Terrible. Arrived and staff was rude and slow at checking. Our room was dirty with old towels and dirty bed (look at pictures ).again staff was slow and we had to sit in the corridor with our suitcases for 40 minutes. We specifically booked for a room with a balcony , but were given a new room which apparently was an upgrade but it had no balcony. Again when we let the staff know they said it’s either this or you wait for your main one to actually be cleaned. We were tired and it was the evening so we took it. Room is dirty with splashes in the bin and all over the kitchen. Bathroom has mould. Pool is dirty, sauna and hamma aren’t working. Half of the gym is falling apart. Totally avoid

Functional apartment. Central. Downside was the shower exhaust fan not working and a fridge that seemed temperamental. When you are charging 200 Euros a night we expect that these things are attended to. Also kitchen amenities were lacking. There was no kettle. And finally room cleaning was infrequent. On a positive note I found staff helpful. What really lets this place down though was the smokers near the stairs. Smoke wafted into corridors.

Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes.

The attendant named Marc was worth the price of admission. Very friendly and helpful. You have to register online before checking in and they give you a gate code which gets you inside where the attendant will give you the keys. It's a little different than I was used to. But the place overall was very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful pool and a great breakfast which is included on the price. I would highly recommend

Staff very friendly. Corridors uninviting and difficult to navigate in the dark. Definitely need a car for this location as bus service minimal. No large towels provided and nowhere to get a drink on a late arrival. However a good base at a reasonable price.

Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map.

Zenitude Antibes was surprisingly excellent. We were used to stay in properties that are 3 or 4 stars, but due to our proximity to parking our car between Marseille and the rest of the Côte d'Azur, this was a very convenient location. Although we were a little confused to getting off the A8 off-ramping to the property, it was easy enough after we arrived.

The property was very clean. It had all the kitchen and cooking utensils we would need for daily meal prep. The pool was very attractive and was very well maintained and long. One could do full lapses. Meanwhile, we were also surprised by the Sauna and Workout room. Our room had a huge terrace (150 SF) and a dining table for us to eat outside. The quality of the hanging rack and tables were average, we would consider this a 3-star property in the US, maybe slightly above a AC or Best Western upgraded.

Parking was free and very convenient as well once you get used to the labyrinth of the many A, B, C, D buildings. And getting in and out of the property was very easy. The check-in staff was very friendly, even though Luis intially did not find our restaurant.

Pictures are very misleading. The property is very bad maintained. It was acceptable clean on the main areas but we found old pasta at the fridge. No soap in the bathroom! We were 4 and we had only 2 towels. There was a kitchenette but not even a glass or a coffee maker or coffee of any kind.

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Effective towel heaters in the bathrooms too!
The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. I imagine it could get noisy in the corridors, but it was quiet when we stayed there.
We'd been switched from a 5-person apartment to 2 adjacent rooms without notification from the property, but were happy with the setup and with the warm welcome and asisstance from the friendly security guard.

It was a last minute booking to be nearer the airport for an early morning flight so served a purpose. It was value for money, if people want luxury then you will not get it here but then you should expect to pay for that. This was inexpensive, clean and basic. Did have a good pool and sun loungers but we did not use them.

I'll start by saying the staff here are (mostly) friendly and try to help (within their limitations). However, Expedia has let us down portraying this property as much more modern and well kept than it is. It is unfortunately tired and shabby. The lovely photo of Reception is not current. The furniture that greets you on arrival is stained and dull. The same goes for the rooms. There is paint peeling from ceilings and the edges of the basin cabinets are coming off. The floor had been 'cleaned' yet made bare-feet instantly dirty. In one room the air conditioning was not working. After 2 days of promises to fix it we had to request to move rooms. The towel rail was not working and again maintenence either did not come or just did not fix it (to dry towels as we were only entitled to clean ones once). They promised to provide a mop (as we are responsible for keeping the room clean). We gave up asking for things to be fixed.

They provide one roll of toilet paper at the start and multi purpose liquid soap/shampoo and if you run out you need to request more from Reception at specific (limited) opening times (not the whole day as stated by Expedia) as there is no housekeeping (nor an internal phone to call anyone). There was no 'turndown service' as listed by Expedia. And the rooms are certainly not 'soundproof'. There are no parasols (the hotel were surprised they were listed by Expedia), the steam room & half of the gym equipment were out of order. Expedia update this listing!

La habitación es muy compelta y cómoda, salvo la almohada cuadrada y dura. La recepción abre de 8 a 12 y de 15 a 19 y uno debe avisar que llega tarde. En mi caso no avise y nunca me avisaron la manera de hacer el check in. Llame varias veces sin éxito. Esto deberian mejorarlo. Pude entrar a la habitación porque otro huesped abrio la caja se seguridad y estaba mi llave, pero estuve casi 1 hora esperando sin saber si podia dormir o no.

I loved the welcome from the hotel staff as they all went above and beyond to make my stay welcoming, particularly the man on reception who helped me with the menu. The girls at the breakfast buffet were also lovely.

I wasn’t keen on being out in the countryside a bit but that can’t be helped. Everything else was great. I would stay at a residence like this again.

Just got back from a weeks stay.
Staff couldn't be any more helpful they allowed us to check in super early since we arrived in the morning. The room was a lot bigger than expected and clean. No problem with this hotel at all and would go and tay there again.

Stayed for three nights and it was great. Very well equipped studio with kitchen stuff, it was clean and tidy although towels weren’t replaced and they didn’t come in to clean the room daily, so I’m assuming you have to let them know expressly if you need them to. Overall, can’t complain

The best welcome we received at any of the hotels we’ve stayed at. A wonderful gem of a hotel. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook a three course meal - even a blender. I had a slight issue with the shower door that’s all. What they dont tell you in the description is that the pool is an infinity pool!! Make sure you get there early as it’s in the shade much later in the evening. Good location to drive to Antibes.

