Fabulous hotel with lovely rooms and a great spa. The views are breathtaking in both directions. We cycled over the trails to get there. What a great end to the day.

Faint smell of gas in the faucet water. Beds worthy of a 1950s motel. Breakfast so-so (mainly missing plain yoghurt and larger glasses for water, forcing us to drink one sip at a time). Otherwise quiet, conveniently located, beautiful surroundings and nice pool

They never clean the floor in our room. They even left used dirty coffee cup uncleaned. Never replenished coffee pods. or replaced empty water bottles.It seems like they only made the bed and walked out without doing anything else in the rood. Hallway walls and doors are all scratched and left that way they need a new paint job. Staff ignored guests they seemed busy with chores. Only one host in the dining room seemed very welcoming and friendly she showed interest in interacting with guests.

Property is nice and in a quiet area which means really far away from anything. Our family had a car, so we made daily trips out of this hotel, the main Highway/Freeway was about 15-20 mins away.

The scenes are brilliant and I'd recommend the hotel for any big racing fan. The staff were very welcoming and the staffs at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Not related to the hotel is the location being situated 'far' from major urban areas with relatively difficult connectivity transport wise. Many Uber riders would refuse to accept a lift and some would offer their own terms if they were to accept a ride.

I dont think that the hotel is a 5 star hotel. Its a very good 4 star. Its very remote regarding access to external amenities. There was confusion about the 20 euro food credit which took 4 conversations to obtain, even then the system couldn't produce a receipt for the balance.

Whilst the property is rated at 5 star, it is not a luxurious facility. Rooms and corridors are pretty much due for repainting. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful and the facilities were good although a little basic. For a 6 night stay were only entitled to two large bottles of water in the room on arrival that were not replenished. This is policy at this property. Food was generally good with the buffet representing good value. Ala carte menu is quite limited but sufficient.

Definitely not a 5 star, 3 star tops but there is no option near the racetrack. Racetrack is awesome and very exciting to drive, highly recommended if your are a car guy/girl.

This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility.

Very nice hotel

Everything is perfect ! Room is specious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillow are also perfect for a good night rest.
Restaurant serves great food that we did enjoy during our stay. Will come back next time !

3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel

Several times the hotel forgot our food orders. The room had a sewage smell after complaining it was offered a lower grade room which is a bit pathetic. The swimming pool doesn’t have maintenance the wall and floor are in a quite bad shape.
Definitely is not 5 star hotel is more a 3 star hotel.
Besides this it’s a good 3 start hotel not a 5 star hotel.

The room was clean and fresh. The bed was the only minor fault - not the best mattress otherwise fantastic. The breakfast was lovely. The evening meal buffet was poor and overpriced. Plenty of parking. Not enough sun loungers. I would definitely stay here again. Some good local restaurants within a few miles.

Poor Food Options.

This is an amazing hotel, but it didn't offer a fully serviced restaurant.
The menu on offer was very much pre-prepared food only.
There was not even a chef to complain to.
If you plan to stay at this hotel, add to your plans the need to drive out to a town for an evening meal. There is nothing local to this hotel.

Une parenthèse de calme !

Un très bel hôtel, très calme au milieu des montagnes à proximité d’un circuit de course , des chambres spacieuses avec un balcon.
Le personnel, la piscine, le SPA, le petit dej tout parfait.
Seul bémol, le restaurant avec buffet n’est pas celui que l’on s’attend dans un 5 étoiles et des équipements étaient hors service pendant notre séjour (billard et douches écossaises dans le SPA)
On vous le recommande !

O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e qualidade. O hotel foi, sem dúvida, a melhor escolha que fiz para a minha estadia.
O único ponto a melhorar seria aumentar o número de carregadores para carros elétricos, já que atualmente existe apenas um disponível.

Hotel caracterizado como 5 estrelas mas discordo desta classificação. O ambiente de Spa fecha muito cedo, as 18:00 e o salão de jogos é pífio. A cama do nosso quarto está bem defasada, demonstrando anos de uso e necessidade de substituição.

Eccetto una signora molto cortese di nome Silvia alla reception l’intero personale dell’hotel è decisamente poco professionale ed a tratti antipaticorasentando la villania. Immaginate solo, per darvi l’idea, che il soggiorno si paga anticipato all’arrivo come in un motel ad una stella americano. Io vivo viaggiando e spendo circa 200 notti all’anno in hotel. Qui non è solo l’unico 5 stelle che richiede il pagamento ma proprio l’unico hotel che conosca!!!! Inoltre dopo aver prenotato e pernottato ben 3 volte per un totale di circa 15 notti ho avuto un problema di salute ed ho dovuto ritardare il mio check inn di tre giorni. Mi sono premurato di scusarmi e comunicarlo con 2-3 giorni di anticipo per non creare disagio. Risultato: la Dig. Hellen ha ritenuto opportuno farmi pagare l’intero importo sebbene non abbia utilizzato la stanza. Anche questo dettaglio non mi è mai capitato in vita mia. Siccome credo nel karma è giusto che sappiate questo dettaglio ed optiate se scegliere una struttura con questo tipo di educazione, sensibilità ed attenzione per un cliente fedele. Fate voi. Quello che mi basterebbe è che i quasi 400 euro che mi hanno fatto buttare dalla finestra gli costino una cifra superiore.

