Had a great time in Super Antibes staying at the studio appartment. Conevenient location next to my storage, carrefour and the brewery. Easy access to the shore via mass transit. Friendly staff and comfortable quitters with solid pricing. Low key and worked for me 100% really appreciated the coffee maker, large mini fridge and kitchen amenties. The small deck was a bonus. Nice TV too

The stay was great, I was worried after reading some reviews but think it was good overall. My main issue was that was a lack of surfaces in the flat, only one table in the room and no separate outside table but that's not the end of the world.

Flat was very clean though and everything basic provided and the pool was lovely. In terms of location, nothing that the hotel can do themselves but I would say it's somewhat difficult to stay here without a car, we did manage with buses but they stop at 9:30pm (but there are taxis). There is a 50 euro deposit requested on arrival, but the website says 200 so that should be updated. You are also expected to remove your rubbish or pay a cleaning fee, but without having a car this is quite difficult. Overall a good stay!

No air conditioning that was working, room was quite warm. The pillows were terrible, had to be at least 25 years old. There was no wifi available in the rooms only in the common spaces. We stayed for 3 nights and never got fresh towels, we had to go to reception to request it. Room was relatively clean.Staff is very friendly.

The pros of the property are that it is clean and the staff are very kind!

The negatives (that I wish I would have known) are that it’s an hour walk (or 40 minute bus ride) to the train station and old town Antibes. Next time, I would just reserve a hotel on the train line in a different town (it would be much easier). Also, the room is very basic: uncomfortable bed, even more uncomfortable pillows, no glass, no drinking water. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing - not many options - definitely skip it.

Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish.

The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym.

There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco.

Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people.

Carrefour a short walk across the main road.
We stayed in the 3 bed suite Esterel & really nice apartment.
Arrived out of hours, due to a delayed flight and reception provided access to the apartment.
Only issue during the stay, was the fire alarm sounded & we couldn't hear it in the apartment.

Wished my stay was longer!

This trip was part of a longer tour so my stay was only for one night. However, I loved every bit of this hotel.

All staff were very friendly and kind to me even though I didnt speak much (any) French (desole).

My room was clean and had lots of storage space. I stayed in a double room (without a kitchenette) so I didnt have access to a kettle - thankfully I didnt need it.

I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking up the sunshine - this was the main reason I booked this hotel and I'm so glad it delivered. The view from the pool was very peaceful and serene.

Hotel location is great overall - with good proximity to Carrefour supermarket, McDonalds AND Burger King plus other restaurant also.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Antibes.

We booked the apartment room which aim to cook dinner but they didn’t even provide you the basic cooking tools for this.

The receptionist was away when we arrived and only provide you the contact number (not watsapp), no bell. As a foreigner we were not able to make the call…

Car park need an extra Euro 11/ day and this hasn’t been mentioned in Expedia

The entire building appears to be newly built and is well maintained. Very spacious and bright interior. The pool was an a great addition. The only down side would be the location. Unless you rent a car, transportation stops are about a 15 min walk and the route to the stop seems a little sketchy.

Great place but not the most comfortable

The staff were regally nice and lovely, and the place looked amazing and was great. But it wasn’t very comfortable. The mattress was quite thin and the pillows very small - so it didn’t feel like a hotel so much.

I woke up with back pain everyday morning. The room was nice and facilities in the kitchen were great. Bathroom was also nice too. Just wish the bed was more comfortable.

Fully equipped kitchen, Carrefour ~5 min drive.

The property itself wasn’t bad, the room was clean however there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom upon entering, being extremely hot this issue was probably exacerberated. There was one staff member who was very friendly and accommodating (Matt) the others seemed very nonchalant. There was a Burger King down the road and two restaurants which were both closed on Sunday. Area is very noisy close to a busy motorway, not the best location.

For the 8night stay cleaning was offered only once and since it wasn’t possible allow the 4 cleaner team to come in as baby was sleeping, no other attempts were made. We washed towels in the paid self service laundry area otherwise we wouldn’t have any. Balconies are facing each other and therefore it’s quite noisy and if one smokes there it comes into everywhere. Don’t expect to do any ironing. They have 3 irons without ironing board rotating for the whole place. Otherwise really nice, modern, spacious, friendly hotel conveniently located just off the highway.

Depending on the room you choose, the rooms are quite big. The beds are comfortable and rooms are pretty much isolated. The bathroom is clean and shower is great.

