Our room was mostly clean…besides some yucky looking stained towels. The beds were mostly comfy. But the best part was the A/C. After a day of 100 degree softball games, the A/C worked very hard to keep us cool all night long. Would I stay here again? Meh, probably not.

Only stay here if you are only going to stay one night and are on a very limited budget: the rooms are in need of repair - peeling wallpaper, rust/leak stains, dirty floor ... and I wasn't made aware on checking in that there isn't daily service: I had to go to the front desk on my 2nd night for towels and another ice bucket bag. Also, my room faced the train across the street that runs throughout the night, and the other side of the hotel is the highway, so don't plan on getting a good night's sleep.

Poor cleaning and maintenance

They need to clean their rooms properly, vacuum, and once in a while at least wash the carpet, and scrub the bathtub including walls. My entire family had a hard time breathing in this place due to poor cleaning.

Maintenance wise was also poor because the phone and clock were broken, door lock broken and bathroom had the side of the mirror broken. It was also very dark in the room without lighting in the ceiling.

Very disappointed in appearance and cleanliness. We got there and was extremely surprised that the pictures were such a poor representation of the real thing. The place was dingy, smelly and very outdated. There was lint all over the walls from not being cleaned, the tiles in the bathroom were stained and dirty and almost falling out from where the bathroom fan hung. The bathroom door had screws put in to try and hold together and you couldn't close it because it drug. The door going to the outside had air gaps underneath and around it that light shown in. The pillows and mattress were very old and not in good shape. Overall was very disappointed and will not recommend.

Reservation was made for king bed, upon arrival woman in front of us with no reservation got a king bed upstairs which receptionist told her the rooms upstairs were nicer than downstairs. Receptionist was very rude when it was our time to check in. I questioned about the upstairs and down stairs thing and she said we had a reservation with a third party. So third party quests are put in less than nice rooms? We ended up with 2 double beds in a poorly maintained room with wore out beds. Very disappointed.

Had a first floor room. Room condition was in good shape and the fairly modern. Has a toilet that a man can use and a tall shower head. However, the AC did not keep the room cool. AC Dial set to 60 degrees but room was at 70ish. Didn't test the microwave but the fridge was a freezer and froze my soda and water bottles. the continental breakfast was basically bread products, Cereal, Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, milk and juice. Staff was nice, the area seemed safe and moderately low traffic noise. No issue with the internet and electrical outlets. Other then the AC, Fridge issue, and breakfast its a really good hotel.

My family of 6 stayed here in a multi room suite. We loved the space and the three beds. They also made sure we had enough towels without us asking. They had a breakfast but there weren't a ton of protein options (yogurt). The staff was helpful and friendly despite having to deal with a slightly rambunctious school group.
It was in an older part of town and is an older hotel. It was fine though and for an overnight stay this was a good choice for us.

When we returned she said they checked it and it’s fine. Our room was very, very hot and unit was blowing hot air , plus outside temp was 100*. We complained and was told we could leave and get our money back “tomorrow”. And that No more rooms were available.
Due to softball tournament in town we could not find another room in town. So
We kept the room suffered thru the night and upon checking out was not even asked how we did or if anything could be done.

Horrible experience. First called the night before to see about early check in. Was told my reservation was not in system to call back after midnight. After confirming with hotels.com my reservation number called back 5 minutes after and magically my reservation is there. Was never given answers to early. Showed up asked to early check in was told no because room was not cleaned yet. However, the state of the room shows it has not been cleaned in month. Shower head was disgusting, fridge had mold growing in. When told about it the level of filth the front desk manager in morning was not even surprised. The manager that was assisting a new employee when I checked in was also very rude to the new employee. 0 customer service skills.

Horrific! Our group had two rooms. Both were terrible. We would’ve left but there was limited availability due to the high school rodeo finals. This is why they also charged double of what they normally charge. We chose the hotel because it had a decent rating and was close to the rodeo.
To begin with, the bathroom fans looked like they’re about to fall. We had to go buy cleaners when we arrived. There was rust in and around the shower. There were stains on the carpet, furniture, and even the bedding. Towels had holes. A tiny shampoo and one small bar of soap is all we were given. Each room had the same large type of bug in our bathrooms. In our room we had to ask for a coffeemaker. Once I found a way to cut the zip tie on the cord, I discovered it didn’t reach any outlets. Although the owner said he’d give a small discount for each day we were told later they couldn’t do it since we had prepaid through Expedia. The whole stay was so disappointing.

There were stains on the bedding, shower curtains and on the carpets. One of the rooms they offered smelled of smoke even though they insisted it was a non smoking hotel. Decent price for a quick overnight stay. The hotel is older, bathroom fixtures need serious upgrading- they were corroded which makes everything else feel dirty. But, honestly it was clean and tidy.