Modernes Luxushotel mit tollem Spa

Das Hotel liegt neben der Formel 1 Rennstrecke von Portimao 30 km hinter der Küste in einsamer Natur. Wenn hochkarätige Rennen auf der Rennstrecke sind, ist das Hotel unbezahlbar, wenn nichts los ist, bekommt man die Zimmer sehr günstig. Das Restaurant ist gut, die Zimmer nicht ganz so schön, im Spa gibt es ein großes Schwimmbad. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Dass die Gäste in der Regel an den Nebentischen über Dinge wie Reifenmischung und richtigen Bremspunkt reden sollte einem nicht stören.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Schöner wellnessbereich und sehr schöne Aussenanlagen. Ein minus sind die Betten, die Topper waren in meinem Zimmer durch gelegen, was man auch sofort sehen konnte.

Underbart hotell om man gillar racing, vilket jag gör. Det finns inga andra restauranger i närheten men den som finns på hotellet var mycket bra. Promenad på cirka 20-25 minuter till Portimao racingbana. Rent och fint, trevlig personal och utsikt över racingbana från balkongen.

Não recomendo!

A entrada no hotel estava prevista para as 15h mas, como os quartos ainda não estavam limpos, tivemos de esperar umas (valentes) horas... e só conseguimos entrar pelas 18h! Não oferecendo qualquer tipo de compensação pelo transtorno causado uma vez que perdemos 3h da nossa estadia.

Funcionários simpatiquissimos, quer os da receção, quer os de servir à mesa, os do bar e também a senhora de serviço ás casas de banho. comida é deliciosa, com excelente apresentação. O spa é excelente e de livre acesso. Os quartos são confortáveis, apenas com um senão, falta uma chaleira, para nos sentirmos mimados, caso queiramos um chá ou um café.Instalações novas, bem cheirosas e bem decotradas, ADOREI!!!!!!!

DESASTRE DE 5 ESTRELLAS

Un hotel 5 estrellas por su piscina, sus habitaciones, su silencio.
Pero un 2.5 estrellas sobre el trato del personal de recepcion, y en general.
Ejemplo: a llegar a la recepcion, no nos han pedido la tarjeta de credito para una estancia de 10 dias, entonces hemos tenido un problema a la hora de pagar nuestro primera bebida......;
hemos tenido que volver para abrir la linea de credito...... no nos han dicho a que hora eran lo desayunos, ni el precio de las cenas........ nada de informacion sobre el gimnasio , sauna, hammam, piscina interior, NADA DE NADA;
En la habitacion habia el porte toallas roto, un ruido de camion de la climatizacion en la ducha, hemos tenido que pedir 2 veces a la recepcion para arreglar estos 2 problemas.
Despues de 3 dias, no teniamos gel de ducha, solo crema y shampoo........ hemos tenido aue reclamar......... otro dia nos quedamos con 1 toalla grande para 2 ........ un desastre de servicio.
Fuimos a cenar la ultima noche, era un bufé, pero parecia mas a una cafeteria .
NADA DE 5 ESTRELLAS ESTE HOTEL;Una Grande Decepcion.

Nice hotel bud managed badly

Nice hotel but some things should be improved: we asked double bed-we got two twin beds, put next to eachother-we have been falling in between them all the time. Curtains in the room were super dusty, shower could be cleaner. Robes only in xl size (waaay to big), torn pockets. External children area floor covered with green fabric full of holes-dangerous for children and simply looking bad. Windows in the internal swimming pool dirty. Breakfast ok, but they serve water that tastes like tap water, glases only 100ml (in a 5* hotel?!)-to hydrate yourself you need to visit water/juice station several times. Swimming pool bar closed 1 hour before closing the pool, during the day some drinks not availiable (bartender send me to go upstairs to the other bar). In general: nice design of the room and the hotel itself, nice relaxing area and swimming pool, great views, friendly staff (but some don’t speak English). Hotel more for families with children (lot of them, very loud) than for a romantic weekend.

No tiene lo que debe de tener un cinco estrellas

El hotel está muy bien pero en la habitación había cierta humedad, sobre todo en el cuarto de baño tal y como se muestra en las fotos que adjunto. Estuve en la habitación 211 dos noches y al entrar las camareras de piso lo que hacen es hacerte la cama y poco más, ya que ni la papelera la cambiaron de un día para otro.
