Let’s start from pluses: very comfortable SPA area, rich breakfast and minuses: staff is not helpful, this hotel is like labirynth. This morning I asked for invoice at reception desk and he said that I need to send them e-mail with request. Absurd.

I'm already the fifth time in this hotel.
Honestly, I prefer this hotel then the most reputed Andel hotel. It has a special atmosphere.
The Ambassador Hotel is in the center of the City, close to all City attractions. I love the swimming pool with the water beaches. Two saunas are excellent. What I love most is the lady beautician. She always manages to make me look 10 years younger and she's incredibly nice.

Just an average hotel that uses the facilities of its sister hotel.
Thar advertised bar was shut all week but i didnt try any of the food as that was in the ajoining hotel as such all the advertising wasnt accurate.
I was quite concerned that the socket in the bathroom was literally hanging off the wall and looked like it had been for some time. The hotel is not in the low budget range but it should be

Great stay!

Great hotel in great location! Very clean and breakfasts full of choices with good quality food.
Our shower broke down on the 2nd day of our stay and a lady who was in a reception - Magda accordingly changed our room to another one within an hour. She was very helpful and professional.
I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Enjoyed the stay!

Short walk to old Main Street Piotrkowska. If traveling by rail, easily reachable by tram from main intercity rail station Lodz Widzew or much shorter tram (5) from larger and nicer local station Lodz Fabryczna (5 min) along Kilinskiego. Local train runs between both. Hotel exterior not well lit at night so can pass by without seeing. Huge enclosed shopping center in next block and blocks in city center are extremely long if walking.

Staff is professional and extremely pleasant.
The rooms are very clean. You can leave all your valuables things and the cleaning ladies will not touch them. I spend 11 days and enjoy very much the breakfasts.
This is my fourth time in this hotel amd certainly I will came back.

Good value for lidz

In this hotel for two nights. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and accommodating. It was my first time in Lodz and we were very impressed with the city and the people at the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful however there was a problem with the air conditioning. Other than that we highly recommend this hotel for its location and its amenities .

Hotel is fine, good pool - decent length for swimming. Breakfast is good. We were accosted by a beggar outside the nearby alkohole (not nastily, though), but other than that fine. Tram stop nearby, not a big walk into town anyway. Warning! Lodz tram stops lack maps, so to understand the routes, print one in advance!

Faded glory, well maybe not glory just faded.

There is no way this hotel is a four star hotel. Our room was large but shabby, towel edges were fraying, the carpet was stained, they had only one small waste can for the two room suite. The menu is very limited, I will say though, what I did order was good and the young lady that brought it was prompt and polite but after three tries to get room service, I had to call the front desk and ask them to have room service ring me back. I have to say, I would give this place a pass.

OK hotel with exorbitant laundry charges

Ambasador Centrum seems to aim for business people. The hotel fine but could use a little updating. Comfortable room and bed. Very nice breakfast. The staff is nice and just about everyone speaks English. However, do your laundry before you arrive here; the charges are crazy. The lowest prices were: 15 zloty for a pair of socks or a pair of underwear, 30 zloty for a t-shirt. At the other end, 50 zloty for a pair of pants or a skirt, and 60 zloty for a jacket. That's just mean. We did not find a laundromat in Lodz, so the hotel seems to be taking advantage of that.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The price was very reasonable considering it included breakfast, which was excellent. The location was ideal, minutes from the main area, trams or busses. The taxi to the hotel cost less than £5 for 4 of us.

Modern clean and spacious furnishings. Wifi and easy parking at the rear of the hotel (small charge) make it a perfect base for business. Situated on a main highway in Loda with a great shopping mall 100m away.If you have time, a dip in the pool is good too.

I also stayed at this hotel last year. The hotel is conveniently located near the modern shopping centre Galeria Łódzka and is only a short walk from Ulica Piotrkowska. Although the hotel is situated on a large and very busy road the rooms are well sound proofed and I experienced no disturbance at night. The rooms are of a good size with air conditioning and two bottles of water are provided every day. A dressing gown and slippers are also available. Breakfast was very good (best scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel) and you can get excellent meals at the hotel restaurant although the wine was rather expensive.

