U ger what you pay for - decent stay

Toy get what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less. We stayed for 1 night during transit and actually slept better than we rhougjt when we arrived to the room.

It feels similar to a prion cell, you enter the room by a 6 digit code and the room is basically just a bed and a sink. Toilet and shower is in separate capsules in the corridor to share with the other guests.

But the bed was actually quite comfortable, pillow was not the best, but easy to check in and friendly staff! - suitable for a budget night but nothing o would like to stay in fro multiple nights.

Personne de l'accueil Lucie très agréable et sympathique malgré une clientèle pas toujours très respectueuse.
Les entreprises du bâtiment peuvent dire. Leur gars de respecter les non fumeur et de pas jeter leur cacahuètes qu'ils mangent dehors comme des cochons ça s'appelle les respect et donc par respect pour ses personnes qui font le ménage et qui le font bien.
Emplacement top ont peut tous faire a pied très pratique plage manger balader à la marina au parc ou quelque magasins👍

Was decent for solo and good price. Receptionist was nice enough and room was nice, but be warned the air conditioner doesn’t work great. The bathroom is okay if you get the option without a private, but the showers aren’t the best and the water is lukewarm at best.

On the first night our code was not working and we were told to just not leave the room that night until they could fix it the next morning.. In the morning the staff showed us the code does work but you cannot use the door handle to open, only push on the door after the code. The wifi did not work in our room either which was inconvenient while we had to stay in our room to prevent being locked out. The pillows are not good and there is no hand sanitizer or soap in the washrooms. However, there is a sink in the room which was nice. Overall the property was clean, and has a coffee machine in the lobby which is nice.

It is very close to the train and also a lovely beach. It is about 3 blocks from both. There are a couple of fabulous places to eat between the 2. Highly recommend Paul's for a sandwich or pastry. And for the best burger I've ever eaten...Steak and Shake. It also has amazing desserts! F1 was a restful sleep and nice place to stay.

Bed was hard as a rock, room was advertised as including a shower but all it had was a washbasin. External showers had a 10 second time you had to push to get continuous water - to even change temperature from cold to hot or vice versa required Herculean strength and grip. External toilets had no santizer fluid in cannister nor had a sink to wash one's hand or a toilet wand to cleans one's affected areas. If you flush more than 3 times, no more flushes allowed. You can patrons in the hallway walking and talking so no privacy or peace of mind. Bedroom sink had no handsoap or wash towel. Towels all chargeable not included in price eventhough advertised as included.

I never leave reviews on places and I’m not picky at all when it comes to staying somewhere. However this place was beyond disgusting, and in a very unsafe area. The shared bathrooms are not clean and smell nasty, it’s basically an outhouse in a hallway. Also wifi and service does not work at all 👍

I was very appalled when I came to this hotel. I think it should be called a hostel rather than a hotel. It was in an area where I felt unsafe as well as the fact the floor that my room was in had a back door that remained opened to a fire escape allowing random people to come into the hotel from the street this made me feel very unsafe. On top of that the room I was given was filled with black mould stains on the bed sheets and pubic hair which made me believe it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. When communicating this to staff I was offered that the room could be cleaned again, however I felt specific things could not be overlooked by cleaning the room again and so I had to find accommodation elsewhere which caused me to incur more charges on this trip. I would also wish that the fact that the bathrooms and showers are communal should be highlighted more by Expedia. I also don’t think Expedia should be advertising an unsafe and unclean hotel as this putting their customers in danger.

This was a secon f1 accommodation we stayed overnight. The only room on the ground they could offer smelled horid. Most likely to incorrectly installed toilet. We kept window opened and sprayed with body freshner. You can't sort anything since it is France and they don't bother to employ staff in the recrption that speeks English. Occasionally, they do so for the night shifts.
This group of hostels rather than hotels seem to pride themselves of modern inexpensive places to stay but they are deluding themselves get bookings by some level of deception. If all details were available I wouldn't book ever. This is 21 century and they standard is not it.

