The reception personnel were professional and a great help. From checking in to moving us when there was a loud clanging noise in the room. We got delicious free coffee in the restaurant and the employees there were very helpful. It was an all around great experience. So close to everything.

Wow this hotel is perfection. Really well done - lobby has tons of seating, bedding is so comfy, mini fridge always appreciated. Shower great and doesn’t get the whole bathroom wet. I really enjoyed the spa on the top floor. They even have bikes to use. Staff at front desk super nice. There was a bottle of bubbly in the room but didn’t know if it was a gift or for a charge, might be helpful to make that clear so we didn’t touch it. Even the towels were huge. Location is perfect we walked all over. I would stay here again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Puro in Lodz.
The rooms are really modern, clean, and comfy and the lobby/bar/restaurant was also lovely, very spacious and nicely designed. The service was friendly and we were grateful to be able to check in early after an early flight, for a small charge. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was also really good, right opposite Manufaktura and easy to walk to the central streets.
We went onto Warsaw and Krakow after Lodz and were sad that we weren't booked into the Puro hotels there - next time we are in Poland, we will definitely try to stay at a Puro hotel!

Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.

The hotel is nice overall but the pillows are by far the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. We asked for the \"firmer\" pillows after the first night but there's still barely any filling in them. They also have these bizarre large square pillows that have half the filling of a normal pillow. If they sort the pillow situation out it would be a great hotel as both mornings I woke up with a sore neck.

This is a really great hotel. It exceeded my expectations over and over again. The rooms are simple, but really really comfortable. Great sheets, great comforters, great mattress and the room is so smart! The lights are really wonderful. The huge picture window looking out onto the street was amazing. Right across the street was a palace from the last century and that’s what I woke up to every morning when I open the blinds. Oh and the blinds blocked out all the light. The downstairs staff at the reception was so helpful. The gym is amazing! Really, beautiful! The restaurant Is delicious try the pod Thai. The most unique Pantaya I’ve ever had. And the people there are so sweet.

Our stay at PURO Lodz was a really happy accident. After a car breakdown, we were able to book a last minute stay at this wonderful hotel with very modern & stylish rooms. The staff were all super friendly, helpful & very sympathetic to our situation of not knowing how long we would need to stay there (due to car repairs). They were very flexible in allowing us to book a room but confirm if it's still needed after hearing more from the mechanic the next day before having to pay. The hotel's location is just across the street from the Manufaktura square which hosts many restaurants, drinking establishments, shopping center & cinema. But the hotel itself also has a wonderful restaurant, cocktail bar, spa and cinema inside itself as well! Couldn't have found a better place to stay on this unexpected visit to Lodz. They are also very dog friendly and allowed us to stay with our little dog with no issues, as well as bring her to the restaurant and bar with us so as not to leave her alone in the room! Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Lodz.

An excellent hotel, with exceptional service. The hotel was very modern. Myself and my husband went for 3 nights over New year. We were able to relax in the room and watch netflix whilst we were recuperating. Was able to connect my Spotify whilst getting ready to go out. Each room has a tablet which controls the room which is simple to use, but you can do everything manually too. We loved the fact that we could use the tablet to set do not disturb so we could have a lie in, but then when we were ready to go out change it to clean me (anytime before 3pm) and we would get back to the bed been made and clean towels. Each day they would give you two bottles of water, one was fizzy so I asked if we could swap and they gave me a few bottles.
We had room service from the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Also free coffee from the machine at any time during your stay, its the small things that made the difference.

It looks modern but executive suite is really small in comparison with Andels - about 3 times smaller for the same price. Miska restaurant is very poor, one of the worse restaurants in Lodz. Spirit bar is great on the other hand.
