Everything was exactly as I had left it. So disappointing and not worth the money spent for that and other factors. I will never stay at this location again

We had a lovely stay at Pelicans, the check in process was really quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. It felt a little cold at night but the reverse cycle aircon really helped.

I wished I checked for spare blankets before I went to bed though, as there were none in the cupboard and it was a cool night. I don't like using econ or electric blankets, but I had to use both (and I therefore warm). It us better for the environment and also to lower costs for the business, to have enough blankets in the room. Otherwise, my stay was great and I will probably stay there again next time I am in this wonderful beachside town.

The room was comfortable but the curtains were coming off the track on one side. The door was difficult to open. With the key lock in place it was hard to turn the doorknob. The heater did not work properly. It barely sent out a warm breeze which did not warm the room very well. The television had limited channels, No channel 11 or 12. The extensive mould on the shower curtain was disgusting. There was mould growing in the corners of the shower and silastic peeling/falling from the frame.
