Terrible experience. We felt targeted and uncomfortable during our stay. Staff were dishonest about the situation and handled things very poorly. We were even knocked on the door around 9pm to complain about normal activities like unloading stuff from vehicle, which made us feel harassed rather than welcomed. This is not how a holiday should feel. People come to relax, but the staff and surrounding environment completely spoiled our stay. Especially disappointing if you are not Australian-born, as the treatment felt discriminatory. Would not recommend.

What’s even more outrageous is that the spa bath in the room is super dirty. After 3-4 days, my skin became inflamed. Doctor pointed out that it might be caused by soaking in a poorly maintained bathtub.
Moreover, only shampoo is provided, no shower gel. The hair dryer is also very poor, super noisy but not strong enough nor hot enough.

They had in-room chocolate bars in the fridge at a fair price almost the same as what you would buy at a convenience store. Lovely place and great price. I would book again.
