Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them.
Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good

Truely an oasis! We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for a few nights, as a little getaway and loved it. Clean apartment, well structured and furnished. Quaint and homey decor. We met Anita, the onsite manager, whom was lovely. Very helpful and accomodating. It's about 5min drive to the main center and a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Definitely would recommend 👌.

Bathroom was TINY, can’t even fall over in it. The tv was not smart (ie can’t stream) it was a glorified motel with a bit of lipstick to make it look nicer. Photos on expedite were very strategically placed with nice angles!

Was a nice place, bed was reasonably comfortable. We had a downstairs room which meant I could hear people walking around upstairs.They were quite noisey with their footsteps. Maybe a rug or carpet to soften the noise of footsteps. Easy checkin, sent us a text with details and automatically allowed for late check in which was lovely. Easy to checkout with key drop off as well.

The Pod was good for a short stay, but probably best for singles not couples. The water coming out of the shower into the bathroom area would be stopped by having a lip or something.

The lovely girls at reception. Great pool which we swam in every day. The other guests thought we were crazy I think. It was refreshing. Very clean room and was wrapped there was a microwave in there.

Great price and nice staff, but...

+ We had one of their small rooms with a double bed. The price was great, it's an easy walk to a nice beach, and the staff was friendly.
- The office hours are ~9-5 Mon-Sat so you have to call them to get questions answered, they never cleaned the room or replaced the towels, bedding, or coffee/tea (even after 4 nights), and it's not easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. in Cowes.
But we think the + outweigh the - and would consider staying there again.

The property we see in the advertisement is not the ones we received. We see the apartments like building in the photos, but we got like cabin rooms instead, was very uncomfortable.
No daily housekeeping was there. We were there for 3 nights and no cleaning was done during the time period.

Everything was great, The Staff was amazing, really friendly and very patient with me and my father.

However, the wet room bathroom leaves standing water after a shower. it wouldn't be an issue if it didn't spread out to the rest of the bathroom. wet socks are never fun. The back door of the room, either 10 or 9 (can't remember which one) doesn't seem to lock, however, this wasn't so much of an issue as the back area was closed off. But aside from that I would have given 5 stars.

I loved the fact that my TV came with a chrome cast. (named \"Back garden\"?) although, it seems it's not consistent with all the rooms. As a \"nice to have\", If I could I would like to request USB sockets for charging devices. We hadn't brought the plug adaptors so we used the USB socket on the back of the TV which had to stay on to charge phones etc.

The rest of the stay was great. I wanted to give 5 stars as I was pretty happy with it overall, had a great time and would come again! Thank you very much!

I wanted a nice quiet holiday where I could concentrate on writing, and this property delivered. It was a short walk to a quiet beach (a \"looking at the ocean beach\" as opposed to a swimming beach I think) and a short drive to the shops. The room was large, neat and well appointed.

They had a big pool and ship-themed play area thing off to one side in the central area, but I didn't use either so can't comment on that.

The location was great, near to the beach and parking was good. The pool was good, but the surrounds needed maintenance and the garden was overgrown.

The Studio \"Apartment\" (equivalent to a small motel room) lacked a few of the usual motel inclusions, such as tissues, extra pillows/blanket, hairdryer and provided only limited soap/shampoo/conditioner, tea/coffee etc, as a starter pack. The soap/shampoo and conditioner had to be kept on the floor of shower, as no shelf or similar on the wall of the shower. The bathroom is very small with no space to keep toiletry packs.

The small kitchenette had a kettle and toaster, but nowhere to plug them in! We were forced to boil the kettle either on the floor or the bedside table!

The floor became dirty quickly, with no broom or brush and pan to clean it ourselves. The room was not serviced daily and therefore sand carried inside from the terrace, which was also not clean before our arrival. This could be a great property but misses the mark on a number of details.

We loved the layout of the apartment we stayed in and the view from the balcony was amazing. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and she was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and the apartment had everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern and affordable accommodation.

One night stay in a very clean and modern apartment. Was very easy to stay in and cook our own meal one night with good selection of cooking appliances and utensils. Be aware you maybe required to lift your baggage up stairs if situated in an upper apartment like we were. I’m certain staff will assist if asked though.

Some basic amenities were lacking like bedside lamps and a hair dryer. Also the toilet seat did not fit the base of the toilet. And the bed was on rollers making it impossible to lean against the wall and read without rolling away from wall.
