Very clean. Looked brand new. Staff very friendly and belpful.
Rebecca
Breakfast was good, room was spacious.
Anna
Convenient location
Edwin
Got the “ick” as soon as we pulled up. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available. The room smelled awful and I can’t even describe it. We didn’t even want to shower there. Would not recommend.
shakira
Very friendly atmosphere. The entrance smells amazing. However there's sour smell that comes from the rooms. Pool was nice & warm.
Emily
Room was dirty. Blood on sheet and matching blood stain on comforter indicating the bed hadn’t been changed. Toenail and hair on bathroom floor when we arrived. Pink mold in shower. Shower stall looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long while. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Sticky substance on window sill. Just gross.
Jon
Okay for the price. However linens were damp upon arrival.
Lance
We stayed for 1 night. Our first room was dirty (debris on the floor, surfaces dirty, stains or unclean comforter on bed). We asked for a clean room. The front desk did not seem surprised at the condition of the room and acted as if it happened often. We were given a different room. Air conditioner was super noisy and pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Breakfast looked sad so we skipped it. Overall a poor experience. Would not recommend.
Christopher
Average at best. Would not book here in the future.
Deborah
If you are looking for a spacious room, keep driving down the road. Smallest room I've ever stayed in, and NO CLOSET. So be organized if you plan to stay longer than an evening. Staff were good. Place was clean. Needs a few weeds pulled outside. It was an \"okay\" place to stay, felt safe.
Morgan
Hot tub was nice. Staff were kind. The rooms were just ok
David
clean breakfast area...dirty rooms, showers, windows...we tried it but left with cringe feelings.
Tina
Needed handicap room. Understood was not a gaurantee; however, made me feel like my fault. We were such an inconvenience to them. Put us on 3rd floor with wheelchair. If there was an emergency no way would of been able to get to ground floor. Had to repeatedly ask them to move cart to get to restroom on main floor. Wheelchair wouldnt fit between wall and cart. Mold on sills and showers in both rooms we had. Not a handicap friendly place. We will not be returning.

Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
Onalee
There were stains on the sheets, the tv remote didn’t work, and the bathroom was a little grungy.
Janet
The pool was reasonably large and a good temperature. It would be helpful to have a couple more chairs in the pool area.
lisa
Our room was very clean a little smaller than normal, but it was perfect. Breakfast was OK. Staff was very nice. The best thing was. It was a very quiet night and there were quite a few people at the hotel. We’d stay again.
Lori
Very friendly staff. Helpful and nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Ateeq
The hotel was so clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was good and with a bunch of good options. Although we did not use the pool, but I am sure it was well maintained as well. It was the most comfortable stay.
John
Was very disappointed because I had requested a first floor room with bath tub Had picture of resist. Received neither.
Abbey
Perfectly fine hotel for when you are on a budget. No frills, small rooms that could use some love, but worked well for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. Only half the jets in the hot tub were working.
Gal
Stayed for one night! Dont even waste your money here, bugs on my bed and dirty room
Jerry
Need to keep bathroom sink drain unplugged...
Alex
A fine place to stay, nothing spectacular.
Brian
This place is FILTHY! Absolutely disgusting! Stains on the bedding, stuff smeared on the walls, mold in the shower and tile etc. We asked to switch rooms and 2nd room was just as bad as the 1st. If this was the only hotel with a room, I'd sleep in my car.
Gregory
Located conveniently near restaurants, stores, and services. Quiet, safe area.
Christopher
Nice place. Would stay again.
wajahat
Although there were signs posted everywhere that its a smoke free hotel, the corridor and rooms on the main floor were full of cigarette smell. The rooms are pretty small, no hooks to hang clothes, no closet space,, no hangers, no hair dryer, had to ask for it at the front desk.
Kathryn

