Similar to an earlier review shared, the rooms were extremely damp on the 1st floor. Both the carpet and bed were damp and if it wasn’t so late after a long day of travel we would have switched hotels.

This hotel needs a serious update/overhaul. Our room felt damp when we entered and 4 people taking showers almost immediately didn't help. Check-in (Amanda) was great. We arrived at almost 11pm and wanted to be out by 6am to make it to our next destination on time. For this the hotel sufficed, but at $142 we paid too much. My sister and her family have a second home nearby and we wouldn't stay here again. Sorry.

The property is very outdated. The room was dirty, lightbulbs were physically, broken, warped, paint, and dirty carpet. Definitely not worth the price I paid

Nice for an overnight stay. Rooms could use an update.
The bed setup with springs over a metal frame base constantly shuts & squeak when getting into & out of bed as they are set up fairly high from the floor.

Very impressed with the coffee machine! I wasn’t expecting much when I hit the DECAF Cappuccino (shockingly decaf which I have to drink). If it would have been in a cafe in a usual coffee cup you wouldn’t know the difference! And I’ve drank cappuccino in two or three European countries!
Hopefully all of your hotels have it or soon will!

It was one of the darkest rooms I've stayed in. There was a chair in the corner, but absolutely no light to read or do anything. The desk was the only light, and even that was dim. The bathroom had zero ventilation, so we couldn't see in the motor if someone took a shower. This was listed as a 3-star hotel. I wouldn't give it two stars.

Great places to stay for the price! The only thing that I would change would be that breakfast goes until 10 o’clock for those travelers who do not need to get up early.

Staff was great. Room was ok, about what you would expect from a Best Western, but good enough for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel was clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel appears to have been built in the 80s and fairly well maintained, but you could tell it is older. There was a weird smell in the entire 1st floor hall. The bed was very firm. Overall it was a nice place, just dated.

Everything was good. Mandy at the front desk when we checked in was a delight. Even called the room after we checked in to make aure everthing was okay. The only thing I would suggest is some better lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise all was good!

Property seemed dark and outdated. Room ok but needed deep clean and did not smell the best. Over-priced for what it was.

Hands down, the fastest check in I’ve ever had. I always wonder why it takes so long to check in. Should take 5 seconds. Here, it actually did!

Convenient, clean location. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Area was quiet, parking free and easy. Very close to choice of dining and gas stations as well as highway access. Will definitely book here again. Breakfast/common area best we've ever experienced.

Your front desk manager, Mandy, did a wonderful job greeting guests and multi-tasking reservations, concerns & complaints. I was the first person at the desk when 4-5 other visitors arrived behind me & created a lot of noise & activity in a very short time. Mandy was very professional, patient and welcoming. She was able to accommodate our request to be close to a stairwell near the dog park (we always travel with pets) and went the extra mile by calling our room, in the first hour, to re-introduce herself and ask if we had any additional needs or questions.
Our first stay at Best Western was a success and I definitely recommend a stay here if traveling with pets.

If it were for staff, I would have said excellent, but it was about our room. We were able to change rooms due to first one smelled totally like cat pee. Second room was not as bad, but tile floor was sticky and when picking up towels found how dirty floor was. Also, the room has paper thin walls, and we could hear the next rooms TV until very late and people outside back were very loud. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again.

You get what you pay for here. Staff was extremely nice and respectful. Breakfast was decent but liked that it was free. Room smelt a bit weird and elevator was super slow. Overall was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the area!

Room smelled very musty. Asked to move but both rooms smelled the same.
2 tiny bars of soap, one split in half. Lotion provided was very hard to get out of container.
Waste can bags are too small. When you put anything in them, they collapse.
I thought the price was high for this room.

The sheets seemed like they haven't been changed in a while. I got put in a handicap room which made showering difficult because I'm tall. That mattress wasnt very comfortable, it was just okay.
