The room was spotless, however the lift was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The staff offered help to carry the bags to the room.

I would have preferred an hotel nearer the city centre, there were no local restaurants nearby to get an evening meal as the hotel restaurant was closed
Getting into the city you need a taxi unless you can understand the tram network. Getting back to the hotel by taxi can be an ordeal without the App😟
