The stay was very uncomfortable unfortunately.

- uncomfortable room. the family room (3 beds) doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a hostel. It has a weird layout. Bed #2 and #3 are small single beds. The AC does not work.

- bad check-in experience. The receptionist who checked me in at night at first gave me a lower grade room. When i showed her my booking, she then realized i paid for the bigger room. She was also just not welcoming and friendly.

- good check-out: the two receptionists in the morning were very sweet and friendly. we needed chargers and they were happy to help.

I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. Basically this is false advertisement, the lady didnt speak great english but i was under the inpression, the \"family room\" does not exist and is being falsely advertise on expedia, when i said id just like my money back if ive paid for a room with a sofa, i was told because i booked with expedia that they cannot do that. Disgusting.

Brilliant location short walk from restaurants and bars, and next to tram hub station. Clean and good condition with helpful staff. But someone had smoked in my room and the smell wouldn’t go away. Refurbishment of building just behind resulted in enough noise at 6:30am to wake me up. Would stay there again despite the issues.

Ideal for one night stop over in Lodz. Budget hotel, very basic but very reasonable for the price, so couldn’t complain. Central location and free parking, coffee machine downstairs was a bonus.

The hotel was in a perfect location to the city centre and nearby restaurants and the tram station also, the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazingly as was the coffee machine in the main lobby .the receptionist girls were very friendly and very pretty also, i cannot find fault with this hotel at all but air conditioning in the rooms would have been nice during hot weather but that would have increased the price. Great location, friendly staff, clean, modern furnished room but just one thing - where was the wardrobe? Yes, a few hangars on the wall but wouldn't suffice if I'd had suits / been on a business trip - luckily I packed light and was in town just for fun :-)

Hotel is nicely located - walking distance to anywhere in town centre. HOWEVER it lacks comfort. It is clean, tidy and well equipped. The one thing that lets it down is beds. I literally have not slept the whole night tossing around. My mother had exactly the same experience in the room next to ours so I doubt it was the case of just one room with the issue. I would not stay there again based on that.

The hotel is a basic 3 star venue. Breakfast is average with only one hot dish (scrambled eggs) - and it's the same every morning. Coffee & tea come from a self-service machine - not great.

Stayed here for one night after attending a wedding outside Lodz. The hotel is convenient located to Piotrkowska so there are plenty of places to eat and see. Rooms are clean, comfortable and staff is really friendly and helpful, however the corridor was very noise and we could hear people talking and loud music before 8am. Haven't tried breakfast, so I can't comment on this point. Despite of the noise, not a bad hotel.

The staff was polite but not friendly, helpful.

The look and decor were quite striking, my only complaint was the quarters were incredibly loud. It was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed. Constant pounding on the walls from above, the sides, it was quite nerve wracking. Additionally, the drain was clogged, a repair was made but it still drained slowly, the room was quite stuffy as the electronic window would not open.

Pretty bad experience with Boutique hotel...

The pros:
- the hotel is located right in the center of Lodz, Piotrkowska street is not even two minute walk away
- it's fairly modern

The cons:
- the room was pretty cold
- they don't have the elevator, so you are forced to carry all your luggage from the street up into the lobby (2 flights of stairs)
- walls are paper thin, and my next door neighbors were pretty \"active\" at night, so that was quite fun to listen
- you get a very limited privacy, as you have to walk right by the front desk each time you come and go
- the maintenance employees are not considerate of guests who might be sleeping during the day; loud chatting, drilling, hammering, etc., was pretty common.
- there's a fitness club in the same building, loud music and bass from their workout sessions resonates throughout the hotel
- regardless of all the cons, on the last day I was forced to extend my stay, but they overbooked so THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO STAY IN MY ROOM. I was forced to find another hotel and leave, and I wasn't even offered any sort of compensation, not even a cab ride to the other hotel.
- I understand that the employees are overworked and underpaid at this hotel, the lady at the front desk tried calling another one of their branches, but she worked for 17 hours straight and I didn't even want to argue and pressure her into finding the solution since she had barely any energy left.

Location of the hotel was perfect - almost at Piotrkowska street, in close neighbourhood to OFF center, with great public transport options, in straight line form Lodz Kaliska train station. Furnishings was modern and in good condition. The room and the bathroom were clean. Electric kettle was a nice bonus. Complimentary tea and coffe was also avaliable at the reception. Good wi-fi.

The shower drain wasn't efficient enough so we were taking shower standing ankle deep in the water. We also found a long black hair on the pillow. Our room was on the ground level very close to another building so we didn't have much of a view from the window.

All in all quality to price ratio is very good. It would be a convenient place to stay, but our expirience was ruined by a buch of young guests who were behaving very loudly on the hotel corridor. They were shouting and knocking each other doors till 3am, and hotel staff did nothing to prevent this.

