Terrific location and the variety of amenities on offer is bound to please everyone. Lovely getaway with space, nature and wildlife. Food at onsite restaurant is of a high standard. Happy hour was much appreciated and we even got cabin delivery of food one night!

DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!

As an asian, the floor could have been cleaner. Otherwise location is not too bad. Just a short 5-10 min drive into town with everything you need. Cabin is nice and quiet and very well equipped with everything you need. Surrounded by walking trail with many wildlife for the kids to see. Highly recommended

Great pools and location, but room quality and service were inconsistent.
The Good: The location is excellent for sightseeing, and the pools were a huge hit with the kids. After moving, our second villa was much better equipped (second TV, fan, and nicer decor) than the first.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a kitchen, lounge room, toilet separate to the bathroom, washer and dryer. It was perfect for my partner and I, and our two kids. There was plenty of wildlife around the resort like ducks, grey baron geese, possums and cows in the field behind our villa. I would recommend staying here if you ever visit Phillip Island. The resort itself was central to everything you need.

It was a cabin. It was winter and the rooms have no heater and it’s sooo cold. Also interesting there are no AC in rooms meaning in summer isn’t it going to be super hot? There’s just fans if you don’t mind. The sheets were dusty and at night there are noises from outside probably due to wild life but this kept me awake the whole night lol. The tap and shower when turned on, brown water came running out. Didn’t freak out just knew that no one had stayed in our cabin for quite a while I guess. It just probably didn’t suit us but you may like it. Thanks!

Disappointed in the property. Master bedroom door didn’t close, tiles in the main bathroom were loose. The couch was dirty. The lamp in one of the rooms was broken. Aircon only in the main area, fans provided for bedrooms, but wouldn’t be sufficient in summer. The staff were good to deal with and lovely.

Phillip Island has much to offer. We stayed here on our coastal road trip. The resort is several separate cabins. Parking was right in front. We arrived early and they checked us in early. It is centrally located with easy access to the activities of Phillip Island.

Approx. 1 km to main shopping street in Cowes. Although located on main room, property is set well back off the road and was very quiet. The cabins are very spread out over the property and depending on where your room is located, it could be a good walk to reach amenities.

Our studio was very clean, spacious, and in great condition, with lovely surroundings that were fairly quiet—until the arrival of disruptive guests.
However, the pool facilities were poorly maintained and dirty, with no proper supervision. Disappointingly, there was no room service or cleaning available on request, and the provided supplies were minimal. For a resort, this fell short of expectations, and felt more like a BIG 4 than a resort. I would however stress that the studio itself was absolutely perfect.
