New room but could use a microwave, glass door didn't want to lock from outside using key.
Toilet paper holder was in terrible location to reach.
Being new I was surprised by lack of accessable outlets and no USB ports.
I didn't try my TV but neighbors said there's wasn't hooked up yet.
Location was awesome, staff was extremely nice, parking was easy as was getting in and out of the location.
I would stay here again just aware of little things.

Positives- The cabin was spacious and we were able to do a late check out. The pool area was relaxing and my kids loved it. Cons- the cabin was a bit tired with dingy walls and the floors had been cleaned but not under the couch which was thick with dust and debris as if it hadn’t been vacuumed for ages. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t pass even with windows open for hours.

This place is great. It was just me and my dog for a weekend away, we had booked a standard cabin but due to a small issue on the first night i got upgraded to a deluxe cabin at a huge discount. The staff are extremely kind and courteous and clearly take customer service seriously. The cabin was spotless and very comfortable. I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler and the park was full of other respectful guests and families. Great vibes all around, I’ll definitely book this again and will encourage my friends to visit as well. Thanks for the wonderful service!

We had a lovely stay at Amaroo Holiday Park, which is conveniently located within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. After dinner each evening, we enjoyed strolling down to the beach to watch people fishing, which was a relaxing way to unwind. Although the cabin appeared quite small from the outside, it felt cosy and comfortable once inside. The rooms were clean and well-maintained; however, we did notice that facial tissues and paper towels were not provided, and the tea towel supplied had an unpleasant smell.

The room condition was acceptable and clean. Check in was smooth. There were several opened windows when we arrived though and some without fly screens. Had to check everyone one of them to ensure it was closed before going to bed. Some also didnt have locks which was unusual and concerning as we had the kids sleep in the double bunks room (didn't want them falling out!).
I don't think there was enough crockery in the kitchen and we had 6 of us stay in a 6 bed studio. We had ice cream one night and had to eat them in the cups because there werent enough bowls, only 2...We were only given 1 set of keys, could be better if we received 2. The bathroom overflow drain in the middle was cracked and on an angle, it could have cut someones foot. The drain also didn't goanywhere except straight down to the ground underneath the cabin and you could see the dirt. People could probably also see from the bottom up lol. The price was reasonable for what it was at the end of the day and I am glad we just stayed the night midweek.

Room was clean but small. No wardrobe space. Plenty of kitchen utensils ( plates, cutlery, glasses, tea towel. No ice tray in fridge. Staff member on phone for. Long time when we checked in. However let us in early. Very convenient to town but long walk to the beach. Lots to see and plenty of places to eat in Cowes.

Bathroom was small, unable to adjust the shower hose so water was spraying onto floor. A handheld shower hose and something to store soap or hook on in the shower would be useful. Parking slot for our cabin was tricky. No marked lines

I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable. I’ve slept on foldout beds that were nicer. There was a sheet, a quilt with no cover, and what felt like a table cloth on top of that. The blanket provided looked really old. I’m glad I brought my own blanket as what was provided wasn’t very good.
The shower was quite small. I’m 165cm and had to lean down a bit to wash my hair as the shower head was quite low. If you were taller than that or a larger bodied person, it may be a bit difficult.
The cleanliness was average. It wasn’t dirty but needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The kitchen had a bit of an ant problem.
There were a few little things too that just make me feel like the place isn’t well maintained. The table was wobbly and I was worried the leg would break. One of the flush buttons on the toilet kept falling off. The clock was broken and wouldn’t keep correct time.

Overall it was just an ok stay. I guess it’s fine for budget accommodation. It’s in a great location and just a short walk to the main street and beach. I wouldn’t stay here again though. I’d rather spend a bit more and stay somewhere

I didn’t use any of the facilities such as bbq, pool, games room, etc… so can’t comment on what they were like.

We only stayed one night. There was a bag of lemons, box of crackers and a container of eaten crisps left in the kitchen cupboard. Oven was dirty on the bottom too, food scraps. I couldnt get our glass door to lock unfortunately.
However the room was clean and tidy otherwise. Loved the fact we could watch a movie on netflix before bed so that was a good bonus.

The Only Problem that myself and my partner had with the Deluxe Queen Package we had booked was that the shower in the room was very small.
We would have preferred a tv in the bedroom rather than just one being above the fridge in the kitchen. The only other genuine problem faced was that there was an English barrier with management & communication. Otherwise the facilities met our needs and expectations and was otherwise a very enjoyable stay and look to be staying in the future.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Lacking some maintenance inside the cabin. Cabin needs some hanging hooks for clothes in bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of space in the bedroom that can be utilize for bags/suitcase to be lifted off the ground, add a stand or small cabinet. Grouting outside the shower door needs to be cleaned.

We had a lovely one night stay. The cabin was amazing. Very modern, clean, heated up quick, bed was comfortable, great kitchen and a nice hot shower. Staff were very helpful with my inquires about our late check in and all info provided helped us check in late smoothly after a long drive. Price was fantastic for the accommodation. Will be back again for longer stay as 1 night was not enough. I have one small suggestion a tea towel and oven gloves provided in the kitchen would help. overall 10/10. Thank you for having us at such short notice.

My son enjoyed making friends,the shops etc,what I didn't like was the kettle was half full of milk with a bad smell that you couldn't use! We were so looking forward to our stay but at 10pm on our first night our daughter wad unwell and we had to call an ambulance.

We didn't use the accommodation
but while we were there (3 hours)
we noticed the cabin was extremely well kept with more than enough room for our family of four.

We were excited to check out the Facilities on the Saturday but were unable too.

The park does advise to clean the utensils yourself, but I'm sure they may not get clean properly by guests or by staff. If we were to come again, definitely would upgrade to a bigger cabin.

Had to step sideways past basin to get to toilet
Kettle provided but no microwave or toaster so had to walk around back of building to get to camp communal kitchen to cook breakfast for price we paid understanding xmas peak draws higher fee , 3 night stay warranted at least these issues supplied . So not impressed at all.

Designated smoking areas are great but ashtrays need emptying. Restaurant wasn’t open and I was not told there was a cafe otherwise I would definitely have gone there. Room was clean but needed a little care. Looked a bit tired. Pool closed at 7pm. Why? Tv didn’t work and there wasn’t any instructions on use. More information would be helpful in the welcome pack.
