Staff was very nice and supportive in all ways possible for our stay in Taipei. The kitchen was a bonus to us. Complimentary snacks, coffee and water are all extra perks that made our stay memorable at this hotel. Self-service laundry was the deciding factor why I chose this hotel.

The service is great. Hotel location not bad if one take the bus to airport. Walk to Airport MRT station doable but a bit long if one has luggage. Also, for some reason, unlike the Branch II right next door, there's no ramp at the entrance yet there are 2 or 3 steps between the street and hotel lobby, meaning you have to haul your luggage over those steps.

The room looks clean, but there's a moldy smell that one cannot tell from the hallway but can smell it the second one enter the room.

The location is excellent, very close to Taipei Main Station and other transit, and many food/shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/out process was smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable, although the carpet felt a little sticky, but they provide slippers! I loved the snacks and drinks they provided, and they also held my luggage for me after I checked out for a few hours. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Taipei!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while visiting Taipei. It’s only a short walk away from the city’s main transportation hub where the conventional and high-speed rails, the metro system and a train line to the airport all converge. The staff are super courteous and helpful. The room, while small, is clean and functional. One big plus is the complementary self-service laundry.

CityInn Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Taipei — within walking distance of Taipei Main Station, night markets, grocery stores, and restaurants. The hotel is cleaned daily in a timely and consistent manner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are also washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which is a bonus. I’ll definitely return when visiting Taipei in the future!

Will not use this hotel ever again!! Arrived at the hotel before 9 am and requested for early check-in around noon time if possible. Came back at 1 pm to check availability. None fine but what’s worst is that the check in staff waited till 3.05 pm to explain on the check in details when we have been sitting in the lobby since 1 pm and the hotel was not busy at all.

This place is worth of money with convenient location, staff are very friendly and kind. They are very helpful to show us directions and recommendations to go around the city clearly. Extremely good location, less than 10min walk from Taipei main station. We booked the family room which has 2 Queen bed. Only qualm is the floor is carpeted. Would be great if it is wooden though. The shower area is abit tight.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. The only inconvenience is the poor and inconsistent Internet/wifi connection. Disconnects at times and requires monitoring so you don’t end up using your own data.

The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is poor - many of the rooms are directly opposite the lifts and you can see daylight under the doors so the sound travels straight into the rooms.

Great staff. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They acknowledge your presence. Housekeepers cleaned up my room very well. Around the afternoon when I requested at the lobby if I could get my room cleaned, the staff was willing to get the request out immediately to the housekeeper on my floor. Room is spacious.

The room is small as expected and not very new, and needs improvement with sound insulation. However, the staff service is incredible! I had an incident where I need to see a Dermatologist on a Friday evening. As a foreigner my option was limited to Emergency Room, but the staff was super helpful and found me a Dermatologist near the hotel. Super grateful for everything they did for me 🙏 Overall this is a decent hotel and great value!

Nearby stations, good eateries, staff is super polite and helpful. Laundry facilities was great to have in house. Walls are pretty thin, can hear conversations in the hall way but other than that its a great spot to be in Taipei.

Amazing, welcoming and very attentive staff from the moment you walk in. It was a very nice and clean hotel to come back to after a long day of touring around the city. Very centrally located and convenient. That said, it can be slightly noisy which may depend on where the room is as the hotel is located on a busy street. I still slept fine. Recommend for any travelers that like the convenience.

Property is very conveniently located (under 10 minutes walk to Taipei main station); room is clean and comfortable; there’s also free laundry onsite; most importantly is the friendly staff — especially Sam, he went beyond his duties on helping us, providing information, and explaining each option, making sure we have the essential information before we heading out. This is a very convenient location - very close to Taipei station as well as Zhongshan station of the green line. Close to one of the popular night markets for street food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They proactively helped us to move our bags when checking in and out. They also provided good recommendations when we asked for opinions. This is not my first time staying with this hotel and will definitely do it again when I visit Taipei next time.

Loved the location and the staff service! Room was just nice for one pax and absolutely love the room design and that the toilet and shower are separate. Even though the room is not big, it felt spacious because of smart interior design.

Do not choose this if you are a light sleeper as the soundproofing is not great. Was on the second floor and you can definitely hear vehicle noise, room doors closing etc. I don't mind it so it was great for me!

Excellent service of hotel staff. The sole of my mum’s shoes opened during my trip in Taipei and we tried our luck to ask if the hotel happens to have any glue available that can help to stick the sole back. The staff on duty went above and beyond and brought up all the glue available in the hotel to help to stick the sole back. This is beyond excellent service.
