We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after.

Other than the fact that there is no cafe on the property, and that the hotel itself was a massive factory (which means, among other things, a certain sterility now), this is a fine choice for visitors to Lodz. It's perhaps too fancy for a place like Lodz, but at least all pieces are where they belong (other than the cafe -- you need to go to the adjacent mall)

It is great hotel, I really like to stay there because it has nice rooms, swimming pool, sauna, gym and tasty breakfast. The only minus was bad smell on the stairs connecting changing rooms with swimming pool, it seems taht there is some issue with sewage system.

Wonderful Pool With A Stuning View

Wonderful hotel for relaxing stay, the rooftop pool really took my breath away. Lively place for people watching.
The entrance to the hotel was quite hard to find. The only down side was the front desk agents, quite unfriendly, didnt tell me wifi password, didnt write it on the card. I asked for robe and surprise surprise after one hour still nothing. I just felt quite unwelcomed. Plus - the elevators - it took ages for them to arrive.

Better not risk it with this hotel

It is architecturally a fine hotel. Service was pathetic. I was given a (fine) room near their nightclub. Deafening noise until past 1am. Hotel staff lied, gave misleading information and at 12:50 am (!) sent a hapless employee offering another room. They try but really haven’t a clue what a five star hotel is meant to be.

Things went wrong here from the outset. Check-in should take a couple of minutes; it took at least 45 minutes. First they couldn't find the reservation, though I had a reservation number and confirmation from Expedia. That took 20 minutes and the manager had to be brought in. Then they checked me into a room and when I went up to it, the room was occupied. This is a big hotel and hauling the luggage down long corridors was all left to me, even after this mistake on the part of the management. No one from the hotel offered to help with the luggage. To compensate for these mishaps, they gave me a much bigger room--except that it overlooked a place where there was construction, and I was woken up at 7 am by the rumbling sound of construction machinery. Then the room wasn't cleaned, though I had explicitly asked if room were cleaned every night and I was told, \"absolutely, yes.\" Of course I complained and the next day the manager sat down with me and assured me that they would give me a complimentary stay the next time I should come!! Some consolation--or rather none, since the manager had said he would take down my email, etc., and of course they didn't bother to do so when I checked out. A very disappointing hotel, to say the least.

Unexpected problems

This was the second time I was made to pay a substantial early check in fee having arrived around noon. I travel a lot and never had any similar issues - it is understood that availability is not guaranteed early but if plenty of rooms are available - this is unacceptable. Both times it was the same receptionist- Karolina. I was one of the first guests after this hotel opened and have been here dozens of times, brought numerous guests. I may go elsewhere from now.

A great choice when in Łódź.

This is a great place to stay in Łódź. Check-in is seamless, the room was up to date, and the architecture is certainly different, as it is an adaptation of a previous-century textile manufactury. It is adjacent to the Manufaktura shopping complex, so food and someplace to wander in the evening are a short walk away (it does not connect directly to the hotel). The breakfast buffet has everything you need and is of good quality. If you have a car, it is best to pass the obvious front entrance, turn right into the complex beyond and go down the hotel parking lot ramp to the right, taking a ticket as you enter. The ticket will be validated for exit from the lot when you check out (note it is paid parking only). The only fault I can find with this property is that the underground parking lot is very dimly lit and the spaces take some maneuvering to park without scraping the concrete pillars or next car over—go slowly!! (For the record my rental car got scraped a bit centering in a space—good thing I added Super Cover insurance to the rental!)

We stayed in this hotel because nice abs convenient in the centre but we couldn’t sleep all night since very noisy. We unlucky had Neighbourg that from 8pm until 8am had activity sex all night (clearly a prostitution activity) with people coming in and out every hour having shower and shut the entry door. We raised a complain and as result we had a car park free but we lost our confidence in this hotel I’m afraid. Considering we were using it for business every month we don’t know if we will come back.

I loved the building's industrial vibe and the swimming pool at the top floor. However, I'm disappointed with two things. I decided to choose this property over another one in the city after calling and making sure with the reception staff that the steam sauna listed on the offer was working (I can't use the standard, dry sauna due to health reasons), only to uncover upon my arrival that it's currently closed. After discussing the issue with the staff at the hotel, I learned that it's been closed for quite a while now, so felt mislead. Also, I specifically ordered a room with a queen sized bed only to uncover that the bed is in fact two separate mattresses put together (and so, have a rather uncomfortable break in the middle).

Very Cool Hotel

Great apart from the Sky Bar

Standard apartment is great, underfloor heating and really spacious. The best one I’ve stayed at in Łódź. There is an issue with their Sky Bar, one day room service said it’s opened but when we got ready and went there it was closed. The next day they had terribly rude staff in that bar. Reception staff, room service and cleaners are all happy bunch.

