This hotel was perfectly located for our 2 days exploring Biot and for our drive from the Nice Airport (~45 minutes away). The staff was quite friendly and overall the hotel has a cool (but not too cool) vibe. The room was comfortable and the parking was free AND very convenient.

Great location away from the crowds of Cannes and Nice. New hotel, clean, modeen. Has all the amenities you would need, gym, pool, breakfast, bar, large lobby for working. Friendly manager, front desk and staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back again next year.

Check in process was seamless. We were a family of 11 checking in for an overnight stay to board a cruise in Cannes the next day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful and spoke English which was a great blessing. We had some drinks later that evening and the bartenders were really nice as well. My only issue was that there are no phones in the room therefore we had to go back downstairs to reach the from desk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

They did not clean the room although we asked them to multiple times. When someone finally came on the fourth night, we had to tell him what to clean because all he did was make the bed and was leaving.

We have a family room with 2 very spacious connected rooms. Bathroom is huge with a slanted base shower without a tub or shower door. The room is meant for disable with wide room for wheelchair access. We had drainage problem the first day which caused the bathroom floor to flood. We notified the staff right away, we were offer for same room on a different floor. Next day when we returned after sightseeing, we were surprised by a plate of fruits on our table as an apology from the hotel staff. Although it was a nice gesture, it was not necessary as they already solved our problem promptly.
The only thing I wish they would had done is to clear the waste basket in the room daily. Otherwise no complains. Hotel staffs are all very friendly!

We had a great stay. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice pool. There is a shopping center in a less than 10 minutes walk with supermarket, and 2 resturants. Direct bus connection to Nice and Antibs from bus stop nearby (about 5 minutes walk from hotel). From Antibes one can take the train to Monaco and Cannes.

What a shame, No air con, 25-26 degree in the room
I stayed 7 nights here, the first 5 nights the aircon wasn't working, I asked three time in reception to turn on aircon in rooms, since it was 25-26 degree in our room. They told me they can't turn it on because it is central regulated, and currently is on heating and it will change to cooling the following week. 6th day I realised aircon is on, but no one bothered to tell us, we just found coincidently. The hotel was modern and clean, nicely build, friendly service, pool was heated, I have charged my electric car for free every other day and many other positive points, just if you can't sleep for 5 days, because the room is too hot and there are only solid windows then all those positive points become pointless

Had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room was really clean (still really new hotel). Closer to more businesses and schools so not a lot in the immediate area to see, you'll have a slightly longer drive to get to any restaurants or tourist activities.

•Literie très inconfortable, avec des matelas clairement vieillissants. J’ai demandé un sur-matelas dès la première nuit. On m’a finalement donné une couette pour améliorer un peu la situation, mais le lendemain on m’a simplement annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de possibilité de sur-matelas.
•Ce manque de réactivité et de considération a été aggravé par l’attitude désinvolte de la jeune femme à l’accueil, qui n’a pas semblé prendre ma demande au sérieux.
•Au moment du départ, aucune facture ne m’a été fournie, sous prétexte que l’imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. J’ai dû moi-même relancer pour l’obtenir, et lors de mon appel, la même employée m’a clairement montré son agacement, ce qui est totalement inapproprié.
Conclusion :

Personalen är behjälplig vid dessa tillfällen och kan hänvisa dig till parkering eller så kan man betala för att stå under tak.

Hotel Top, Zimmer Top. Frühstück nicht zufriedenstellend. Keiner der Tische wurde morgens abgeräumt. Auf manchen fanden sich noch Gesellschaftsspiele vom Vorabend. Speisen wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Auf den Tischen standen noch Speisen und Geschirr von den Besuchern davor. Die Mitarbeiter standen in Gruppen und haben geredet, statt sich um die Situation vor Ort zu kümmern.

Leider war das Babybett nicht im Zimmer, obwohl wir es im Voraus angefragt hatten. Der Receptionist war aber sehr freundlich und konnte schnell eins organisieren und aufbauen. Leider gab es aber keine Matratze fürs Babybett und wir mussten ein wenig improvisieren mit Duvets und Kissen, da die Unterlage sonst hart wie der Boden war.
Das Zimmer ist gross und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, das Hotel ist modern und sehr einladend eingerichtet.