There are major roadworks being undertaken but once that was overcome the hotel has it's own parking spaces underneath which is barriered and secure.
The receptionist was welcoming and apologetic as to the state of the roadworks (not their fault) and directed me to my room which was spotless and well laid out with a new sparkling bathroom. It was clean and pleasant and extremely quiet with my room overlooking a passage way,whilst not the prettiest sight I will take that any day if I get a good nights sleep whilst on business.
Possibly the only downside was that there was very little sign of life around the hotel and had to get a taxi to find a choice of restaurants and bars.
To sum up well worth the money and very clean

Hotel has perfect location, just next to Piotrkowska street, shopping mall, shops, restaurants, clubs and in between two fitness clubs. Free coffee/tee/water available 24/7 at the reception. Wi-fi was ok. Free parking with easy access to hotel reception. Breakfast was basic - it would better to have it outside at one of the slow-food restaurants nearby. Room was nice, warm, functional with full double bed.

Belki 10 yıl önce hep kullanırdım. Şimdi yine kullandim bu oteli. Yenilenmiş . Gayet temiz ferah. Yalnız akşam bir sıcak su sorunu yaşadım. Sabaha düzeldi. Sanırım anlık birseydi. Otoparkın biraz duzene ve fiyatının iyilestirilmeye ihtiyacı var. Ayrica bütün avrupa otellerinin artik tek kullanimlik terliğe gecmesi gerekli.

Lodz gittigimde yine ayni oteli tercih ederim.

Hotellet ligger bra till i staden, nära till allt. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre, den var väldigt basic. Mer frukt vore trevligt.
Minus är att rummet vi fick inte hade AC, speciellt nu under sommaren. Letar du efter ett ställe där du inte ska spendera mycket tid, utan bara sova och duscha så rekommenderar jag den.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, a un paso de la estación Centrum de tranvías, restaurantes y tiendas. Habitación suficientemente amplia, silenciosa y con una cama cómoda. Única pega es que en 4 noches de estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación, ni siquiera a vaciar la papelera.

Niestety bardzo słaby hotel. Pomimo informacji w miału z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji o zameldowaniu od 14 i wymeldowaniu w południe, możliwość zameldowania w hotelu była możliwa od 15, zwolnić pokój należy już do godziny 11.00.

Dodatkowo pokój był bardzo chłodny wręcz zimny, pomimo odkręconego na maca grzejnika. Hotel jednak ma świadomość o temperaturze ponieważ w pokoju znajdowała się farelka do dogrzewania pokoju. Nie wspominając już o braku w prysznicu żelu do kąpieli.

Ogólnie bardzo słabe wrażenia. Na pewno pierwszy i ostatni pobyt w tej sieci.

Korzystam często z hoteli i po raz pierwszy byłem rozczarowany w każdym względzie. Dostałem klucz do zajętego pokoju, później otrzymałem pokój niezgodny z rezerwacją. Brudny, niedokładnie posprAtany. Pościel nie miała znion świeżości, ręczniki poszarpane . Obsługa nie zwraca uwagi na gości.

Positivt: Flott beliggenhet. Nært til gågaten, gode restauranter og steder med underholdning.
Negativt: Alle 3 rom vi bodde i var veldig små og lite koselige. Sengetøy på 2 av rommene var urent og måtte byttes. Toalettene var skitne med urinflekker både på klosettet og på gulvet. På veggene var det masse flekker og hår. Tydeligvis gulv og vegg ble vasket med samme klut.
I tillegg luktet det sigarettrøyk på 2av rommene.
Stedet er veldig lytt. Vi hørte lyder på en stor oppussing i etasje over oss. Dette førte til at vi var våkne fra kl.07:00. Da vi la en klage til resepsjonisten stilte hun seg helt uforstående til det vi har sagt. Hun viste ikke hvor lydene kom fra og forklarte møkk på rommene med at vaskepersonalet måtte glemme å vaske bad og skifte på sengetøy!!!!
Etter en lengre diskusjon ved skranken har hun lovet oss å skrive en klage.
Vi har valgt å vaske rommene selv og å ikke benytte oss av renhold v. hotellet.

Średnio, to za wysoka ocena.

Standard pokoju nie wart był ceny, w ogóle to wyglądało jak pokój dla 1 osoby z dostawionym łóżkiem (1 szafka nocna z 1 lampką, której kabel ze stolika nie dostawał do gniazdka żeby ją włączyć). W pokoju było zimno i ściany były brudne. Nawet kubeczków plastikowych w łazience nie było, np. do wody, czy tylko umycia zębów. Standard 3,5 gwiazdki??? To bardzo zawyżony poziom, bo nie wiem czy 2 gwiazdki się należą za taki standard.

pokój na poziomie 0 z oknem wychodzącym na wnętrze budynku (korytarz z lampą) - wygląd depresyjny. na szczęście była zasłonka. kolega w innym pokoju nie miał zasłony w oknie z widokiem na na inny budynek - w związku z tym nie mógł się wyspać. parking w strasznym stanie - zadaszony ale brzydki.
Drzwi od pokoju słabo wyciszały hałas - może z powodu dużego podcięcia drzwi od dołu - widać dokładnie światło z korytarza.
śniadanie - mały wybór potraw. niemniej można zjeść śniadanie.

nel complesso l'hotel si presenta bene, le camere purtroppo sono piccolissime e senza un armadio o almeno uno scaffale dove riporre gli abiti.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno ho trovato la maniglia svitata lo scarico doccia che si intasava, ed in oltre il cambio degli ascigamani lasciati a terra non è stato effettuato, la camera non è stata rifatta.
Invece il personale è molto disponibile e cortese.

