We were disappointed with our stay. As guests, we were not informed in advance that there is an additional fee required to reserve the spa. Even more frustrating, there was no spa availability at all during our stay. The staff made no effort to accommodate us or offer any alternatives, such as discounted treatments. Had we known this beforehand, we would have chosen a more centrally located hotel, as we specifically booked a spa hotel in order to use the spa.

The room itself was clean; however, the bathroom had visible mould and stained grout, which detracted from the overall experience.

We were also surprised by the disproportionate cost of basic refreshments €27 for two bottles of water and two orange juice.

The location is quite remote, requiring a car or taxi and around a 20 minute journey to reach the town centre.

Overall, the lack of transparency regarding the spa, limited customer service, and poor value for money made this a disappointing stay.

The property is nice, easy parking. No bellboy service. We had a junior suite with terrace. It was small but functional. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty poor, more like a three star hotel breakfast. We stayed there for three nights. On Sunday, September 7th, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a whole fish when they serve it to me it was bloody and raw inside. The server took it back. I waited for my fish while my husband finished his dinner. Instead of making a new proper fish for me, they brought it back fried and very oily, when I specifically asked for grilled because of my allergies. The fish was missing the top. It looked like somebody ate the top or chopped it off. It looked pretty disgusting. When I called the manager, she couldn’t care less, she didn’t even apologized. The server, who was very sweet, felt extremely bad. He apologized several times and said it’s out of his control.
The manager asked if I want to order anything else. I didn’t want to stay there. We asked for the bill. They took the Fish of my bill and didn’t offer any compensation for the mistreat and aggravation. We paid the bill for my husband’s food and walked away.
The next day, during the checkout, I complained to the front desk manager. His answer was that he is very sorry and feels very bad about what happened, and “when you come next time we will compensate you”. Does he really believes that there will be a next time for us st this hotel??!

A great stop over hotel on our way from Nice airport to Provence. Great family rooms, very modern and clean. We enjoyed a lovely outdoor evening meal. The children could have pizza from the room service menu in the restaurant with us too. Would definitely recommend.

Upon check-in, the terrace was filthy (pine needles and bird poop on chairs), so I asked for it to be cleaned so that I could enjoy the space I had paid for. Multiple room changes later and being told no one from housekeeping or management was there, the receptionist cleaned the terrace after I asked for a credit or cleaning supplies to do it myself.

The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully appointed. Nestled in a quiet suburban area, it offers a peaceful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or socializing. The pool area is inviting, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, and the on-site restaurant and spa add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

I stayed with my family of three in a junior suite, which included a separate bedroom, a combined living/dining area, plus a ground-level terrace. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a two-burner cooktop, small dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, compact refrigerator, and a wine fridge.

My only suggestions are to provide a mini fridge with a freezer compartment and to replace the daily supply of two paper cups with several reusable coffee mugs. Adding handrails in the shower might provide added safety for elderly guests (not part of that group yet :) ).
It would also be great to provide free shuttle service to and from the bus station, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. Free shuttle service to the airport would also be wonderful.

To conclude, we had a marvelous 9-day stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and always willing to help! Best wishes to all!

Ok but could be much better.

I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell.
Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel.
Also when I booked the room it was specified free mini-bar, but it actually was empty.

The restaurant for diner was a disaster. Plat du jour: carpaccio with french fries and a tartelette with fruit.... took more than 2,5 hours! Carpaccio would take 5 minutes to fry the fries, tartelette probably pre-prepared, just put it on a plate with some coulis would take a minute. Result: lost 2 hours on day of arrival when in fact I was already tired.

We are repeat customers. Love love this place. Staff is friendly. Perfect for families. We stay to go to the M Tennis academy a few miles away. We use the tennis court, the pool and love the easy parking. We love the breakfast, it’s worth it! Only €22 for fresh pressed fruit juices, so many great choices from hot food like bacon, eggs, sausage to cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and espresso machine. The price has only gone up €1 in the last 3 years! As a traveling parent I love the small kitchen and refrigerator in my room. Makes life more comfy. The restaurant Le Sevran is really excellent for an in hotel restaurant. I usually find them mediocre but man this chef and culinary team work wonders! They offer lamb, fresh fish and even their poke bowl is pretty decent given we are 1,000s of miles from Hawaii.

There are mostly business travelers so there’s no tourists and party people. It’s very tranquil and calm facility.
Tip: Have your transportation arranged ahead of your stay. We arrived on Sunday so couldn’t get our rental car. Uber and Bolt is really tough to summon in the early morning and late in the evening.