I highly recommend this hotel as the best in Lodz!

The staff is very helpfull, the rooms are big and comfortable, the breakfeast is amazing and the spa/jacuzzi is awesome!!

I have visited a lot of hotels but none of those can match the experiences I had here. Thank you very much and for sure I will be back!!

Room: Clean, but apparent long hair on one of the towels. Shower was rather cold even at the hottest temperature-level. One handle of the shower door was missing :-(

Pool&Spa: Best part of the hotel. 3 sauna rooms, hot tub and nice pool. And not crowded either, so pretty good for relaxing!!

Missed the breakfast in the morning, so I cannot tell about that.

Overall I've been to better 4-star hotels in Poland at same price, but the service was nice and the staff helpful so I would recommend this place.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen Lodzin keskustassa Galleria Lodzkan ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Huone oli tilava ja hiljainen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas (buffet). Miinuspuolena oli hotellikirjan puuttuminen, joten asioita joutui kysymään vastaanotosta. Huonesiivousta ei tehty koko 3 päivän vierailumme aikana. Tyynyt olivat muhkuraiset, mutta vuoteet muuten hyvät. Sisään- ja uloskirjaukset sujuivat nopeasti.

Wybrałem ten hotel ze zwględu na basen. Przy meldowaniu zaraz po opłaceniu pobytu dowiedziałem się, że basen jest niedostępny. Jest to bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Z opisu na stronie hotels.com wynikało jasno, że basen jest otwarty.
Wybrałbym innych hotel jakbym wiedział, że basen jest niedostępny.

Das Hotel Ambasador Centrum ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt trist und finster. Unser Zimmer war muffig und insbesondere das Bad bedarf einer Sanierung. Inneneinrichtung auch in den Zimmern sehr duster. Ärgerlich, dass Ende September keine Heizung funktioniert und warmes Wasser nur bis 22 Uhr verfügbar ist.

Schwimmbad, Sauna und Frühstück im Neubau (Ambasador Premium) sind sehr gut. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr.

The hotel and the room were clean but the staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly, the restaurant is in another hotel and so is the fitness centre. I slipped and hurt my back because there was loads of water on the floor on my way out the sauna and after asking them to give me another robe so I could get to my room they stared at me blankly and said no. After complaining that mine was soaked in water and I just wanted another robe, they called reception, asked me to wait and after waiting 15 minutes soaked wet they said no and didn't give another explanation. The breakfast is okay but you are not told what contains lactose or other allergens and the staff doesn't know either. Their English is poor and is very difficult to communicate any need you may have. It was a very unfortunate stay and I'm very disappointed in this \"4\" star hotel.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu jedną noc. Hotel bardzo ładny, ale widać, że ma już swoje lata. Mimo to bardzo czysty, obsługa pomocna i sympatyczna. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Jedynym mankamentem były niewygodne łóżka, materac nadający się do wymiany.
Brak problemów z parkingiem.

Bardzo dobre miejsce w centrum ale spokojnie i cicho. Można bez auta poruszać się i zobaczyć wiele wspaniałych rzeczy oczywiście bez zmęczenia. Po spacerach można odpocząć w basenie i w saunie. Oczywiście można także się zmęczyć na siłowni lub grając w squash-u. Polecam dobra cena za dobra jakość.

Hotel wymaga remontu. Pokoje takie jak na 4* to słabo. Cena 290 za taki standard to za drogi. Śniadanie mega słabe , sklejone w jedna kupę boczek, pieczywo lekko czerstwe, warzywa suche, generalnie brakuje osoby od kontroli żywności , wyglądu . Natomiast jeżeli ktoś wejdzie to w mgnieniu oka podbiega Pani i pyta o numer pokoju. Bardzo słaby servis. Dodatkowo proszę zwrócić uwagę na szlafroki , ja dostałem używany . Zgłosiłem to w recepcji i Pani przeprosiła . Mogła by zwrócić cześć za pobyt. Ale niestety nic nie zaproponowała .