Amazed that such an establishment can have even moderately decent reviews. Wasn’t expecting much for the price but still can NOT recommend boutique hotel’s (love the grammar here) to anyone. At the moment its -8 celcius outdoors and the same applies to my lovely room. Asked someone to fix the radiator in my room, as there isnt any heating here. Reception claimed that its been fixed but I beg to differ since the radiator is still busted and im stuck in this 2 sqm ice cubicle. Hence the room is the tiniest ive seen, pls refer to my attached pics. After two nights in the below freezing temperature, hotel’s has been kind enough to provide me with a portable heater that we used to have in our cars in the nordics in the 90s (attached a pic of that for your enjoyment as well). Btw, dont let the hotel’s name and pics from the reception fool you. There is absolutely nothing artsy/quirky/boutique about this hotel. The corridors and rooms have stained yellowish walls and 1 out of 2 light bulbs work in my cubicle. Everything here is outdated, to say the least. Also, in the same building, literally next door you can find a fitness center with a squash court, so youre bound to enjoy the all the delightful loud noises associated with the sport until very late every night. Been to Lodz on several occasions and can recommend all the other hotels over this dump, such as: Novotel, ambasador premium, loft aparts, Ibiz, holiday inn etc.

Ciasno, rano tylko zimna woda /07.11.17 pok. 310/, woda pod prysznicem nie schodzi. W pokoju brak półki na położenie walizki, jak również jakiejkolwiek szafy. Wszystko trzeba trzymać na podłodze. Jest to typowy hotel na jedną noc, jeżeli nie ma potrzeby wyjmowania za dużo rzeczy z samochodu. Ogólne wrażenie hotel -3! Obsługa 5!

Störande musik från någon konsert som höll på till 4 på natten.. en lördag.
ingen fjärrkontroll till AC. så väldigt varmt rum.
saknade också sänglampor...och frukosten var sådär. saknar bacon och laktosfri yoghurt..
Annars fräscht och nyrenoverat...

Spedzilismy w Boutique hotel 1 noc przy okazji konceru Andre Rieu. Hotel czysty zadbany, obsluga mila i uczynna, na duzy plus automat z napojami przy recepcji, swietna lokalizacja, na plus darmowy parking, do tego wygodne lozka. W cenie darmowy szybki internet, blisko przystankow komunikacji miejskiej. Polecam bardzo gorąco.

Przyjemny hotel w rewelacyjnym miejscu

Przyjechałam z dwójką dzieci na koncert Tini i w hotelu spałyśmy tylko jedną noc. Biorąc pod uwagę niewygórowaną cenę, nie spodziewałam się rewelacji ale zostałyśmy miło zaskoczone. Hotel czysty, przyjemny wizualnie. Miła niespodzianką był fakt, że nasz pokój składał się z dwóch pokoików, każdy miał swój telewizor :)
Nie mogę nie wspomnieć o śniadaniu, które było bardzo obfite - wybór ogromny. Cokolwiek byś miał ochotę zjeść na śniadanie - to tam było. Nie żartuję. Dodatkowo przy recepcji stała maszyna z bezpłatną (dla gości) kawą i czekoladą z czego najbardziej zachwycone były dzieci ponieważ wypiły chyba po trzy czekolady, które bardzo im smakowały. Położenie hotelu - przy samej Piotrkowskiej jest dużym atutem.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage.

Sehr positiv ist, dass das Hotel auch in zentraler Lage kostenlos Tiefgaragenparkplätze für die Gäste anbietet (auch für Motorrad). Nette Ausgehmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel und trotzdem günstiger Preis. Das Zimmer (auch wenn chic ausgestattet) mit sehr kleinen Fenstern in mehr als 2 Metern Höhe zu einem dunklen Innenhof gelegen, lädt weniger zu langem Verweilen ein; wer aber nur für ein bis zwei Nächte ein sauberes Bett zum Schlafen braucht und keinen Fernblick, wird sich darüber nicht beschweren.

Hotel w przystępnej cenie. Budynek, w którym znajduje się hotel nie należy do \"najnowszych\". Hotel miał służyć jedynie do przenocowania i do tego jest idealny. Widok nie należał do najpiękniejszych ale wybrałem opcje najtańszą;) wiec nie będę się czepiał. Ulokowany niedalekop ul. Piotrkowskiej idealne miejsce do wypadów dalszych i bliższych. Duży \"+\" za bezpłatny parking, który nie należy też do największych. Obsługa miła, elastyczna i rzeczowa, służy pomocą.