I booked this hotel for my partner, his mum and his teenage daughter for their family vacation. They really liked the hotel and were very pleased with the big and modern Junior Suite. They had a balcony big enough for all of then to sit and have breakfast. The suite comes withh a fully functional kitchen and there is a separation between the bedroom and the lounge where a big sofabed can be used. There's also a separate toilet meaning that whoever sleeps on the sofabed doesn’t have to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom at night 😅. I haven't had any bad feedback.

We stayed in one of the suite with our 22 month old baby. The staff was really nice and helpful. Room was quiet and clean, except the cleaner wouldn’t clean/touch the kitchen in the suite. The pool is a good size, but struggling to get a sun lounger if not one of the first to arrive (no reservation). I would recommend off season to avoid paying a summer premium that wasn’t really worth the standard. But great hotel otherwise.

WIFI network was not great.
Lounge/Bar area has a kicker table which can become very noise if multiple children are playing. I reposition that kicker table!

It was fine - hotel clean and modern - I was at a conference in Cannes - I booked late and the hotel offered decent value for money. The cleaner was a pain as she kept knocking early in the morning - when I put the do not disturb sign on the door reception called me twice about cleaning the room. Cabs into town expensive. Cab to airport super expensive (took 30 mins and charged 90 euros). Food in restaurant decent - overall fine and I'd stay again.

Location not perfect as in middle of a large business park but ideal for our needs. The room was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. The buffet meal in the evening was lovely and very filling which meant we could not eat breakfast the next day. The swimming pool and outside space was comfortable and very well kept. Our room had a small terrace which was nice although the outlook was not good. All in all good value for money (particularly through Hotels.com).

This is a real gem of a hotel which we discovered 3 years ago when it was newly opened. It must be good as we have returned each year since and it doesnt disappoint. The beds are amazing and the location great for accessing Valbbone and Mougins plus it is only a short drive from the beaches of Antibes and Cannes. If you are looking for a modern hotel with good standards then look no further as you will not be disappointed.

Clean and friendly hotel. Only criticism would be the proximity of the road, certain rooms which look out on the road will have you awake from 5.30pm with road noise. Either buy ear-plugs or make sure your room is pool facing. €10 for a Bailey's was a bit much.

For me, the only thing which did annoy me was the 20 euro charge to use the indoor pool. I think maybe this is normal in France, but I wasn't expecting it as it is not common elsewhere.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent service at all times. Buffets were tasty and good value for money if you have a big appetite. Pool area is very relaxing and ideal for the warm days.
As we had no car, I would be aware that the local bus station whilst not far away, may be a little challenging for you to walk to along the road side. However, for confident walkers it is no problem. Bus station gives plenty of options to various locations in the area.

During work week days, forget about driving in or out of the area between 4:30pm and 6:00pm when the many Sophia Antipolis offices close unless you enjoy the bumper to bumper experience. Same problem when offices open. The hotel is clean, modern the soundproofing of the rooms is good and the bathroom is nice (great shower head too), but the room cleaning service is sub-standard. Had to call the front desk many times to get soap, plastic cups, TV turned back on. Prices at the (nice) restaurant are high compared to other hotel restaurants in the very same area. Seats on the (nice) terrasse are uncomfortable. Nice espresso machine in the room but, for the price per night, a couple of complimentary espresso capsules per day would not bankrupt the establishment, instead of charging 1 Euro a piece so, advise, bring your own. For those who may need one, there is no desk in the room. The sofa and chair are not very comfortable.

Accueil parfait, hôtel toujours aussi sympa et bien tenu, chambres agréables. Nous avions une suite avec terrasse, pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Elle est parfaite avec une vraie séparation pour que chacun ait son intimité. Salle de bain de très bon standing, décorée avec goût. Bref, un séjour réussi sur tous les plans. La soirée musicale et tapas le vendredi soir était également très sympa. On reviendra avec plaisir

Hôtel grand, très spacieux, très bien équipé et au calme.
J’ai profité de la salle de sport qui est très bien équipée en technogym (pour les connaisseurs) avec de nombreux appareils pour faire une séance complète.
J’ai été surclassé en suite junior, la chambre était très grande, bien décorée, le lit très confortable et la grande pour travailler un plus bienvenue.
Le spa était très très bien équipé avec sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, douche sensorielle et piscine.
Restaurant correct mais légèrement décevant niveau qualité des plats et personnel assez jeune et inexpérimenté même si je suis content que l’hôtel forme les futurs employés de l’établissement.
Pas pris le petit déjeuner car parti tôt le lendemain.
Très bon séjour et je reviendrais avec plaisir pour une nouvelle expérience
