We stayed here one night and was very happy. We came late but the after hour check out was smoothly and we even get a room upgraded. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Only a short walk to the beac, shops and restaurants. The kids love the heated pool and the spa was so good. We will definitely will be back again.

The three-bedroom was a decent size. Unfortunately, it was on the top floor and the other guests I was with had trouble going up the stairs, but we will know for next time. However, the front desk staff were kind to offer us another option to a two-bedroom
to accommodate our needs, but my other guests said it’s only for two nights.
The rooms were spacious, and the bedding and towels were beautiful.
Minor things that could be improved are the rangehood fan, which was hard to pull out, the sliding doors in one of the bedrooms, which are a little stiff to slide open, and one of the kitchen doors, which is hard to open. The kitchen could use basic amenities like salt, pepper, a small oil bottle, spray, and wipes.
I love the laundry with a dryer. It was handy on our last night of our stay, as it was raining a lot. I had to do a load of washing, and the clothes dried quickly.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We didn’t have time to use the heated pool and spa due to the weather; it had been raining a lot.
We did hear the possums on the roof at night, but with the rain, they stayed away.
Next time, we will stay again and request the ground floor. It’s a great location, close to the main restaurants and shops around the corner.

Facilities provided inside the property can be improved, since we booked two rooms and it has two showers but only one shower has bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. I think all bathrooms should have this. And an extra toilet roll would not cost much too. Other than that the say was good for the price with a very welcoming receptionist.

A really nice place to stay for 2-7 nights. Close to the main street and waterfront. Relaxing, quiet apartment with full ammenities. Stay long enough to enjoy all 4 penguins parks (koalas, Churchill island) as well as cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Location is great. Good sized apartment. Bed was comfortable. BUT…Multiple faulty appliances and lights. Had to be moved due to oven-top not working, was not assisted to do so. Washing machine was then faulty in the new apartment. Curtains were falling off. Internet NEVER worked (I was there for 5 days). Staff seemed put out by my concerns, I was reluctantly assisted. They did not try to give me any incentive to return (such as reduction in price or moving me to a nicer apartment). I was pretty disappointed overall.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walk to the shops and beach. Quiet and comfortable beds and pillows, Spacious upper 2bedroom level apartment, 1 toilette. Clean and sunny. The only downside is the internet was very slow, but that was the case in many parts of the island and luckily we were on holiday i.e. not work stay. Otherwise, I would highly recommend and we would stay again if visiting the island.

We arrived late and reception accommodated our very late check in well. They were very friendly. The rooms are spacious and having a kitchen was a bonus. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is old and desperate need of maintenance. Shower head was leaking, paint peeling on the walls. Only one heater in the living area which had a constant high pitched squeal, but given it was so cold when we were there we had to endure the noise. We just may have been the unlucky one.

A pleasant short stay in a spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable, and the 2 showers made things easier to manage in the morning and get ready for day tripping and exploring. Reception staff were pleasant and very welcoming upon arrival. Can be a little noisy at times (noise travelling between rooms) but other guests were well behaved after 9pm.
Unfortunately, there are parts of the apartment we were allocated which could've been better. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were worn and one is nearly off its hinge. The knives were blunt (we had to buy our own at a nearby supermarket) and the oven and stove controls were not readable. There were some cockroaches found in the kitchen and when we asked for insect spray, reception was not able to help although they did suggest they would note it to get the apartment looked at (assuming after check out?). Upon checking the oven, I found an old chicken skewer burnt to a crisp from a previous guest - that was a little alarming!
The WiFi reception was patchy and we could not get great TV reception (only when the weather was wet though). There was also no Netflix or Pay Movies as described in their Hotels.com profile.

Overall the property was well maintained & clean. Our 3 bedroom apartment was nicely decorated, & maintained overall, except for certain small issues. There were minimal supplies of toilet paper (1 roll), dishwashing liquid, washing powder & garbage bags for 6 people. The walls were marked & patched so hadn't been cleaned well or repainted. No bedside lamps in bedrooms, so if something was needed during the night, would need to open the main light in bedroom, so partner was not happy. There was a phone but it was not connected to a phone line, so if something was needed from the office, would need to go up & down several flights of stairs as we were on the top floor. Not happy when this was done with baby or gear in arms. We found out that the apartments were being sold off as soon as we arrived which might explain lack of enthusiasm or service.

Overall, a good stay - for the price, can’t complain about the apartments, nice and spacey, good cooling, location was excellent, so close to the Main Street and beach - and all staff we spoke to were beyond lovely. Whe the pool & spa could have been a tad cleaner, they were OK.
