I DROVE AWAY ! Signs posted after I checked in about dog crap in front of building, warnings about any pot smell in hallways law would be called. Someone had puked on sidewalk. Room air conditioning was set on 60 room was at 81 degrees. I walked back to desk left my room key and drove away. DO NOT RECOMMEND . NASTY !

The best thing about it was the lovely older lady who checked us in. Our room needed A LOT of work. Curtains didn’t close properly and were broken(hanging off in certain places) the window wasn’t closed properly and I had to slam it to get it to close. The rust (maybe water damage) on the roof of the bathroom. The desk chair sat crooked. Best thing was that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Somebody knocked at the door at 9:45 AM. I was just about to get in the shower. The curtains were open she could clearly see that my clothes were strewn on the bed. Then I heard pounding promptly at 10 AM above my room. I tried to call the front desk. No one answered. I banged on the wall and asked them to stop. No one responded. I tried the front desk again. I had originally reserved a king bed and was switched to two queens in a nastiest darkest back alley room they had. They certainly had better rooms available and I reserved one. Weird because they were not full. I don't understand the lack of hospitality. I understand having an older motel as I did manage one for quite some time. A lot can be done with a smile in good hospitality. Your place could have a much better rating with just a little bit better attitude from your staff.

As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being designated as a non-smoking room. Even worse, there was a strong odor of animal—or possibly human—urine coming from the carpet and bed. Having to smell urine every time I turned over in bed was absolutely awful.
The bed sheets were wrinkled and stained. In addition, the hot tub was missing its drain stopper, so it was impossible to fill it with water. The walls were also very thin; I was actually awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of the person next door using the toilet.
The low room rate was certainly a benefit, but unfortunately I would recommend spending a few dozen dollars more and staying at a different hotel. That said, I was very satisfied with the courteous and helpful service provided by the front desk staff.
I understand that I agreed to a non-refundable rate and therefore will not be requesting a refund. However, had it not been a non-refundable reservation, I would have seriously considered asking for one.

They say pet friendly but if you have a pet they put you in the run down back of the hotel rooms. There is no outer wall just floor to ceiling windows and the blinds don’t cover the windows completely. They charge you the same price as the nicer rooms but penalize you for having a pet. I wish I would’ve booked the hotel next door, it was cheaper but way nicer.. The only reason we chose this one was because it said the restaurant was open until 9 and had a casino. The restaurant we were told was closed and we were here before 8. And I’m not going out of my room until I leave tomorrow, it feels very unsafe where they put pet owners. One of the beds had blood on it. Had to check thoroughly for bed bugs because that’s the feel that it gives. Was very disappointed.

I guess you get what you pay for. It smelled like smoke and urine. A/C didn't work. There was a mint wrapper in the sheets. Definitely felt like it was a hotel you rent for a few hours. Tent camping in the mountains the last few days was definitely cleaner. I don't recommend this place unless You are desperate for a place. We would have camped again but our tent broke so we decided to get a hotel room.

The front desk people were nice and accommodating. The room was extremely outdated and sketchy. The bed was quite possibly the worst bed we’ve ever slept on and woke up with back and shoulder pain. We had a few friends stay in the same hotel and they all said the beds were awful for them as well. The attached restaurant was good and the casino was cool, but all-in-all we will not be staying here again.

On a road trip and needed a place to stay last minute. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday night and they had live music, a bar and casino. Also a restaurant but i didn't have time to eat there. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for the price it is clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that i overslept through my alarm haha. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The room was cold. The weather has been hot earlier in the day and the temperature had dropped. I turned off the fan/air.
Receptionist got me a blanket. She offered to bring it up to me and offered to help with my bag since it was upstairs.

I can only hope that for what they charged, the employee are given a bonus. I was there for 5 nights and my bed was only made up once. Others also complained about their rooms not being made up.

Worst ever do not book
This one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. We wanted a non smoking room. We got a recently converted smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the rug and bed spread. The lamp over the table had mold on it the air vent had mold and cob web. Wall were dingy yellow and the room overall was gross. We left and booked a different hotel.

Hotel is old and very run down. It needs some updating badly. Our room’s door was a bit interesting, see photo. Bathroom was in tough shape. Bed mattresses were a little lumpy. Not all the lights worked. Did not try the food because the restaurant looked dirty. The mini casino and bar were fun to visit. We probably wouldn’t stay here again. The best thing about this place was the price and most of the staff that were friendly.

The room given at check-in was nit the room I had reserved. I had put in the comments when booking I would have a pet. I booked the room from Fri.-Mon. nights. I had given my card at check-in for pet fees and deposit. At check- out they kept my deposit and charged me for Tues. night even though I checked out at 6:30 a.m. They refused to refund the deposit even though my dog made no messes nor chewed or broke anything. There were mouse traps in the room and bugs in the tub. Will never stay here again.

Not a good place to stay
There was something moving on the ceiling tiles. Friendly lady at the front, got refunded right away. The room needed a major renovations, didn’t feel safe at all.

I really liked the way they handled the free breakfast. They gave us a menu when we checked in. It had 4 meals to choose from, i.e., eggs,sausage& hash browns, or pancake sandwich, etc. We went into the restaurant, told them which meal we wanted and they served us a fresh cooked meal! Food & service was great!

She came up immediately with clean bedding and apologized for the oversight. She was pleasant so I helped her make the beds. She replaced all the towels & toiletries. Luckily the previous tenants were neat so there was not a lot of garbage in the room.

Staff was super friendly. Our non smoking room was less smokey than the hall but the smoke permeated everything. We left with very red irritated eyes and raspy throats and sore lungs. They had a restaurant that served the included breakfast and it was indeed tasty but the restaurant was also permeated with smoke. Will never stay again.

The picturea on hotels.com must be very very old, nothing worked the TV, AC, frig, and room stunk badly. Shower and wastebasket were dirty. Only good part was tje cushioned toilet.

Little gem with smoking opportunities
A little gem in the middle of nowhere… nice and attentive staff and a good restaurant not fancy but good quality and better prices - we do smoke so discovering the casino with bar right next door was a great plus for us! Great bar service and nice atmosphere! We loved it!!!

Was charged a pet fee when they should be free. Most of lights were not working. Was very loud while trying to sleep. People constantly yelling down the hallway.

The front Desk was super nice. The Breakfast included is a restaurant and you get to choose from some meals - not your \"buffet\" style which was nice - but you will have a server and need to tip which is not part of the rate.
The phone, A/C didn't work.
Tub took a long time to drain.....

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and was shabby and out of date. The front desk lady was very kind and polite. In the stairwell that lead to my non-smoking room it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room looked worn, old and dirty. It also smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking.