We stayed in a junior suite, that was so well worth paying the extra for. The breakfast was exceptional and catered for every need. The location is right behind the main square and there is a supermarket directly outside, although it took us 2 says to realise that as from the outside decor you woukd never know.

Room - pleasing, nice high ceilings gives a very spacious feel, bed felt a little close to wardrobes however.... bathroom was amazing, first hotel I’ve stayed in lodz that has a separate bathtub and shower( standard room also)

Breakfast- good, decent selection of food on offer, both hot and cold options.

Pool/ spa facilities- very good, provides good views over manufaktura.

SkyFly bar- once I figured out how to get up there the views were brilliant, the live music was great, highly recommend if you are staying on a Friday night!

Overall an excellent stay. As a regular visitor to the city I’d say it’s certainly the best hotel ( having stayed at 6 different hotels in the city previously) will certainly be returning to the hotel in the near future.

The hotel is huge and airy with vast lobby and the bar to the right. The décor throughout boldly incorporates the industrial elements with modern influences and the result is rather attractive overall.

During our stay there were extensive roadworks on Ogrodowa Street making access to the hotel rather restricted. The hotel advised us of this well in advance.

Our room, on the 1st floor, was of the standard size although the high ceiling made it feel spacious and open. It was equipped in all modern convenience with unobtrusive air conditioning, well equipped fridge and TV with reasonable selection of English-language channels. Beds were very comfortable although the duvets could do with being wider.

There was a kettle and selection of beverages. Good quality water was replenished daily. Strong WiFi signal.

Modern bathroom, with heated floor, had a tub and stand-alone shower with good water pressure. Bathrobe and slippers were available on request.

There was a modern glass-enclosed rooftop pool with a view over Manufaktura complex accessed from the 5th floor. There was also sauna and gym with good selection of equipment on the 5th floor.

The access to the rooftop skyFLY bar was via the glass enclosed lift at the end of the long corridor on the ground floor away from the reception. There was no access from any other floors.

Breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty with an excellent selection of fruit.

The staff in general, were very enthusiastic and helpful.

Love this hotel. Didn't like the fold-out bed.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing breakfast & pool. Disappointed with extra bed offered -- it was very uncomfortable and too short to accommodate a person 175 cm (5'9\") tall. This was where my daughter was to sleep in the suite we reserved. In the end, we all slept in the king-size bed. I expected more from a premium room in a premium hotel.

Check in took forever, too much talking despite 2 people checking me in. The gym staff were very rude. Towels were very thin. Overall was expecting much better.

The hotel is always amazing. The staff are super friendly and always go the extra mile. The superior suite we thought was probably bigger than our entire flat 😂

Nothing is ever an issue, if your kids run round ragged you are assured it’s no biggy as the tippee gets rebuilt twice before midday. This hotel is what service is about. I love it every time we stay. Makes our trip.

Amazing building. Really modern and tasteful decoration. We really enjoyed our stay, room was really nice. Quiet with a nice breakfast. Enjoyed a beer on the rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful. Thank you Adam :)

Beautiful hotel, we took the larger suite, close to everything, best breakfast at a hotel I have ever had, parking lot has poles everywhere very hard to maneuver, rooftop pool is gorgeous, massages could be a little better at the spa...

The best hotel in town and more...

This is the best hotel in town. It brings all what one needs while traveling: a great location, wonderful staff and excellent facilities. The hotel is a unique compilation of the 19th century textile factory (fully renovated) and a modern interior decor. Imagine walking to the enormous lobby designed to welcome you in every way you could imagine. Your check-in becomes to be multidimensional and your mind gathers already all options in front you (the bar, the business center, the restaurant, the easy way out for shopping etc.). And then when you enter your hotel suite you can see stunning and overwhelmingly spacious areas decorated with contemporary furniture and large windows that for a change you can actually wide open. Check out the size of your bathroom as well. Quite impressive. If it comes to food the hotel's main restaurant serves excellent dishes with a various choices of alcohol but it is pricey though. I also suggest the Skaybar for late night hung outs. The swimming pool on the 5th floor with a view of the Manufactura courtyard could be definitely a perk. Since the new ownership took over the hotel I've noticed a few downgrading changes. Here is my list: tv sets and programming need an upgrade, room service menu should be revised due to a lack of choices, 22 pln for a room service delivery looks petty and should be removed, worn out towels, no hair conditioner and low quality toilet paper in bathrooms create unnecessary bad impression.

The best hotel in Lodz, by far!

An absolutely beautiful hotel with style and fantastic architecture. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the added bonus was the proximity to Manufaktura and Piotrowska Street. The only little issue was the lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom, which I had to then go out and purchase.

Very stylish hotel in an old fabric building. Breakfast is amazing and absolutely worth its money. Our appartment was huge. Swimmingpool has a great view over the city. Only disappointing was sauna area. This would be better close to swimming pool with a view.
