Great location, accessible hotel and friendly staff. Arranged for a crib in no time for our 2yo.
Hotel and rooms overall could use a little makeover but in general good and clean conditions.
Excellent facilities included a playroom (perfect for entertaining kids 1-8yo), foosball, darts (pay extra), free snacks and free drinks.
Good breakfast with local and international food.
Walking distance (10 min) from Ximendin and from Taipei Central train/MRT station.

The staff and amenities were excellent! The front desk answered all my questions and gave recommendations for traveling by train. I’m also glad to have laundry facilities available. My only complaint was that the pillows were not comfortable at all! They were not soft and had no support for my neck and back. Please provide better pillows.

The room was average and reasonable for Taipei. A reasonable size, relatively sound proof apart from occasional noises from the corridor and the bed was firm and comfortable. They also provided free snacks which was a lovely bonus.

However, the room smelled slightly damp and we had mould around the windows. Furthermore, despite upgrading our room to have a safe, the safe itself was not secured to any wall and could be lifted and removed from the room so not very secure at all!

We are very grateful to the staff at Finders Hotel during our 2 week stay in Nov 2025. They were all very helpful and friendly and very accommodating.
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The choices were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the herbal soup which was so comforting. We also loved the salad bar with the fresh fruits, snow pea shoots, walnuts and almonds on offer.
It was so nice to munch on the large variety of snacks and noodle bowls.
It was especially nice that the laundry facilities were readily available and affordable. It allowed us to last a good 4 to 5 days while awaiting our lost luggage to arrive at the hotel. That was a real life saver!
The hot and cold beverages and microwave oven in the common area made it so easy for us to warm up meals at the hotel. There were many tables and comfy sofas to use and it truly felt like a Home away from Home.
The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to many parks, museums, temples, night markets easily. We were also walking distance to the Taipei Main station which made it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. Other transit stops were the NTU Hospital, the Ximen station and a bus stop that easily took us to Jiufen.
The only glitch we had was coming back to our room one night with a temperature set at 18'C. A staff member quickly fixed that problem for us by offering us a portable heater to keep the room warm and comfortable for the night.
Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The common dining/gathering area was the highlight of our stay. We brought food that we bought for breakfast or from the various night markets and shared them while playing games/watching movies. There was also an abundance of free flow drinks, coffee and snacks! The only complaint we had was that the bed wasn't as soft as we had anticipated.

Breakfast need to be purchased. Guest Room is very small, yo got less than 20 inches clearances around the bed. Common Corridor is narrow too, someplace even less than 24\" wide. Coffee & hot water are not 24 hrs available to all guests as they advertised because it is located inside the restaurant. Cleaning service for current guest is not their priority. Their priority is to clean the check-out guest rooms first so they can rent them out. For the current guests, they will clean it the last usually is in the late afternoon like 3~4:30pm per cleaning staffs & front desk. Lack of Elevators. Two hotels and a stock exchange company in a 13 stories bldg with only 1 guest elevator and 1 service elevator available. The replacement of all the elevators expect to be finished for another 3~6 months. Restaurant staffs are not friendly, Front desk staffs are lack of skill and ability to handle/resolve any situation/problems. Manager is not available at all. Lots of homeless people near the hotel, not recommended to go out alone at night.

We had a family trip and stayed this hotel twice. They can accommodate 5 people but the room might be little packed. It depends on the type of room/floor so newer room style come with more space. The privacy glass on the restroom and shower room are translucent so the light will come through. We highly recommend to put a lock on the shower and restroom doors.

Don’t waste money booking a room with window ”no view” (it’s so close to the next building you don’t even get any light from it), you’re better off with a room without window or spend more for an actual window with view.

Could do with some renovation, I’ve stayed there many years ago and it hasn’t changed but starting to show its age.

We really enjoyed our stay at Finders Hotel in Taipei. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, which made it easy to find great food at any time of day.

The hotel offers a nice breakfast, and we especially appreciated the complimentary cup noodles and snacks available at the front desk — a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile.

This hotel is a great base for exploring Taipei, particularly if it’s your first time visiting. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We’d happily stay here again!

There's much to appreciate about the hotel. It's located in a walkable area with restaurants, shops, and train stations nearby; the staff are courteous and helpful; and the property is well-maintained. The hotel rooms aren't the most comfortable spaces, though. The walls are thin, making it easy for people's voices from the hallway or in adjacent rooms to bleed through, and the mattress is a bit hard. But the benefits outweigh these minor issues. Overall, this place offers plenty of conveniences for those seeking affordable accommodations in Taipei.

This is my second time staying at Finder's Hotel, I do adore the conveniency, price. It was around 10-15 mins walk from the airport express, and 5-8 mins to MRT station ( depending which one you taking).

They offer cup noodles and snacks for all hotel guests, breakfast buffet is offered to certain room types as well. Otherwise it would costs around $220 TWD / visit.

The staff was very accommodating, as I was staying for 13 nights. The first room was not as quiet as preferred, the first morning there was even some ticking sounds from the celling. They were able to offer me to view the other room, and check in to that room instead.

Walls are thin, you can still hear what happening in the elevator lobby of your floor. Good thing is around 10/11pm, it seems to be better.