Even though the building was a little older, the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds and bathrooms were kept clean. Beware of the fact that you have to clean and throw out your own trash. There is also a really nice swimming pool.

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable with a clean and comfortable room that looked like it cost so much more than what we paid for. The staff were lovely and even when we experienced some problems with our overall holiday, they were extremely helpful. The only downside is the hotel is a bit far from the city centre - restaurants etc but the staff were glad to help us find bus routes and the buses are VERY cheap. Take change with you as the vending machines only take change and when we arrived we were thirsty but didn’t have coins on us so we had to wait until the morning. Loved this hotel however and are definitely planning a return.

Staff speaks little English but overall friendly. Room size ok with little kitchen just beside the bed. Kettle is dirty. Room is very dark with only two small lamp beside the bed. Bed is not very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms in total and after checked in, we were resting and someone knocked on both of our doors loudly. On the next day at about 9am, staff / cleaners enter our room with their own set of key WITHOUT KNOCKING!!! There is no safety lock. Check out time is 10am and staff came in before that, this is totally unacceptable. We do not feel safe and will not ever stay here again.

I stayed fro a week whilst on Business in Cannes, the hotel was close to the airport and a convenient location to access Cannes by taxi, although rush hour traffic increased the travel time into Cannes.

The staff were very helpful and professional and the rooms comfortable and clean. Top floor rooms overlooking the pool give a view to the mountains.

Zenitude is a nice appartment.The staff was nice..The only dusadvantage is the hotel is on the motorway and u need a car or bus if u are out and about.Only bus 1 and 9 does this route but most of the time they dont go up to the hotel and u have to walk a good 20 mins.The bus will stop at super Anribes near carefour and u have to walk.
The hotel is close to juan le pins beach around half hour by bus 9

I've stayed in Antibes several times, and this is probably one of the best experiences I've had. I lost my room keys, and the security guard went well above and beyond, helping me find them. With the aid of his flashlight, we found that they fell deep into the gear shifter of my rental car. We both tried to retrieve them, and when we were unsuccessful, he gave me a replacement set and told me he'd write a note to have reception help me in the morning. I ended up retrieving them with a stirring spoon. :)

The little things were very nice at this hotel. Good water pressure and heat in the shower. Internet speed is fine; I did pay for the higher speed because I had to work on some training videos. Onsite laundry is a huge plus, because it means I did not have to drive to Antibes and find a place to park to do laundry. There are no restaurants (that I could find) in walking distance, but the kitchenette is quite nice. There is a Carrefour fairly close; I bot groceries for a week and never had to go out.

Be sure to contact the hotel if you are arriving outside of their reception hours. They will leave keys in the safe, and give you the gate code. I arrived before checkin on a Sunday, but was able to hang out in the lobby and get some work done over wifi.

It was great except that it is a long way from anything else like cafes, shops, beaches, nightlife. It is fine if you just want to stay in a resort type of environment but you either have to cook or get takeaways delivered. There is a Carrefour 20 mins walk away or the local bus away.
The staff were great and very helpful but I there was a problem with the wifi as it will not send emails nor allow you to make Whatsapp or Facetime calls. This was frustrating.
The rooms are great and fully self-contained, clean and big. It was very quiet even though it is near the motorway and there were so many people staying there.
Great pool and relaxation area.

Location was out of the way - need a GPS as quite complicated to locate . Modern new build so without character and a somewhat concrete jungle . Staff were friendly . Nice swimming pool - decent enough breakfast for extra charge. Easy safe parking - free. Room small. Uncomfortable sofa bed . Could not understand why door on shower opened inwards so impossible to get in to have a shower - after complaining door was turned around to open outwards ! Surely we were not the first ones to use this room ? Strange . Also the outside door to the apartment was very stiff and difficult to open so obviously a few maintenance issues here . Price was good for area and for us it was convenient and served its purpose but 2 nights was enough .

Really enjoyed stay, fair price for expectations.nice to have access to kitchen (needs a frying pan though). I sadly didn't use gym (1of the reasons I booked it), it look little undermaintaned/dirty. There are laundry machines but no coin change station so sux to be u if you have bills.The non-smoking room policy is nice on paper, but was annoyed to smell smoke when sleeping because ppl can smoke on balconies/outside. Little false advertisement, it's either zero smoke in room or not. We also stayed close to spiral staircase and when ppl pass metal mesh walkway, it flaps too much, making excessive loud noise. Felt like a parade of elephants passing at times. Need to zip tie the boards to make no noise. These last two issues would prevent me from returning, esp smoking part. Staff was very friendly and helpful, 5* to them.

hotel was Ok but bins were never emptied nor towels or sheets changed during week we stayed. Bitten badly by mosquitoes. Rooms large enough. Buses took different routes so chech with driver as to where NO1 or No9 go to as they may not go to hotel. No bus after 8pm ad]nd closest shop 1ml away. Staff ok

Mais endroit est vraiment très joli. Je recommande tout à fait cet établissement situé à Antibes à côté se trouve Carrefour et il est en centre-ville, c’est vraiment très bien.

arrivée vers 20 heures plus de réception alors que le site mentionne jusqu'à 21 heures .Prise d'empreinte de la carte bancaire pour caution .Ascenseur en panne .Studio vaste et équipé mais un lit alors que nous avions spécifié lits jumeaux à la réservation .Peu de papier toilettes .Chambre donnant sur l'autoroute avec une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas , impossible de dormir correctement ,cerise sur le gâteau des travaux de voierie sous la fenêtre le matin .La réception au courant de la défaillance de la baie vitrée ne nous a pas proposé d'alternative , dommage ...mauvaise expérience.
