Stayed in room 429, it was not facing the main street directly, but it was loud, the trams are running every 2 mins or so. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the breakfast, but the room was quite fine, bed comortable and I appreciated local news channels were available. Overall, I think there are better options in the neighbourhood and I'll look elsewhere when I'm in Lodz again

Room was clean, we didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t tell about it, location is good - the heart of Łódź. We ordered food to the hotel, and courier said the hotel staff had a big problem with leaving our deliveries at the desk

The WiFi was working well, the room was well prepared.
The only remark is that the A/C was very loud, so I had to turn it off, but then could hear some noise from the street.
I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the railway station (Lodz Fabryczna) and indeed it was no more than 10-15 minutes walk.

This place is fabulouse located in the centre downtown direct vicinity to Piotrkowska where you can enjoy a wonderful stroll on the longest street in Lodz , which is also the most vibrant , bustling street. Clean, food was great and on time delivered to my room at the exact time I wanted

The hotel is cheap and cheerful but has most things you need.
The bed was comfy and had soft linen (although 2 very soft and thin pillows). The shower and sink were both huge and when the water worked, there was good pressure and heat.
BUT, we had several issues:
No handle on the shower door.
The shower door wouldn't shut so water leaked onto floor (and we had to shower in the corner so as not to flood the floor further).
We had to ask for toilet roll, it felt like it was rationed!
The soap wasn't filled up.
We stayed for 2 weeks and the room wasn't vaccuumed for the first 7 days.
The bar was shut.
The bigger issues were the lack of heating and hot water/water pressure.
The heating didn't work on the first day and after checking with reception, they gave us a heater to use (with a broken leg). On our 11th day, the manager told us that the heating was turned off and the air con was automatic.
Probably due to this and the lack of bathroom extraction, the room was very damp and our clothes smelled damp after 5 days. There was 1 shelf and 4 hangers so no way to air our clothes.
The water issues were frequent. Between approx 11-11.45 there was no hot water and then from 12 onwards, there was no pressure. One day, the water stopped at 10.30am. We called reception and were told that no rooms had water and it was being fixed. It took 45 mins!

I was looking for an inexpensive and clean place for one night and B&B was the right fit for my needs. I like the concept with codes to access the room in place of keys or cards. The rooms are not extraordinary, but comfortable, clean and convenient also if you need to do some work. Parking availability was a plus for me as well.

new facility with awesome customer service
New building between Piotrkowska and Kosciuszki, adjacent to the small park connecting both streets, making it perfect for both walking (Piotrkowska) and car access (Kosciuszki). This is right in the heart of Lodz, attractive for business and tourist activities, since Piotrkowska is the main historic street of Lodz with all the stores and restaurants.
New clean rooms with good working air condition. Very good breakfast with lots of choices of warm dishes.
Special mention goes to the front desk team, and to their management, who both were very accommodating despite our changing plans.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, tæt på alt, rent, meget rart personale. Vi ankom lidt tidligere, og der var ingen problemer med at tjekke ind, vi modtog et super lydisoleret værelse (med aircondition). Tefaciliteter var tilgængelige på værelset, men manglen på et lille køleskab var lidt af en plage. Ingen garanteret plads på hotellets parkeringsplads, som betales (når du forlader parkeringspladsen, har du muligvis ikke længere en plads at parkere). På turistinformationen kan man købe 3-dages billetter til offentlig transport, så man ikke skal betale for meget for almindelige billetter. Et succesfuldt hotelvalg og et behageligt ophold.

Only the basics, great service, very clean, good for short stays. Air con in my room wasn't very strong but the window opens so it wasn't a problem. Also perfect location, right in the middle by a central tram route and with amazing restaurants in short walking distance.

Zaskoczył nas brak wody w pokoju, brak kącika kawowego, które wydawały się nam standardem sieci B&B. Dodatkowo w pokoju owszem zmieniono pościel i uzupełniono papie toaletowy, ale dozownik z mydłem był pusty. Co gorsza podłoga była zwyczajnie brufna, nie została odkurzona przed naszym przyjściem. Pan na recepcji kiepsko sobie radził z obsługą klienta, dokonanie rezerwacji zajęło dłuższą chwilę a dodatkowa prośbą o anulowanie innej rezerwacji w tym obiekcie, jak się potem okazało, nie została poprawnie wykonana.

Bardzo wygodne materace!!!! Pokoik nie za duży, ale wyglada naprawdę całkiem fajnie!! Okno można lekko uchylić a w razie potrzeby załączyć klime. Wystrój minimalistyczny, na weekend ok, natomiast jakby ktoś miał pomysł spędzić tam więcej czasu, może nie mieć gdzie wypakować ubrań. Fajny gest ze strony hotelu to darmowa kawa i herbata z automatu na dole( nie próbowałam, wiec nie ocenię ) Hotel w stylu ibis czy campanile- jednak uważam, że znacznie lepszy. Łazienka mniej plastikowa jak u „kolegów” za co większy plus. Brakowało mi jednak czajnika, szklanek i ręcznika do rąk.... Generalnie pewnie tam jeszcze wrócę ;-) Polecam ;-)