Amber
The front desk people were rude from the beginning. The pool area set for guests only, and the employees kid was in there. Can I get sometimes you're in a crunch and have to take your kid to work...But then cover up the sign that says guests only. When my kids walked in with me, I was told to make sure they're not left unattended. My kids are never left unattended, and we're not at that time when it was brought to our attention. The check in process was very unpleasant. The bedding had burn holes in it and there were spiders and little bugs crawling everywhere. We will not be back.
Rajen
Everything is okay but breakfast is not good.
Michelle
Overall comfortable and clean.
Karen
Easy access off highway. Staff friendly.
Nicole
Comforter was dirty and black mold in the bathroom. AC was so loud making it hard to sleep
Brandon
I visit Beckley, West Virginia and had a couple family members came to visit me. They wanted to charge them $10 each for swimming. And made us get out the pool.
Barbara
Very clean and breakfast was well done. Staff were friendly and competent. Would stay again.
mike
Clean place room an fair price
Joni
Our experiences with staff was good. They were polite and friendly. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property itself needs some work. There were a few places throughout the hotel where duct tape was used (i.e. elevator panel, cracked window, handrail) and the elevator was down for a bit. Breakfast was okay. They had most of the basics. I thought it was weird they had eggs but no breakfast meat, sausage gravy but no biscuits, and then frozen sausage biscuits that you had to microwave…but you probably won’t starve. The beds would probably be enough for me to stay again.
Thomas
Clean room and parking too
William
Just had a month of hotels and this was by far the best. Clean, nice amenities, staff was friendly and helpful and very conveniently located if your do New River Gorge. I would definitely stay here next time I go through West Virginia.
Daniel
Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient location. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was a disappointment.
Prince
Staff was very helpful and made the checkin process smooth and easy.
General facility was clean but our room had several cleanliness issues.
Towels and bedsheets were stained and the shower had accumulated grime

Charles
The staff was very friendly.
Katherine
The hotel itself is ok. The plastic flowers and weed filled sections around the parking lot look bad. There was a little rust and something that looked like a little mold around the shower. The breakfast was very nice.
Theresa
The whole place just felt dirty and not clean.
Jamie
The lady that checked us in was amazing and very helpful.
Bobby
Very clean and the staff was very helpful a clean friendly place to stay
Lisa
Very outdated. I had a pillow with disgusting yellow stains on it. Someone decided to vacuum at 8:30 pm and whoever was in the room above us had kids that were jumping around all night. The tv was very blurry and lacked picture quality. The tub had a large chip in it. The breakfast was ok but the space was small and crowded. Overall decent stay for the money but it does have much room for improvement.
Kris
Great staff
Britnay
Very clean! Pool and hot tub were very well kept!! The staff what very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again ❤️
Robert
This place was a good stay and met all our needs.
Marissa
The room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Annie
Nice place! Great affordable stay.
Inta
Staff was lovely. Breakfast was decent. Pool and hot tub were fun for the kids
Charlotte
The hotel is great for a stay while passing through. Rooms are on the small side (micro) but very functional. Lots of shelves and places to stash your stuff. Very nice walk-in shower, comfortable beds. Some areas are in need of maintenance. Breakfast is okay and gets you started. Tasteful modern decor.
Kristina
Could be cleaner, there were stains one the wall and window. Also, I don’t think the bottom sheets were replaced.
Tyler
Pool was dirty. The room was dirty, their were crumbs if food still on the desk when we arrived. The window had a hole in it covered by a piece of wood instead of a legitimate fix. The linens had multiple holes that appeared to be cigarette burns even though it is no smoking. Laundry services were broken. Breakfast was lack luster and very crowded.
Robert
Road to get to the hotel has a few potholes and a tree was down due to a recent storm. Room was clean with the exception of the shower but wasn’t in the worst condition. Very much a “get what you pay for” place. Good value for the money and a viable option if you just need a place to crash for the night.
Petra
The staff was friendly and welcoming during the check-in. The hotel was clean and well maintained, although the room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good experience
Amelie
Okay for a quick stop where you’re looking for nothing but a bed along the road. Our linens seemed clean but had stains on them, so perhaps not the best for folks with a higher bar.
William
Staff here is awesome! Nice quaint and clean place. Big pool and nice hot tub. Clean rooms. The breakfast setup was legit.
Scott
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Pool area was nice
Loraine
Over night stay- nothing special
Janet
Good value
Erik
Nice clean place to stay. Small rooms but has everything you need.
Robert P.
Good location for getting into town. Loved the jacuzzi!
Gail
Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was already on and room temperature was perfect
David
The breakfast was minimal. The room was exceptionally small, and the TV had very few choices. The shower curtain was too short and so leaked on the floor. We wouldn't choose this hotel gain.
Matthew
Not very clean. The bathroom never gets cleaned. The shower walls had greasy hand prints and other stuff on them. The room I stayed in is in desperate need of new beds and pillows. I will not be returning to this hotel. Hope this helps others.
Ryan
Room was clean, shower too. Room was in like new mechanical and appearance condition.
Cynthia
Quick over night stop. The rain shower head was nice. The towels were soft.
Cynthia
Clean room and friendly staff.
Earl
Enjoyed our overnight stay on our travels. The only thing that was difficult for me was the breakfast. It was good but all carbs. No protein like eggs or meat.
Pam
Clean
Raymond
Check in was handled smoothly and our room was clean. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of towels. The hot tub was a welcome respite after a long day on the road. We walked through the parking lot easily to Cracker Barrel for dinner.
Breakfast was ok.
Our room, while clean and comfortable did have outlets, a light and charging port that were not functioning. I reported the issues to the front desk upon check out and am sure they'll be resolved.

