A ‘premier inn’ style hotel. Room was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. Shame there was no balcony or windows to open. This hotel is on the outskirts of Antibes - too far to walk into the port/town. Great for the aquapark (but wouldn’t do it without an aqua pass in the summer!)

Overall a good modern hotel. Room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, warm shower, pool was small but sufficient, breakfast was basic and could do with improvement. Most staff were nice but not all. The guy on the pool was great and friendly. Overall a good stay. I would stay again.

The hotel was ok in general. The breakfast was pretty bad. Everyday the same food, very little choice, no fruits at all. Often the food was stale.
Similarly the food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was not up to par. For the same price you could eat a much higher quality lunch / dinner in the restaurants in the vicinity.

Very laid back and relaxed hotel

Very laid back and friendly hotel. Staff were very responsive. Good sized rooms but not much of a view from our ground floor room but that didn't bother us as we knew that we would be out most of the time when we booked it. Parking was easy and felt safe. Biot train station a few minutes walk away, from which is was a couple of minutes in the train. One day we walked to Antibes along the shoreline which was a lovely way to arrive into the port. We stopped to see the Fort Carre, which was on route. An Uber taxi back from Antibes was 11 euros and there were plenty of taxis around.

Pebble beach in front of the hotel was accesible by walking or there was free car parking along the sea front.

Just an ok hotel

The hotel was an OK hotel. Breakfast was simple but plentiful.
Our air conditioning didn't work, and the room was a double bed with 2 trundle beds. The pool while available with varying depths, was overrun by small children, but nonetheless was a welcome cool down after a long day. Be aware that it does close by 8pm and food and drink are not permitted poolside. Highlight is that it's walking distance to the calmest, coolest pebble beach. It's an amazing beach.
Overall unless you are visiting the Marineland venue, this hotel is not worth the price, especially in high season.

The breakfast is a nice continental and thats where it ends, they have recently made improvements to tbe restaurant so i thought i would try an evening meal there
My daughter had a margarita pizza which came completely smothered in oily heese and undercooked dough
I had the beef steak burger and was asked how i would like it, medium i replied, looking forward to it, less than 5 minutes later it arrived looking like a cheap frozen burger
Ao once again hotel is pretty faultless on the accommodation side, just dont eat there

While the bedroom was clear, the upkeep with the bathrooms and public areas is disappointing. This must have been a nice hotel when build, but I have the feeling that no upkeep since. No WiFi as apparently they were trying to fix it. We were there 3 days/2 nights and weren’t able to use it. Bad smell (foul pipe) in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast extremely limited. Location, far off the action of Antibes.

Marineland Hotel

Located just a short walk from Biot train station so ideal for hopping on and off. Room bright, clean and modern. Would have like some tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely continental breakfast each morning (extra fee if not prepaid). Our rooms overlooked the Marineland park but unfortunately we couldn't see any animals. Discounted tickets could be purchased for entry to Marineland too at the hotel reception. Would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area.

I paid for bed and breakfast and requested dietary requirements ( gluten / lactose free -which they did not attempt to meet. So did not have breakfast. I requested refund for breakfast as I had paid for it in advance and i was advised expedia needs to pay me back for my breakfast. No nformation given on how the hotel worked- not even in the room.

The bathroom was dirty - sink / shower cubicles. They did not supply my towels and I had to ask for it at reception.

Staff could not answer basic questions about area of hotel or give advise.

All facilities close early as the hotel is not under the same management of the restaurant that has a very limited, simple menu. So have to walk to supermarket which is ~30 minutes walk - stock up on food and drink for hotel room.

Offered me 24 euros to go into marineland park when 90% of facilities are closed. I refused the offer. :(

Reception was a desk in the corner of the restaurant ,no lounge area. it didn't feel like a hotel at all .Staff pleasant and helpful. My room was quite big and very clean. altogether I enjoyed my stay here until the last day I was packing and discovered my phone had been stolen out of my suitcase staff were not particularly interested when I reported it I doubt they'll be in touch. Sad end to lovely holiday .

We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental and a good choice although not being early morning people by 9.00am juice,coffee etc had run out!!! We did not eat in the evening too overprized.The reception staff were very helpful and polite but the rest of them were not pleasant or helpful. Swimming pool was a welcome addition but most of the sun lounges were broken. We did not use this hotel for visiting Marineland but for it's location to train station to visit the beautiful towns and cities on the French riveria.

Stayed family of 3. Very clean room, very nice reception staff. Only down side is the breakfast. Not very tasty, always running short on cups, plates, food etc. Coffee machines not enough for amount of people restaurant serves to. Restaurant staff was nice and polite. The room was large and modern. It was clean and comfortable. But our shower over flowed the first night. The staff fixed it but there was evidence that this was an ongoing problem and no dehumidifiers we're set up. Avoid the restaurant for dinner it is terrible and the service is awful. There's a great restaurant in walking distance towards the train with much much much better food and great service.

