Location was convenient. Great friendly staff. The king bed was very good. We also required the queen sofa foldout, which was very uncomfortable. The springs and wire frame were very uncomfortable to sleep on. It had basically no padding.

It was a pretty mediocre stay. Our room keys did not work and we were constantly going back to ask them to re program. Additionally, the sheets on one of our beds were too small and didn't stay on making the sleep very uncomfortable.
We were in Gillette for a youth tournament during excessive heat and when we asked the staff if there was anyway to fill water containers, they said \"we lost the pitcher\" and were leas then enthusiastic or helpful.
We had issues during breakfast and when we tried to speak to a staff member about it they rolled their eyes at us.
Overall, not the best stay and I would not recommend to others.

The hot tub and pool were closed down due to lack of chlorine. We were obviously disappointed but understand this happens. The employee at the counter was rude in her explanation. She gave us a far room and I explained that my husband has difficulty walking and I had requested a room near the lobby. She said (rudely) that there was nothing she could do about it because we had booked third party. She continued to be rude about anything I asked. There was another woman at the counter that seemed to be trying to help us but she kept cutting her off saying they couldn’t help us because we booked third party and we get what we get. My husband had to make the long difficult walk to our room. The manager said the next morning that there was a room next to the lobby and there was no reason that the employee couldn’t have put us there nor any reason for her to treat us differently because we had booked third party. She said she would contact Expedia to give us a refund. I have not heard from her or gotten a refund. In fairness to the hotel…it was nice. No reason not to stay there other than the treatment we received.

They were in the process of changing out televisions.
The hard copy printed channel guide was not correct.
I wanted to watch local channels and could not...for example, I was in Gillette, Wyoming and the CBS channels I received was from New York City or Los Angeles. I was hoping for Denver or Cheyenne or something in the same time zone.
Desk attendant came to room but could not help.

Walked into room and it hadn’t been cleaned, McDonald’s on table and bed not made. Then once it finally got cleaned and we got in the shower wouldn’t drain. Told the staff the next morning and said maintenance would look at it and that night it was still not draining any better. Was told pool had to be refilled so might be a little cold and so we waited a night and the pool and hot tub was both ice cold. Staff was pleasant but overall was disappointed in our stay. Had it book for October too and will look to find somewhere else.

First, we couldn’t get into the room because the batteries were dead. Then the AC wouldn’t work then on our final night of this day they gave our room to someone else and we had four people walking into our room after 10 PM. We called at the front desk, they told us that we didn’t have a reservation and we were gonna need to leave. Was there for a softball tournament did not have the time we expected to have zero out of 10 would not return.

The check in process was quick, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were discussing, you could tell they had done renovations, 2 different colors of paint on the ceiling. Paint on lamp shades, windows, it was splattered everywhere with no care to clean it up. Also had 2 dead flies on our window. Everyone that also got a room there (in our group) had an issue. Definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.

The room was clean enough for an overnight stay and the staff was very nice. What I had concerns with is the safety and security. The side door that you normally m need to use a key card to get into was broken so anyone could just enter the hotel at any time of night. We had stayed here a year ago passing through and I would not stay again if the door is not repaired

We weren’t able to get into a room until 6 pm. We kept getting pushed back because of over booking, then computer issues, and when we called to check if the room was ready we were told it was, only to get there and find out it wasn’t, this time allegedly because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned it yet. The room we booked for four of us, a double queen, was overbooked so we were moved to a king with a roll away. The rooms were badly in need of an update and EVERYTHING had multiple stains. Only some the ice machines worked. Door handles were broken. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was said to be served until 9, but at 8:45, as we’re are trying to eat from what little there was, a worker was taking things while we were trying to serve ourselves. Overall it was not a good stay and we won’t be going back.

My room reservation was not on file when I arrived. The positive comment I can make was that the man at the front desk was kind and helped me get a room at his best deal. The first room I was given, the key did not work without going back to the front desk. When I opened the door, the fist thing I saw was that the bed had not been made. I didn't look further. I was assigned another room.
The second day, when I came back to my room, the key did not work. When I went to the front desk, they still had the first room which I never occupied assigned to me. They had re-assigned the room that I was in to someone else, whe discovered the room was already occupied, so they cancelled my key until they figured out the room situation.
When I went to take a shower, the bottle of hair conditioner which was mounted on the wall was empty.

This hotel is in need of a lot of love

We recently stayed here on our road trip out west and it was definitely underwhelming for a lot of reasons. The gym was tiny and the water tank was empty, the A/C was broken on the 3rd floor as well as the hot tub and the condition of the hotel in general was sub-par. We were only allowed one room key because we were told they were running low. The only highlight was the brunch and the lovely woman who makes the food.
