The property seems more rundown than the pictures show. There’s a musty smell in the hallway and spots on the carpet so you can’t help thinking it has molds. The bathroom was clean but the tub may be too hard for seniors to get into. The linen was fine but the walls of the bedroom leave a lot to be desired. The location was convenient in relation to the train and buses.

Room: too many room fresheners creates a toxic smell. It’s not good for chemical sensitive visitors.
Bed: comfortable enough. The charging ports are located in the head board and not to the side.
Bathroom: there is no where to hang wet floor mat. Design of bathtub door needs to improve. Maybe add a rail?
Hotel Buffet: There wasn’t much local food. The taro bun might be over cooked? Everything else was ok.
Staff: did a good job
Reception area: tour signs should include the length of time and basic cost upfront.

We arrived at Green World Taipei Station around 9pm. About five staff members were at the front desk, but instead of greeting or helping us, they pointed us to the self check-in kiosk. The kiosk was out of key cards, giving us an error. Rather than helping us directly, the staff told us to try the other machine. The room was average and felt dated. We booked a room with two beds, but each bed only came with one flimsy pillow. The bathroom amenities were disappointing. The body wash smelled unpleasant, and no shampoo or conditioner was provided. The WiFi was the worst part of our stay. The connection was unreliable, and we had issues every single day. This made it difficult to work, and I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business who needs stable internet access. The one positive aspect was housekeeping. They consistently did a great job tidying our room throughout our stay, and their effort was much appreciated. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

This hotel is 100% best location in Taipei, the room is floor not carpet , it is very clean, our washroom come by with a bathtub, you can take relaxing after walking trip.

Great hotel within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. There are a wealth of street food options in the immediate area. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and while there is only one washer and dryer, both do an excellent job and the dryer will fully dry your clothes in 40 minutes.

Only negative is my family found the bathtub a bit difficult to navigate; the bathtub is high and slopes inwards.

But overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again the next time we are in Taipei.

Had a room without a window so the room is a bit dark but it didn’t impact us since we were out all the time. It’s walkable to the TaiPei railway station and MRT. To avoid the heat,we always went underground mall. There are lots of different shops in the underground mall. Heaps of restaurants, shops closed to the hotel. We went few of the one day tours. The gathering points were always one of the station gates so it’s super handy. The breakfast bar in the hotel also has variety of different food, we like it. Last but not least the laundry is handy although it cost 150NT to wash and dry.

Lovely stay! The room and amenities are exactly as shown online. The receptionist Ariel was very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily as per our request. We were excited to see a TV in our room and bathroom but unfortunately, they weren’t working at the time. We hope that’ll be sorted out when we return on the 9th of July. Good experience otherwise!

Great, Convenient Location to Taipei Main Station

The hotel is conveniently located. It is so close to Taipei Main Station - to catch MRT, airport link, high speed rails etc. it is also close to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi shopping centre, Ximending night market, National Taiwan Museum … Hotel’s check in and check out process is very easy. Can self service using the machine, or if require assistance by the staff, there is always someone there. Hotel is clean. Room is reasonably big. The bed is huge. Towels are changed daily.

There is stairs at the entry, which is a hurdle for luggage.
The power sockets are insufficient and not working properly. One was even installed in the middle of the bed.
The bath tub is difficult to get in and out, and dangerous if you are wet.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Taipei Main Station, making it easy to get around the city and getting to the airport. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing.

Breakfast is served on the B1 level, and you have to walk down stairs to reach it. All food was pre-plated and left out without any way to keep it warm — when we arrived at 7 AM, everything was already cold.

The room was acceptable but noticeably older than what was advertised, and the bathroom had visible mold.

Despite booking through the VIP Access program, the only benefit offered was a soft drink each, which felt underwhelming. Also, we were only given one breakfast voucher for our two-night stay and had to ask for the second one.

Laundry facilities were technically available, but the laundry room is inside the restaurant, which was closed most of the time, making it effectively unusable.

Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel experience itself felt more like a 3-star property and didn’t live up to expectations.

My fridge didn’t work but the staff were very helpful and it was fixed quickly. Only one negative of my stay. I wish I had check on the view when I first went to my room rather than unpacking first because I would have asked to be moved. When I did check the view directly outside my window was of a wall and awning covered in rubbish. I kept the curtains closed.

The hotel is conveniently located with many eateries, shops, convenient stores around. It is also a short distance to train station. The hotel is generally clean. However, the housekeeping is bad as we had eye lashes left behind from previous guest when we checked in. The glass top table is also very dusty. The q-tip I dropped on the floor first day was not removered thru-out our 6 days stay. The staff are not well trained to handle guest's request. Just gave us a blunt reject with a cold expression. Even when we asked for just 2 extra packets of instant coffee because we ran out.
A reasonably priced hotel with no service.

Few minutes walk to MRT to Tao Yuan airport. Rooms nice and clean but too cold and they didn’t have a heater. (We should have asked for another blanket!) lots of massage places nearby. However our bathroom had a leak which they ofc couldn’t fix at 1am. Also rooms quite expensive compared to other Taipei station hotels but we had to use the Vouchers we won so no choice. Room was v dim too, very hard to read, they should put more lights. They also didn’t have a ramp for us to roll our luggages up the step into lobby

Great location and nice cleanliness. Walking distance to both Taipei train station and Ximen area. Very convenient. I do have two things I have to mention. There is no control of temperature in the room — only on and off for the AC and heat system, which also mean the room will probably be too cold for the winter and too warm for the summer. Also there are simply not enough outlet for plug in, and the USB doesn’t work. Other than those two points, a perfect place to stay.

Location was convenient and near Taipei Main Station. Every other thing is not good. There is no heating at this hotel, its very cold in the room so if its not summer, DO NOT choose this hotel. The toilet is mouldy and ventilation is poor. The reason they give for this is the air condition needs to be centralised as the hotel needs to be kept dry. Also the cleaning service are very poor. It does seem the room has not been vacuum properly. But service staff are polite but they cant do much, the hotel management should really look into refurbishments. Not acceptable.

The only setback is the in room WiFi, which worked most of the time, but there were some times where it was slow/didn’t work.

Don’t believe the pictures , this is a dirt hotel

The room was filthy not as pictured. Lights keep flickering on and off. The lights went out in the elevator. We think the hotel may be haunted. The service here is really bad as well. Th check out time is 11am and they called our room at 11am and rushing us out of the room. Im avid world traveler and NEVER had hotel do that! Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice room. The location is extremely great. A few minutes away from main train station and express train from airport is faster taxi.