It's a modern hotel, perfect location for Marineland. We had a family room with a double bed, plus 2 very small singles.

The hotel room is badly designed so we had a leak (and wet floor) for duration of the 4 day visit. We reported it 3 times to staff and nothing happened apart from one staff member gave us 1 extra towel to cover the wet patch. They all knew about the issue but the hotel mgt weren't taking any action.

The breakfast was over crowded, long queues for coffee and the croissants etc were stale. Recommend avoid it and instead go the Paul bakery 1 min drive away instead.

Room facilities are minimal - no fridge or kettle so not ideal when traveling with kids.

No Respect for Anti-Smoking Laws in Restaurants

I was really disappointed by this hotel.
checkin was fine though, the gentleman at the reception (Mr. Lionel) greeted us and helped us settling, he was very nice as well as the gentleman who made our checkout early morning, I should also include a couple of other hotel employees who were helping us with the sterilizing of our baby's feeding bottles. If it weren't for them I would definitely grade the Hotel Staff as Terrible.
We have had two major issues, first and the most disturbing is how they allow smoking in dining areas even if it was outside. My wife and I along with our 5 month old baby were sitting outside having our beakfast when two women started smoking at the table just next to us (for the records they were with two babies). they did not look like the type that you can \"speak with\" so we decided to change our table to the very far end of the restaurant. a very rude/unprofessional waiter approached us and informed us that we were not allowed to sit there, I informed him that it was because the smoking ladies and how it was, according to my knowledge, not permitted in spaces where food is served, wehter inside or outside. I guess what I said made one of the smoking ladies angry and began shouting that it was rude that we changed our table and that smoking is ok besides babies and that she has been smoking in front of her babies all of the time. my wife and I never answered her and let shout as she please. I asked to speak with the manager who seemed also unprofessi

The hotel itself was great. We stayed for 5 nights but the car parking arrangements let the hotel down they are managed by a different company and there is a fee of 10 euros for each period upto 24 hours. you can only prebook 3 days and as we didnt leave the car park on the third day until 2 hours after the ticket expired it wanted to charge us another 10 euros. it doesnt return the ticket. it was a real hassle and is a big disadvantage to the hotel. even the hotel staff are aware it lets the hotel down but are unable to do anything about it. for a few hours we ended up parked on the pavement opposite. this would certainly make me think before going back

We had no expectation but the hotel was perfect for 2 adult and 2 young children (3 and 5). There was a king size bed and a little bed for a kid with snother little one that was all made up by the window.
It was clean, it was cute, breakfast included was awesome buffet style est as much as you want and no waiting.

We had no issue with ghe showers as i guess the issue has been taken care of. The restaurant Rouge was great aldo for lunch the service was more thsn excellent everything was do quick and efficient kids did not have time to complain.

My only con with lunch is kids snd myself had fish and chip , they hsd the kids mdnue thst csme with drink, meal and dessert snd mine came without sll of this. My plate was identicsl yo theirs with one more little fish stick for €10 thrir meal grest desl mine €16.50 lol... Not s big deal just thought it ws funny we had the same plate.

New Place with Potential and Annoying Problems

The hotel looks and even smells new. It consists of a few 3 story buildings and the area is built in the marine theme with water pools (not for swimming), buildings called after animals (e.g. \"Sea Lion\"), etc.

Being a nice place on the outside, I was surprised by serious problems on the inside.

Pros:

Good size rooms decorated with marine theme
Overall cleanliness was good
7 min walk to the Biot train station
Marineland is right next door
Overall nice staff

Problems:

Wifi issues. First, I was given a room without Wifi at all. After they moved me to another room, the Wifi stopped working after 2 days and it took more than a day and 2 requests to get it fixed.

Toiletries. Surprisingly, they provide only shower soap and toilet paper. No bathroom soap (!) or anything else. It wasn't by mistake, I checked with them. So buy/bring your own stuff including soap.

No racks in the bathroom, no place to put your stuff on.

No room service (only cleaning service). If you need anything (e.g. a hairdryer), go to the front desk and borrow it there.

Problematic windows on ground floors. The windows point straight to the parking lot and you must completely close the curtains or else everyone would see your room from the outside (especially in the evening). No semi-transparent curtains are available. Meaning: no sunlight in your room during the day.

No laundry service of any kind. Hotel’s staff won't help you here, not even recommend a place to use.

Städningen när vi checkade in kunde klart varit bättre, smutsigt på golvet i badrummet och hår i duschen.
Perfekt med pool på hotellet när man har barn. Vi gillade poolkillen, skämtsam och hade bra koll på alla kring poolen.
Frukosten var enkel, kunde varit fler alternativ än bara socker.
Överlag ett trevligt hotell med pool och hyfsat bra restauranger i närheten samt bra avstånd till stranden.

Pretty basic and the waterpark is a money grab.

