The location is not convenient if you plan to go downtown frequently — a round trip can easily cost around $25 by taxi or rideshare each time, which adds up quickly. No continent stores or breakfast place is in walking distance.

The room itself felt awkwardly designed. Closets and millwork seemed poorly planned, making the layout uncomfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also an issue: the bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the pillows had an unpleasant odor as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time.

On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, which made showers enjoyable.

Overall, this hotel fell short of expectations and needs improvement in cleanliness and room design to justify the stay.

I have stayed in this hotel since it was new, maybe 15 nights. It used to be fantastic, but it is showing its age. The chairs in the room are disintegrating and leave black material all over the floor.
The room aircon would not go below 23 degrees - it took the manager to come up, see for himself, then make an adjustment on his computer in the office. The aircon was barely okay when it was finally working, it will not be sufficient when it gets hotter in the summer.
The hotel always used to supply 2 bottles of water, not anymore.
This used to be such a good hotel. The breakfast is still very good, as are the staff.

Great location & rates, roomy, nice staff

We needed a hotel convenient to Antibes for a night.
The spacious 3rd floor room we were given had a small balcony, a great bathroom with an excellent shower, proper wardrobe, room for two chairs, decent sized bed.
Perhaps not the best hotel bed ever but decent good size for two, and bedding was cozy.
One of the best values we've experienced in the area.
Young lady on duty when we arrived was welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping was equally friendly.
About a 10 minute walk to Port Vauban, 15 or so to Old Town. Right next to it there is a small market & a boulangerie for snacks.
We arrived into the Nice Airport just after 5 PM. Hopped the 620 bus which stops right across the street from NCE and in 25 minutes were 1-1/2 blocks from this hotel. Easier, faster than the train!
Happy to have found this place for future visits.

A friendly welcome and an excellent stay

We had a lovely stay in this hotel - the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We had an excellent view of the Bastille Day fireworks from the comfort of our balcony! Elliot and Cyrille were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were lovely too. I had to see a doctor during my stay and Elliot recommended an excellent medical centre in Antibes. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Antibes but is in a quieter location, with good parking. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful holiday!

The hotel was beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small number of parking spaces, which as it was winter I was able to use. It is located outside the centre and so waling into Antibes was not possible during my visit due to the weather.

I was there for two nights. On the first night we lost power. My BiPAP breathing apparatus stopped working. The elevator stopped working meaning with my cane I had to go up and down three flights of stairs. In the morning, still no power, I showered using a flashlight I brought. The power came back on for enough time to get a third of a cup of coffee of the breakfast I prepaid for. When I got back to the hotel Friday afternoon power had been restored, but here was no compensation for all of the loss of sleep (as my BiPAP remained inoperable, no breakfast and a truly awful two nights. Nothing. I am going to petition Expedia for a full refund.

Lovely!

Amazing! Front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and helped with a taxi for an early morning flight.
Breakfast was small but excellent for the small fee to add on.
Rooms were exceptional - larger than typical European hotels and extremely clean with lovely decorations and complimentary water. I was there during the off season but even the noise levels were negligible. Highly enjoyed my stay and am definitely staying here again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay while we drove around the Côte d’Azur. We stayed here for three days and the hotel and its staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and it offers a great benefit for the price point. One of the front desk staff, Gregory, was extremely helpful and we were so grateful for his assistance in setting up the baby crib as well as suggestions for where to buy specific necessities (thank you again!). The area overall is a nice neighbourhood and the beach is very close by. The only downside is that the parking is often full and you may have to park on the street (if there is space).

This property is extremely basic. We chose it for free on site parking since we had a car. However, that is about all it has. It is not walkable to any nearby attractions. The room was not well cleaned. We moved furniture around & there were empty water bottles & used masks underneath the chaise lounge & bed. I asked housekeeping to return later because I was feeling unwell & they said they had to go & just handed me some towels with a bad attitude. I would not choose this hotel again.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Staff was very kind overall. Hotel room rug was dirty and stained. Parking is free if you are there early enough to get it otherwise get ready to drive around the neighborhood for awhile to park on the street and walk back to the hotel. Over priced for what it was.

a very modern set up, very clean rooms and bathrooms, dreamy comfortable beds, hotel is located conveniently near the main street. So so cute. 2 things i'd suggest improvement is: the lights in bathroom (too dim) for ladies, they should add light spots on the ceiling to make it easier for ladies to do their grooming; and also breakfast diversity to add veggies and change the food from one day to another. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. If you're without car then it can take a bit more time to reach the main part of city (historic center) and the south eastern part. Tres sympa and the staff was rather nice to us.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! I checked in late with my rental Mercedes and the night staff was nice enough to let me park my car in front and they were going to move it if they needed to! The management super friendly and she was very kind to staff as well! Kept the place A++! Staff super nice! English was not a problem!

Far from beach/old city but clean and big rooms

Kind of Far from City Center, clean but room wouldn’t cool down in shot August month.
Location: a little far from the beach area, shopping or Old City.
Cleanliness: Rooms were pretty and very clean so 5 stars to that.
Size: our room was on the first floor with nice balcony which was nice. Our Room are was pretty big with a sofa bed but I suppose that depends if the type of room you get.
Other: the AC didn’t seem to work in our room. It said 19 degree Cel but the room was still awfully hot. I had to go down and get the front desk lady who changed the settings and it worked a little better but still hot especially at night, kept waking up because it was hot. And you can’t put it below 19. They offered another room when available but we were there just for 2 nights didn’t want to move around.

Very clean. Not far from Antibes center. Easy to access from main road. View of sea is not great because there are buildings in the way. Would be nice to have a swimming pool. But overall very nice for the cost and you will spend the rest of your budget on private beach club access anyways.

It was a quiet area and about a 15 minute walk to the old city centre. We enjoy walking and didn't mind that. It was only about 10 minutes from the train station and the bus station. The hotel was remodeled in a modern style. It was clean and a nice size. We had a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean in the distance, as well as the Maritime Alps. The staff were outstanding and they had a nice breakfast too. There is also a Patisserie next door. The price was right too.

We had a sea view room on the 3rd floor. Checking in and checking out was very smooth. Tatiana was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and even showed us the different rooms so that we could choose the sea view room. There Are a few shops very close to the hotel. The town center is a very short drive. Overall we had a very good time staying at this hotel.

No complaints about the standard of the hotel at all. Everything perfect and the only reason I haven't given a 5 score for everything is that the breakfast, at 12 Euros per person, is expensive compared with the 9 Euros we paid for breakfast for 2 at a wonderful Patisserie less than 100m away. Convenient, easy walking distance to the railway station and with a nice big balcony overlooking the sea.

Four night vacartion stay in Antibes.

We found the hotel to be very modern, well kept and comfortable with larger than typical rooms. The availability of on site parking was a real convenience. We received an upgrade at check-in which was appreciated. The breakfast was extra but was very good. There are very few restaurants close by so be prepared for a short drive or a 15 minute walk if you want a selection.

Fresh, clean building with convenient parking. The staff was very kind and provided a lovely experience. The location of this hotel is a little off the beaten track, we had a 10-15 minute walk into the main part of Antibes. I can't complain about that, as it was very easy to drive to this hotel.
