Did not meet expectations. Shower is tiny, molded shower curtain, old bar of soap still in the cubby, old shave caps on the shower floor, no towels or wash cloths. The AC is ancient and doesn't work well, no trash cans anywhere in the room or bathroom. The Wi-Fi was very hard to connect to and only lasts for an hour before kicking you off. You have to keep asking for supplies before you get them. The entire property needs to be updated and repaired. There are holes in the walls and only one outlet you can use. The room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke and smelled stale. I apologize but I would not recommend.

Do not stay here! Nothing works, no ac, no lights in the bathroom. It smells TERRIBLE!!!!!!! So unclean. Not worth the cheap stay.

This motel should not be offered. It was the worse I’d ever seen. I went into our room, the worse looking bathroom I had ever seen, one lone light bulb hanging from ceiling over bed- pulled cover back to check on bed bugs & did not appear to have sheets. There were no towels in bathroom. No mini fridge or microwave (which I would have done with out). I returned the key and said I can’t stay here. It was dirty. Sharon Kouts

This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at another Travelers Inn or OYO. The room was absolutely disgusting and wreaked of something nasty. I assumed partially cigarette smoke but the staff said nobody smoked in there. There was holes in the wall. Probably a case of caulk used all over the bathroom. The toilet looked relatively new but the rest looked to be about 50 years old and VERY used. There was all kinds of I don't know what all over the walls too. I'm surprised Hotels.com would associate themselves with this hotel. the staff were professional, no complaints there. At the time, I was too exhausted by the time I checked in to complain about it. Note to others, never reserve a place without room pics. And certainly don't stay here! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!

Staff was very nice and always there when I needed something and the price was very affordable and the location was close to all the stores and the national park

Warning DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you like cockroaches and no sleep. It is hands down the worst motel on earth.

The room was incredibly dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. We paid extra for a king bed but they didn't have any king rooms. The sink still had toothpaste residue from the last person and was covered in grime and bugs. The toilet also was dirty. The bedding was stained and had holes in it. The staff were at least friendly but you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

At first we had no towels and then they brought me and my husband one towel and then we try to take a shower and the shower head was gone plus it was so stopped up you couldn't take a shower without it overflowing not to mention the cockroaches that were everywhere the dirt and nasty gunk with all over everything. It's was just so filthy. It literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Holes in walls and dirt all over walls.

The room was disgusting. We had small cockroaches everywhere. We have baits here at home now because some hitched a ride. The bathroom sink had no water. The bathtub was filthy, with paint chips and other filth. there was a filthy piece of toilet paper stuck to the floor. Our socks were filthy after walking on floor. We got the hell out at 4 am. waste of money and looks horrible for Expedia. We got a call about our stay and when I told the guy it was \"horrible\" he hung up before I could go on. Obviously no one cares. We should have a full refund but not holding my breath. I will say the bed was comfy but who could sleep given the other problems. Also sheets had cigarette burn in them. The fridge would switch on every ten minutes and sounded like a man standing at the toilet peeing while running a shaver. very loud. room 24.

I wasn’t actually able to stay for my reservation. They SAY they have staff at the front desk 24/7 but when I arrived at midnight all the lights were on, the door was locked, and there was no one to be seen. There were 2 phone numbers posted on the door that I tried calling. The 1st went to voicemail and the other was answered by a woman that sounded just woken up. I explained I was outside the hotel wanting to check in and she asked to be given a couple minutes before the line disconnected. I waited outside for about half an hour before retreating to my car and out of the cold. I tried to contact Expedia to see if they could get a hold of the hotel so I could check in or if I could cancel/refund but they were also unsuccessful. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot for a few hours before continuing on my road trip. Expedia emailed me the next morning to say the hotel would not refund.

DO NOT GO!!!!!!!

Horrible!!! Place has no hot water and smells like a port a potty! Uber doesn’t show up and the cab company that’s close charged me $60 to go 9 miles!! Turtles that smell soooooo bad are in the front office! Not friendly staff at all!! Would not recommend!!!!! Like wrong turn, hills have eyes, meets worlds worst trap house! Unless you like cold showers and nasty room with smelly blankets I would not stay here!!!!! Also if it’s night time the office closes and the numbers on the door say call for assistance but they won’t answer!
