They claimed to have a restaurant when i booked the room. This is why i picked them because all the other hotels had breakfast included which have low grade food.I thought the breakfast should be better. It was not.The food at breakfast was low quality, very disappointing,,had trouble eating it ,I expected better than paying for such poor quality food. For this reason I would never stay there again or recommmend it to anyone.I felt misled and cheated. The room and hotel however was a good experience but their marketing was bordering on dishonesty in my opinion

They were undergoing renovations while we were there. Had we known such, we would have booked elsewhere. The renovations meant no true breakfast. And made the laundry area hard to find. Also, we had issues connecting via the app to the laundry devices. Thankfully one of the construction workers saved that for us. The room itself was great. And the front desk folks were very pleasant.

I could forgive those things but I was charged $157 for incidentals and when I called I could not get an accounting of where that went.
I was told a manager would call me back AFTER I insisted. I suspect a scam of some sort, so I disputed with my cc company.

Good enough for a short stay

Booked a room for 5 people for one night. The room was in a decent state, but did not have the roll away bed we needed. The front desk brought the bed to the room when asked, but the linens on the bed were damp. There were no trash bags in any of the cans in the room. Water pressure in the sink was very low, which made the sink difficult to use. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which left the floors and walls wet after a shower. There was also mold growing on the walls and ceiling because of this. The room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach; good to know it was sanitized, but offensive to the nose.

The lobby and bistro were good looking and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Check in and out was quick and painless.

Over all it’s a good place for a short stay, but I wouldn’t book here more than a day or two. For almost $200 a night, I’d expect a more functional/cleaner room

No one takes responsibility for a failed hotel

The hotel was under renovations, vagrants everywhere with no lights on the property. We never checked in. We stay at a hotel in the same shopping center that was fine. I want to be refunded by Hotels.com or Courtyard Marriot and all i am getting is nothing from either one of you. I book through hotels.com for protection and now I have none as you are not refunding my money. Marriot says it up to Hotels.com to refund us. Hotels.com said to go to Marriot. IF this is not resolved I will not use either service or hotels. Note. I have used Marriots for over 40 years and never had such an issue as usually choose them across the country. It is also the first time Hotels.com has refused to help me in this situation. I am really sad by this fact.

There is construction going on at this time - I did not see that mentioned anywhere when I booked. Side door has a leaky A/C unit as you come in and out. Ant problem in 2 of our 3 rooms One of our rooms was only for one night - so we moved everyone over to the other room for a few hours before we headed off to a wedding. (only part of our group was staying two nights) While getting ready for the wedding, we were notified by the front desk that it was our other room that was for two nights (exact same room, right across the hall) and they made us move all of our stuff to the other room. House keeping had just cleaned this room and was getting it ready for new guest. It made absolutely no sense and the front desk staff insisted she could do nothing to change this \"because we booked with a third party.\" Which she mentioned several times.I travel frequently, got a much better rate on hotels.com, and this is the first poor review I am leaving. Our front desk staff on check in was great on Saturday. And the housekeeping was great in the midst of the switch up. I hope to follow up with this hotel management and share specific concerns.

Handy location, Exterior under construction

We were worried for a minute as the exterior is under renovation with boom lifts and fences. However, the inside is fine and all amenities available. Has a nice little bar of you need a nightcap. Plenty of parking, and good location close to the interstate. Price was on the high side of what I would expect, but for some reason all the hotels here were.. even the super budget brands were pushing $200 or more. While expensive, comparatively it was a decent value.

This hotel is wildly overpriced for what it is. The room was fine, it’s dated and needs a refresh, especially the bathroom. It was fairly clean but it’s hard to tell when things are dated. Poor value for money; much too expensive for this low quality of a hotel. In addition, the air conditioner in our room did not work for half of the night and it was quite unbearable. The breakfast wasn’t even complimentary. The pillow on the bed had the shape of a head indent in it as if someone had laid on it after making the bed. Overall, it’s a budget hotel experience for way too high of a price. If it was priced more appropriately then it would have been a better rating. We weren’t looking for a luxury experience, it is obviously just a stopover night hotel, but given the high price we thought we could expect more. Or at least a cleaner room with working air conditioner.

Overall our stay was lovely. We stayed here as a break from driving on our way to another destination. There were definitely some updates needed in the bathroom, cracked tiles, some rust and scale buildup in the shower, and an old patio door that certainly needs an update for security purposes. My only complaint would the be the bed, though my husband really enjoyed such a firm mattress, I needed up sleeping on the pull out sofa. Hotel was in a good location, and while old, it was cleaned up. My rating would have been better if it wasn’t so noisy. Our first night included loud guests returning to their room nearby fighting at 4am. Our second night included two calls to the front desk and several chat messages to get staff (Alexis) to stop the extremely loud guests at the outdoor fire pit. Each time we contacted Alexis, she said she’d had no complaints of the noise, but I knew others had called before I did. So I didn’t appreciate the lie. I expected the hotel to remove or quiet loud guests. If this was a cheap hotel, that’s what you expect but for several hundred dollars, I don’t want to be kept up until 1am by loud people outside. Maybe it was better away from the fire pit, so avoid being near that if you stay here. It’s so convenient for our travels to visit a particular person that I wanted it to work out, but we may try a different place next time. Marriott, you disappointed me.

Great place to stay

Hotel is very nice with friendly staff and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are quiet and we couldn’t hear people above us or next door which made the experience more enjoyable. I will say that when they remodeled and removed the bathtub and only put in a large shower is a detriment. Nobody wants to be driving for 8 plus hours and have to stand in the shower to relax. It was really the only disappointment. The balcony was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on in the morning.

This property was fine but not great. On closer inspection you could see that the rooms had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom especially was dated and the shower had dirt and yuck in the door crevices. The towel rod actually fell off the wall when my husband pulled his towel off. The front desk was, however, quick to call maintenance to repair it. We stayed two nights, and were disappointed when we got back to the room because we’d had no maid service. Dirty towels and overflowing trash greeted us.
