Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. However, we noticed some shortcomings:
1. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a room that was completely cold. The hotel service left the window in the room open, so the air conditioning did not work, and since it was mid-November, the room was 17 degrees and we had to turn the heating on full for about an hour. to make it more comfortable. You don't want to arrive at the room like that.
2. The second remark is related to the temperature: the temperature throughout the hotel was lower than what would mean a comfortable stay. Energy savings at the expense of comfort.
3. We had a family apartment. The shower is a problem in the bathroom: when used, the water from the shower literally spills all over the relatively large bathroom. We had to use 2/3 of the towels to solve the \"flood\".
4. We also visited the SPA, i.e. the pool and sauna. The water in the pool could be warmer, but that's not a problem. It was unpleasant that we received only 1 towel per person from the staff, but no sauna towels. So you had to choose whether to use a towel in the sauna, but not have a towel for the final shower when leaving the SPA, or not to take a towel to the sauna, but that is not hygienic.
However, the hotel also has great positives:
1. Cozy rooms and hotel interior.
2. Beautiful restaurant and excellent breakfast.
3. Friendly staff.
4. Very good location in the city center.

Good location. Two tram stops from Piotrkowska Street . They run every few minutes. Excellent swimming pool and breakfast. We had an apartment with kitchenette but no cutlery or crockery so what's the point of a kitchenette?

On our second night the neigboring room woke us up at 1:30 a.m. i had to call the front desk three times before it finally stopped. That was over the span of an hour. The staff was very confusing about parking. I will say the rooms are excellent and everything was very clean.

The facility was beautiful and new. The bar and entertainment area was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly.
The room I found dirty doors and handles, the doors stayed filthy for 2 rotations of housekeeping until I decided to clean them. Initially when I arrived in the room, there was a beer bottle in the waste basket, generally not a problem but it stayed there for 2 days potentially indicating a lack of attention to detail by housekeeping. All being said I did enjoy my stay there perhaps these things were a oversight. I feel this place has great potential, my only concern when I arrived was if this is the dirt I can see what about the things I cannot. I would cut them some slack, perhaps they are having trouble finding proper help I don't know, Lodz is going through massive expansion perhaps these are growing pains.

Hotel has been open for about a year and it's basically designed for business people. Large empty spaces with highly polish marble floors dominate the lobbies of the hotel which remind me of Chinese hotels with communistic influence. My husband called it \"sterile\".
Staff with good knowledge of English is very helpful.
The best bit of our stay was the buffet breakfast, absolutely wonderful with amazing choices of food and drinks, hot or cold, but unfortunately no decaff coffee.
Overall the rooms are very spacious and basically clean but had to give 3* for cleanliness because have found an old Pampers nappy in one a of the bathrobe's pockets in the room!
Just remembered another thing. The 1st room we were allocated to had the door open and it was not possible to close it because the outside lock system was broken! Second room's vista was very depressing overlooking a wall which was hiding some kind of generator system.
The hotel also had a big problem with the air conditioning heating system which wasn't working satisfactory for the first two days in ours and my brother's room. In the end the reception has given us a hot air blowers which improved the room temperature a bit. Shouldn't really happen in winter when there is a snow laying on the ground outside and temperatures are below zero.
Yet another little thing- no BBC World News on TV!

Hotels.com stated that the check-in time is 2 p.m., however the receptionist told us that check-in time is 3 p.m. so our room was not ready at 2 p.m. although they did their best to have it ready earlier than 3 p.m.

Au dessus de mes espérances. Vraiment excellent avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et varié. C'est clair, nous reviendrons dans cet hotel quitte à faire un détour. Pourquoi chercher ailleurs ?

Arrived quite late in the evening and check in was fast and easy. The hotel had a nice pool and two saunas that could be used until 10pm (9pm on weekends). Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. We have never been spoiled by service-minded staff in Poland but this was surprisingly good. Almost got a smile out of the waiter..

La strutture dell'hotel è molto bella, un po' datata la scelta della moquette nelle camere, ma in generale camere ben fornite, confortevoli e silenziose.
Il personale alla reception non sempre all'altezza di una tale struttura, spesso di nessun aiuto e per nulla al servizio del cliente. La connessione wifi scadente e il problema non è stato nemmeno trattato dal personale nonostate le ripetuto richieste.