Comfy hotel, front desk care needs work

The desk agent wouldn't honor the paid confirmation from Hotels.com. Wanted to be paid again. It took multiple customer service reps to get the issue resolved. Then the desk agent was apologetic, but there was frustration for it taking almost 2 hours to resolve. While sitting in the car, in the parking lot with my daughter late at night. It was a great price and we just needed a place to sleep as we passed through the area, so the hotel itself was just fine. The $3 surcharge for towels should be more clear, it was fine just a surprise because it was in the fine print after we received the confirmation.

Good with car. Clean Small Room but no closet

HotelF1’s single with private bathroom was clean but no closet or drawer to put your clothes. No hair dryer provided even you asked for receptionist, so bring your own hair dryer.

HotelF1 is better with car, no landmark nearby. 10 minutes walk to local train/bus stations, but fewer scheduled trains to popular Nice or Cannes, sometimes the trains delayed or canceled.

The receptionists don’t speak English, not convenient if you don’t speak French.

HotelF1 has hostel shared detached bathrooms, I paid extra single digits changed to attached private bathroom.

Nice is expensive in summer, HotelF1 is probably lowest rate you can find for single with private bathroom.

We stayed at the f1 hotel as it was next to the Villeneuve-Loubet station and had great links to nice, Monaco, Cannes. The room is very small but is perfect if you are using it just to sleep in and to explore the French Riviera. The WiFi is temperamental. Overall was perfect for what we needed.

No sabemos cómo se le puede llamar hotel a este lugar. No dispone ni de toallas ni de productos de higiene tal como en la descripción pone. No tiene lavabo en la habitación. Huele mal, fatal, horrible. A cerrado, a humo, a tabaco. A sucio. La cama ultra incómoda. A media noche, gritos por los pasillos y olor a tabaco en el pasillo (que obviamente, entraba en la habitación). No entendemos como un establecimiento así puede estar anunciado en una web como Hoteles.com. Encima, el precio tampoco era barato. Cero recomendable, buscad otra opción sin duda.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et je suis vraiment déçue. La chambre était très sale (il y avait même des ongles par terre) et le lit n’était pas confortable du tout. On entend absolument tout : les bruits dans le couloir, les portes, et surtout la chasse d’eau des toilettes communes, c’est très dérangeant.

Le personnel est accueillant, c’est le seul point positif. L’hôtel est aussi bien situé, près de la gare et des plages, et les prix sont bas, mais le confort est vraiment inexistant. Ce n’est pas du tout adapté pour une famille avec des enfants.

Leider trügen die Bilder auf den Reiseplattformen stark von der Realität.
Die Zimmer sind sogar viel kleiner als Hotelzimmer in Japan. Man konnte sich zu zweit kaum im Raum bewegen, so eng war es. Auch das Bad war viel zu klein für eine Person. Zimmer wurde nicht ordentlich geputzt und manchmal gar nicht.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten von Lagerhallen. Hier dürfen Männer, die in den Lagern abeiten, tagsüber und nachts ihre Pause im Speiseraum vom Hotel verbringen (Speiseraum u. Rezeption sind in einem Raum). Wir waren zwei Frauen und wurden oft angesprochen und angegafft. Sowas geht gar nicht! Man hat sich so unsicher gefühlt!

Wir hatten Frühstücksbuffet dazugebucht, jedoch habe ich noch nie so ein Buffet gesehen - nur Toastbrot, Brötchen und Croissants, dazu drei Aufstriche, das wars. Kein Käse, Gurken, Tomaten oder Eier. Wir sind nie satt geworden.
Zudem hatten wir in einer Nacht eine Fliegenplage im Zimmer. Von irgendwoher sind mehrere von Ameisenfliegen auf uns „draufgefallen“. Auch am Empfang waren diese Fliegen, es wurde leider nichts dagegen unternommen.

Das Hotel ist leider eine reinste Katastrophe gewesen!

