This hotel was very clean. It had a great breakfast for a fee. I booked this hotel based on it's amenities. At check out i was explaining that this was a nice hotel however very disappointed in the lack of a even warm \"spa\". I did not get to finish my conversation with the attendant before i was rudely interrupted by the maintenance person who chose to have raised voice at me, even tho i was being calm and respectful in my dialog to the feont clerk. The maintenance man \"of 20years\" also chose to curse at me. It would have been easy to join him in the swearing fun and act an ass as he was. He a angrily asked what could be done to make it right to fullfill the \"hilton garden promise\". I had no answer at first and he demanded my response 2 more times angrily. So i said you could give me a discount on my stay. And he very wickedly said my only choice was points. Fine give me points that i will not be using because if this is how customers are allowed to be treated that are being calm and respectful I want nothing more to do of that. He almost had me in tears. The swells were there. I asked the feont clerk if he was a manager and she said \"no\". His authoritative behavior raised my anxiety and i probably should have responded the way he was treating me. I am a better person than that. Once i can wrap my head around the disrespect of this hospitality establishment I will be reaching out about this.

It was a nice stay minus the children running up and down the hall in an out of the pool even after the pool was closed and the front desk rep had told them the pool was closed and they still did not listen to her. I think when the pool is closed it should be locked by staff that the room keys do not work after closing hours. It was very annoying and my room was completely across from the area. I just did not like that part however. The stay is always great. I think the bar area should be open a little later than 10pm at least mid night that would be nice. The breakfast was great we will continue to stay here when we travel to PA for family visits. We love it.

Check in was great, Blake was awesome. The room was in decent shape. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly 100% of the time. There was next to no water pressure so it took longer to take showers. I didn’t want my room cleaned, but put my filled trash can outside the room. Workers walked by all day and didn’t change the trash. It wasn’t until the evening finally I saw it had been emptied.

There were several weddings going on. One of the guests brought their dog with the. They left at around 5:30 pm to attend wedding downstairs. They were booked on the 4th floor adjacent to the elevator. Everyone someone exited or entered the elevator, walked past the room the dog would bark.

I would think the hotel would have dog friendly rooms on the fourth floor for easy exit to outside facilities. Not to mention people with allergies to dogs. This barking continued till after 10pm.

Our room was adjacent to the dogs room. When I went down to the front desk to lodge my concerns I was told by the front desk they didn’t have a phone number for the guest and they would try to locate them.

The next day when we went to check out no one was at the desk. Other customers came after about 8 minutes the front desk person returned with a dog???

Hotel seemed to cater more to dogs then guest.

I have stayed here several years ago, before the remodel. It is much lighter and brighter now. The rooms are a generous size and comfortable. A suggestion that I would make is better sound proofing. We could hear noise from other rooms.

The room was very nice (we stayed in a handicapped accessible room) & the bed was comfortable, but the toilet was extremely loud when flushed. I appreciated that anything in the bowl would go down but waking up my husband - or me when he was in there during the night wasn't conducive to sleeping, especially being older means that between the 2 of us we get up a couple of times. You could buy a breakfast buffet, but I thought that was a little over priced for a buffet that was similar to what other hotels offer for free. The area itself was very nice & quiet and easy to find with our GPS. Over all it was a very nice stay.

My room was very uncomfortable, the mattress was super hard and the room always had a smell of sewer. The refrigerator smelled and the even the sitting chair was uncomfortable. My neighbor decided that smoking weed was ok and my room smelled like weed too..I was on business. I booked on Expedia and was a member of Hilton I got a better rate. I was booked into a handicap room and it was terrible. I feel bed for the handicap people who have to stay in that dreadful room. They don’t even have automatic doors for handicap people. The morning staff was nice. The rest of the staff could use a class on customer service. Going to stay next store at marriot so much better!

Very Good Stay

This hotel offers a solid experience. The structure is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the gym is a fantastic bonus—clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: plenty of tasty options and a good way to start the day.
A major plus is the free car charger, which was super convenient!
That said, one downside was the attitude of some staff members. At times, it felt as though they weren’t too happy to be there, which slightly affected the overall vibe. Thankfully, this didn’t overshadow the many positives.
All in all, it’s a great hotel and definitely worth considering

Horrible unprofessional money grab

How made a reservation for Friday and Saturday got stuck in traffic and weather coming down from Maine.
I called the front desk as a courtesy,at about 11 AM to say that I probably would not be in Friday night. I believe her name is Jennifer at the desk. She told me I need to call at 2:30 AM in the morning before the night audit or they would charge me for the room and would loose both nights.
I called Horels.com and I could hardly understand the operator. Who after 10 minutes told me that everything was taken care of and that although I’d be charged for Friday night, my room would be available for me early Saturday when I arrive.
When I arrived, there’s no one to check me in at desk. I had to wait 10 minutes at the desk before he arrived.
He said my reservation was cancelled and locked and that I’d have to pay an additional 140.00 + dollars to stay there. Being exhausted traveling over 14 hours, sleeping overnight in a car I asked if they could cover the room he said no.
He said he had several rooms available he could put me in a king room on the second floor. Meaning that they not only made money on me not staying in the hotel room they didn’t need the room.
It gets better… I paid for the room. The room was pretty well used even the sheets were thin. In addition, a large pile of laundry from the room next to me, sat on the floor in the hallway the entire time I was there.
I I’m in the service industry and I would never treat a guest that way.

Great stop!

Just make sure to ask for your breakfast vouchers if you choose that option. It was a bit of a mixup for us the next morning. Otherwise the restaurant food was so much better than we expected. Good drinks too. Bartender was super nice to our family. We had 9 and 11 yr old boys w us. Pool was a good amenity as well. Room and bed was very comfortable.

Overall good stay

The room and cleanliness were quite good. The bed was a little hard but the pillows excellent. The breakfast is not complimentary but it has a good variety with fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes and baked goods. Stay away from the made to order omelets. They were dry and overcooked.