It was all right but that’s it. Room took some time to get ready so we went to the water park behind the hotel, later we found out we were supposed to get tickets there for staying at the hotel but they just never gave us any and when we asked they couldn’t really redeem the tickets we already got so just a loss for us.
They’re supposed to give them out but perhaps they save a few bucks by skipping a guest or two so make sure to ask for them if you want to go.
Park wasn’t great though.

Ett prisvärt boende för en natt för oss 4 vuxna. Rummen mycket enkla, lite konstigt när hotellet utifrån ser modernt ut. Tyst hotell och kändes som bilen stod parkerad säkert bakom bommar. Bra frukost och kaffe…sällan jag dricker 2 koppar till frukost just på grund detta.

Heltäckningsmattan i hissen luktade surt och en blandning av klor, säkert pg a att folk åker med blöta badkläder…den skulle behöva tas bort och ersättas av en vanligt golv.

Vi bodde to netter på SoBlue. Greit hotell med grei standard på rommene. Absolutt verdt pengene da det er noe rimeligere enn andre hotell i nærheten med badebasseng.

Frokosten var middels og ikke så mye å skryte av, men til gjengjeld var det veldig hyggelige folk i resepsjonen og i restauranten.

Vi fikk en gratisbillett til badelandet som ligger like ved. Flott badeland med mange gøye aktiviteter.

O hotel é bom mas para uma estadia sem cafe da manha e numa zona sem atrações por perto achei caro, apesar do cuidado de arrumarem o quarto diariamente embora sem solicitação o que para alguns pode ser desconfortável. Quartos novos e limpas, a janela deveria ser blackout mas por ser mal projetada entra bastante claridade nas laterais o que causa desconforto pela manhã. O box poderia ter algum suporte para itens de banho, um nicho ou prateleira faz muita falta, fica anti higiênico colocar no chão itens de higiene. Cama king nao é realmente cama king e sim duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que torna o sono menos confortável. No geral, acho que com antecedência conseguiria melhores acomodações. O frigobar e a chaleira ajudam com crianças para mamadeira e lanches

La camera vista mare è davvero spaziosa e confortevole.
L'unico neo risulta nella finestra non apribile in nessun maniera.
Perfetto il parcheggio gratuito e perfetta anche la colazione abbondante e di qualità.
La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare il parco Marineland altrimenti risulta abbastanza distante a piedi dal centro di Antibes.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen .Die Zimmer wurden täglich sauber gemacht.Das Personal war sehr freundlich.Wir waren mit dem Auto da,es gibt ein großen Parkplatz was uns wichtig war.Antibes ist sehr gut gelegen, das wir uns ohne Probleme auch andere Städte anschauen konnten,Nizza,Cannes,Grasse ja sogar Monaco.Wir waren mit den Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.

Hotel was een goed hotel voor de dagen dat we er verbleven. Parkeer terrein was goed voor de deur op eigen terrein. Ontbijt was goed en lekker. Loopafstand een heel leuk restaurant Bistro & Co om te eten en 15 min rijden is het oude Antibest winkelcentrum waar het ook heel leuk en gezellig is.

Kamers waren op zich wel netjes alleen de douche was niet schoon. Langs de kitranden en tussen de voegen van de muur tegels onderaan was er zwarte schimmel. Ik douche dan zelf niet echt prettig. Ik had gelukkig eigen schoonmaak middelen bij me waardoor ik het een beetje schoon kon maken. Helaas kreeg ik de schimmel niet weg. Dus gingen we op onze teenslippers douche, omdat het voelde niet hygiënisch om met blote voeten te douche. Buiten de douche lag ook veel kalkaanslag op de vloer, dat kwam waarschijnlijk omdat de douche cabine lekt als er water langs glas glijd.

Loopafstand heb je wel een strand. Dit is wel een strand zonder zand maar met stenen ook in het water lagen stenen dat deed ons te pijn aan onze voeten. Wij wilde echt zand dus waren we ergens anders gegaan voor onze stranddag.

Er rijden ook een treinen langs het hotel en er is een restaurant naast de hotel die in de avond hele harde muziek draait. De trein hoor je bijna niet en wij zaten best ver van het restaurant namelijk in het dolfijnen gebouw dus waar wij zaten hadden we geen erge last van muziek van het restaurant
Verder hebben we wel genoten van ons verblijf bij Marineland hotel.

Bra, fine omgivelser. Mye morsomt for barn i nærheten. Men dårlig basseng da man ikke kunne ha med seg mat og drikke inn. Så man kunne ikke bli der så lenge av gangen. Men veldig hyggelig og tøysete livvakt og fint basseng uten om det.

Das Frühstück war leider zu eintönig, es gibt dort immer dasselbe. Und die Kindersitze waren nie geputzt und sahen schon sehr dreckig aus. Dafür einen halben Stern weniger und einen weiteren für die Sauberkeit des Zimmers: denn wir mussten leider häufig selber den Müll weg bringen oder aber den Müll schon zur Stelle , damit er mitgenommen wird und an manchen Tagen ist leider keiner zum sauber machen gekommen.

Ansonsten war es ein super Aufenthalt.
