and outside a big connect four board. Lots of fun available. Breakfast had something unique and INCREDIBLE. They had a vanilla yogurt machine dispensing farm fresh yogurt that tasted incredible!!!! I WILL be back!!! Oh- the bed was wonderful as well
Botirbek
Was very good!
David
Only problem I had was that there was no regular coffee at breakfast. Waited 20 minutes at 7:30 in the morning and finally gave up and left. Everything else was fine
Christie
All was good.
John
Convenient to my event, quiet and clean. Stay with confidence.