Only problem there is no security or receptionist after 12 midnight. Also communication with hotel staff not all of them are rude and not willing to understand. We came recently with a group with several rooms booked and a total confusement with the system of check in.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am ridiculous, reason is that they have to clean the rooms. Note rooms are not cleaned for some days. So this should not be a reason for a very late check in time.

Overall this hotel gets from me an average rating

The hotel is obviously quite new and looks nice but wasn’t actually that pleasant to stay. Smells coming from the toilet before even used. Constant noises of drainage throughout the night along with a bright light directly across from the hotel window because of the carpark and constant noise of cars all night. The hotel states a hefty deposit needed and a big cleaning fee if the hotel is not left spotless, yet there was already stains on the throw over the bed, water marks in the kitchen sink and over the work top. There was also poorly fitting roof panels with fire alarms and smoke detectors that flash a bright light on and off constantly.

The staff is not welcoming and very condescending. I asked for advice to which beach to go to and the staff responded “you are on the coast you can go anywhere”. We also talked to the reception after our checkin that one of the towels had dark stains and asked for a new towel, and were told that we could exchange towels for a feee! Also, there is nobody at the property after 8pm. On the 2nd night of our stay, we were not able to sleep as a dog in the unit above us was scratching and whimpering. We talked to the lady at the reception the following morning and she said there is nothing she could do as people are allowed to bring their animals and that she doesn’t have a way to reach the people staying in the unit. Not even “we apologize for your inconvenience”
The units look nice, but the ceiling tiles are bent and you can see through the gap. The shower glass door had layers of water stains, looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The pillows are so lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed covers and decorative pillows had stains on them. The pool is tiny. Would not stay here again.

Rooftop pool was ideal for chillin. Out of town so would need a car to drive into Antibes, but a couple of very good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance

The property looked new and clean, however the rooms don't look like they do in the pictures so that was a surprise. The hotel backs out onto an automotive garage which was the direct view from our room, it can be loud at times but generally not during sleeping hours so it wasn't too bad. I would still recommend the hotel especially if you get it at a good price.

Really nice apparment. Clean , functional kitchen, secure parking and nice pool area.

A couple of chain and fast food restaurants near property but not much else and bar area at hotel not really operating. Approx 45 min walk to centre. There is a bus route which is handy but only runs until 8 pm. 12 euros in a uber so not to bad if you want access to the bar's and restaurants.

The accommodation was good but we left early because the pool was not in operation and there was nowhere to sunbathe. The position of the hotel is a very busy area on an industrial estate. Buses were nearby and quite frequent. There is also a large supermarket nearby.

The hotel itself is nice. The location is great for taking public transportation. Had paid for a room with a view but got a junkyard view.
The breakfast was absolutely not good. No vegetables. No toaster if you wanted to toast bread. The same boring breakfast every day.
We were there for 3 nights. Had no cleaning. Had to go down and get toilet paper that ran out.
In my world it's a 2 ** and not a 4!

•Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes.
•L’eau servie au restaurant est de l’eau du robinet et non de l’eau minérale.
•Problème de sécurité : la porte du parking reste constamment ouverte, ce qui permet à n’importe qui d’accéder aux étages sans passer par la réception. Le système de sécurité est défectueux, et malgré mon signalement, la réceptionniste a jugé cela “normal”, ce qui est très préoccupant.

•Chambre très propre.
•Environnement calme et agréable.

L’hôtel semble récent, mais les matériaux utilisés sont de mauvaise qualité et se dégradent déjà. L’accueil a été très désagréable : deux personnes derrière un ordinateur regardaient un film ...nous avons donc patientet. La chambre attribuée était à côté d’un local technique, avec un bruit permanent, alors que l’hôtel était presque vide. L’état général de la chambre est moyen, avec beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain. Aucun parking gratuit à proximité. La fréquentation m'a mis mal à l’aise.

Côté positif, l’environnement est agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner, sans être exceptionnel, reste correct. Seul bémol, la télévision diffusait des dessins animés alors qu’aucun enfant n’était présent, ce qui donnait surtout du bruit.

Un séjour globalement décevant, malgré un emplacement pratique et quelques atouts.

We hadden een gewone kamer prima in orde. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Helaas zonder rhe- en koffie faciliteiten maar dat wisten we vooraf. Wel gemist. Een grote Carrefour in de omgeving en in het eigen winkelcentrum een klein cafeetje waar je voor redelijke prijs kon lunchen.