Le pire des hotels y compris F1 où nous avons séjourné. Des blattes dans notre literie. Alors même si une solution a été trouvé rapidement, nous n'avons pas été serein lors de ce séjour.
La plupart du personnel est désagréable.

La chambre est exigue, pas de WC et pas de douche. La nuit des soulards se saoulent à l’entrée de l’hôtel en parlant tres fort. Nous avons eu du mal dormir. Il z gallu que je sorte leur parler à 3h du matin pour qu’ils arretent de hurler.

Le point positif ; le parking securise et la proximité avec l'aéroport

Nous navons pas du tout apprécié lodeur de tabac dans la chambre et globalement dans l'hôtel.
Il y avait une tres mauvaise odeur dans led sanitaires et il ny avait plus de savon pour les mains au niveau du lavabo des wc .

Accueil agréable avec une arrivée tardive.

Beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à très tard avec plusieurs chambres où des aller et venues étaient récurrentes jusque tard. Certaines personnes ne respectent pas l’obligation de ne pas fumer dans leur chambre.

Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité. Le sol pour aller de la chambre à la douche était extrêmement sale. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Une bonne partie du personnel d'accueil était à la hauteur d'un établissement premier prix. Les départs d'autres clients étaient bruyants à leurs départs tôt le matin. La literie était confortable. La propreté de la chambre était passable, les escaliers et les communs: sales et tables non nettoyées après chaque client au petit-déjeuner, dommage ! Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix. Bien situé, réception 24h/24 parce que nous allions arriver tard. Bon j'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits et nous n'en avons eu qu'un mais du coup on avait une petite salle d'eau donc c'est nickel. Propre. Bon à part l'insonorisation, très satisfaite.

J'ai jamais vu un hôtel similaire. Dès notre arrivé à la chambre, on a vu des caffares qui circulent en plus A/C en panne. J'ai appelé le réceptionniste et il était d'accord pour me faire remplir un formulaire de remboursement. Le lendemain, j'ai retourné à l'établissement et la directrice m'a promi de me faire rembourser. Jusqu'à maintenant le remboursement n'est pas encore fait.

J'ai pris la chambre vers 22h30. La première impression que j'ai eue en ouvrant la porte de l'hôtel a été une terrible odeur âcre. J'ai demandé ce que c'était et on m'a répondu que c'était l'odeur de la nourriture. Mais ce n'est pas vrai car l'odeur de la nourriture est familière. C'était une odeur de poison pour insectes. Tout l'hôtel était saturé de cette odeur. Chambres très petites. J'ai réservé l'hôtel pour 2 nuits. Changement de trois chambres en une journée car il y avait des cafards dans la première chambre. Nous en avons compté 6 lors de notre arrivée. Sur les murs, sur le sol et dans le lavabo. Également au rez-de-chaussée, près du lavabo. Le personnel était sympathique. Nous avons changé de chambre sans nous plaindre. La première chambre avait des cafards, ils l'ont changée immédiatement. La deuxième chambre avait une très forte odeur de poison pour insectes. Je me suis réveillé le matin et j'avais mal à la gorge, j'avais mal à la gorge. Après l'avoir signalé, le membre du personnel a de nouveau changé la chambre. La troisième chambre était bien meilleure. Il n'y avait pas de cafards, l'odeur était faible. Les chambres et les parties communes ont été nettoyées quotidiennement et avec une grande qualité. Je vous en remercie. Mais cela a été fait avec un peu d'alchimie. Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé non plus, c'est l'absence de bouilloire électrique pour que les gens puissent se faire le café qu'ils aiment. De même, il ne serait pas superflu de faire une mini cuisi

Réveillez à 6h du matin avec les claquements des portes vu que les douches ce trouve dans les couloirs dû hall je me suis levé pour aller voir à la réception on me réponds c’est des personnes qui vont travailler et je lui dis les gens qui dorment est-ce que ce normal aucun respect de sa part