I would actually recommend this hotel to those for short visits to Taipei !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, safe, and conveniently located. I especially appreciated the free snacks and noodles available at the front, which was such a nice touch. The beds were large and comfy, and everything, from the sheets to the towels, was spotless. The shower and bath were spacious and clean, and I loved the fun, witchy names on the soaps.

The hotel’s decor was cheerful and cute without being overwhelming or tacky, which made for a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

I should also add how quiet the place is. As someone who struggles to sleep when there is noise, I really appreciated the quietness at night.

While the hotel does have some age to it, the only downside was the elevators. They can take a while to arrive, especially if you're staying on a higher floor (sometimes up to 5 minutes). It's worth planning around that.

I also really appreciated that they held onto my luggage for a few hours after I checked out, so I could do some last-minute shopping.

I’ll definitely be back, and next time I’ll make sure to try out their breakfast since I didn’t have time this trip!

Great price and location in Taipei. Love the fairy forest theme they have going, and the free snacks/drinks throughout the day are a nice touch. Breakfast is also an excellent value for just a few dollars, offering a good range of hot Taiwanese foods, as well as a few of the usual North American (ex. toast, cereal). Was also great that they allowed luggage storage and chilling in their lobby area (which has various forms of entertainment) both before and after check-out.

If you like sleeping on a cement block then this place is for you! After flying for 24 hours, I arrived at this hotel and was beyond exhausted. I laid on the bed and it was as hard as a rock. The bed gave me back pain in 10 minutes and was beyond uncomfortable. There was a beeping noise with a red flashing light as well in my room. I left the hotel within an hour and was refused a refund. I wasted $800 but it was worth it. Go down the street and stay at Hotel 5 Relax!!! Amazing staff there and comfortable beds as well it is close to everything. Do not stay here.

Strategic location from Taipei station and cozy

It's the cleanest room I ever stayed in Taipei. Cozy and they even providing free water dispenser, as well as snacks (including instant cup noodle!!!)

Service is good and the staff can speak English. Location wise is very near to 228 peace garden , as well as a train station. You can even walk to NingXia night market if you enjoy walking. We walk for about 25 min to the market

So well located and convenient, 3 blocks from Taoyuan MRT station entrance, to and from the airport is less than 65 minutes. Room is well-maintained, clean, comfortable with unlimited snacks, noodles and teas,drinks. Good sized bathroom and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby and MRT stations so near. What a perfect location and stay overall. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Lobby is huge and lots of space for meetings and conf calls. Will definitely be back.

It’s inside a commercial building and with another hotel. Reception is in the basement. Game room, restaurant and laundry room are all in this floor. Staff are good and efficient. You have to use the electronic key to access your floor so it’s supposed to be safe. And I have to mention they provide free cup noodles that I can’t find in anywhere else.

My recent stay at Finders Hotel was decent. The hotel's location, right between Taipei Main Station and Ximending, made exploring Taipei a breeze with just a 12-15 minute walk to either spot. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Finders Hotel to anyone visiting Taipei!

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a few minutes walk from MRT stations and the Xime ding area. Hotel room is small but most of the hotels near Taipei station have small room.
But the bathroom is fairly large compared to the room and is nice and clean.
Soundproofing of the room is quite poor. I could hear people talking on the hallway dry clearly, thank goodness my neighbours were very quiet and did not talk much. Given the low price of this hotel, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone with a limited budget

룸 컨디션은 중급이상이고, 숙박 가격도 좋고, 교통도 편리한 곳에 있습니다. 무엇보다도 라면 포함해서 간식이 무제한이여서 너무 좋습니다. 한국분들에게도 강추합니다. 그리고 이것은 번외이야기인데, 대만에서 관광지 둘러보는 것도 좋지만, 호텔 멀지 않은 곳에 미츠코시 백화점이 있고 그 바로 옆 건물 지하 1층에 크레인 게임 오락실 있습니다. 기계가 100여가지가 넘는 것 있는데, 아이들 있으신분들은 꼭 가셔서 오락게임해보세요. 너무 재미있습니다.

This hotel is very cute and trendy. My room could use a bit of an update, but I would stay here again based on the service and the location of the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful and anything you could possibly need is in the area, shopping, ATMs, food, a night market plus other attractions and the metro is only a five minute walk away. Also, I had the breakfast twice during my stay and I thought it was a good value. Plenty of options and it’s mostly home style cooked food, very good stuff.

The hotel is near to three MRT stations including the taipei main station. It is walkable to ximen which is good when you love shopping. It is convenient to walk day and night. My tips is to use the NTU station red line instead of directly coming from taipei main station because navigating the exits can be challenging since taipei main stations have many exits and connections to other underground malls. Which many do not have escalators and elevators. Choose either ximen and ntu hospital MRT when you come to this hotel. Save lots of time

Very great hotel. We are staying on our 1st 3 days in Taiwan. After visiting other cities, we are coming back to this hotel before heading back to Bali. So we requested the hotel to keep our luggage so we can collect them after the visits.

The hotel have a small but cozy room. I think it is well enough for budget hotel. They have many snacks and amenities so we’re well fed during our trips. Lol.

Will come back again to this hotel or any fawn group hotels in the future, especially we weren’t able to visit hualien due to earthquake during our visit.