Elizabeth
Very good stay and the breakfast and the hot tub were great.

Keith
Solid property for price paid. Clean and comfortable.
Tony
Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great.
Brittany
We were woken up by a guest threatening to kill another guest right outside of our room and when we called the front desk, the manager was incredibly dismissive of our safety concerns. We were told the guest was still in the hotel and if it happened again, police would be called. We expressed concern that the police were not called and that the guest remained in the building, however, the manager said it was “only a verbal dispute”. This type of behavior from guests is unsafe to other guests and management should have prioritized the safety of all guests, rather than the comfort of one or two guests. Very disappointed in how this was handled. We have never had a problem staying at any Wyndham hotel before but all Wyndhams have certainly lost our business. Aside from the safety concerns, we had to get a new blanket due to stains, our sheets were stained, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. We had to cancel our 2nd night and give our business to a neighboring hotel that prioritizes the safety of all guests, as well as cleanliness. Do not recommend this place at all!
Lisa
We've stayed here several times over the last couple years. We like the location and price as well as the window seat and the desk/chair setup. There is a lack of bathroom counter space but the tub/shower is quite nice. One simple and much needed improvement would be having towel bars to hang wet wash cloths and hand towels.
Michael
It worked
Olivia
Really great place for the price. Extremely comfortable bed and a cozy room. Really enjoyed the bench near the window in my room. My only complaint is the water pressure is very low. Definitely recommend overall though!

On the morning we checked out it was like eating breakfast at the United Nations - black, white, young, old, Muslim,
Amish, kids using their devices, talking to
each other or reading a book. It was a great way to start the day!

The price is great and the rooms were clean. We did enjoy the pool and morning breakfast. It could use some touch up with paint, & new molding in pool area.

Nice hotel. Free parking. Rooms have been renovated. Rooms nice and clean. Air conditioning was fine. New mini-fridge and microwave. Large flat screen TV. No closet or clothes dresser. Hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Not a big deal to me. Small sink. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast is continental. Nice hotel for the money. I will stay there again next year.

Very nice hotel, pool and rooms. It was nice and quiet with good parking also! Loved that it was right off the highway for us to get back in the road quick and easy!
