Many guests have not their full breakfast but was reminded to leave as breakfast service was ending. There is no flexibility or understanding by the staff despite their failure to ensure sufficient dishes.
After this encounter, we chose to eat the breakfast at the eateries around the hotel than to face the arrogant and rude breakfast staff.

The hotel is located in good area if you want to be near the entertainment district. However I wish the hotel was cleaner. The carpet in our room smelled like dirty feet. The walls were very dirty and even though we had a view towards the Main Street the windows were so dirty we could not see anything. The shower had great pressure and the beds were firm and comfortable.

This is the second time we stay in the hotel. The first time was a year ago. We enjoyed the famous “roasted pig feet” daily during our 1 week stay. The room is small with only one chair, one night stand, two electric outlets. There is no water fountain or ice machine. This time we were not served the famous “roasted pig feet” as advertised during the 6 nights stay. Quite disappointed.

Location of the hotel was good, just a short walk from Ximending and also walking distance to Taipei Main Station (10-12 mins). Hotel itself and rooms was fine though though there was no heating in the rooms (only AC) so the rooms were absolutely freezing in the evenings. Also housekeeping left dirty coffee cups uncleaned for first 2 days stay-only after I had to go to reception to complain were they replaced and cleaned in subsequent days.

Location is convenient to restaurants and shops. Room is comfortable. Check in time is very straight at 2 pm regardless if guests arrive early or not. After a long flight we arrived hotel and asked if there was room available for early check in. The answer was early check in charged by the hour at TWD 200 per hour. We paid extra TWD 600 (about US$22) to check in at 11 am. Usually hotel can accommodate guest to check in early if there is room available but not this one!

糟糕的住宿經驗
非常糟糕的住宿經驗，一間如此大型企業所經營的飯店，戶外溫度僅有10度，房內卻沒有暖氣設備，開冷氣室內更冷，不開冷氣，室內有霉味。廁所陰暗，而且熱水不熱，整間房最溫暖的就只有馬桶坐墊。唯一的優點就是離台北車站相當接近，但也卻是唯一的優點。

ロケーションは西門駅から歩ける範囲。台北駅や北門駅にも徒歩範囲。向かいにはコンビニもある。マッサージ店やレストランなども側にいっぱいあるのは便利。朝食のレストランのスタッフはやる気無し、サービス無し、笑顔も愛想も無し。日本レベルのサービスは求めて無いが、今まで台北で何十軒のHOTELに泊まったが最低だった。フロントもスタッフ同士が雑談していて雰囲気悪いし、笑顔でお迎えなんて期待もしていないが、もっと安いHOTELでも「お帰りなさい！」位は言ってくれた！また、お掃除はなかなかされず、早朝に外出して夕方まだ清掃終わってない日もありシャワーも浴びれなかった！一度だけ清掃係を捕まえて、先に掃除して欲しいと伝えたら、先にはしてくれたけど、暑い夏は途中で一度シャワーも浴びたい！清掃は丁寧であった。お部屋はまあまあの広さで寝心地は悪くは無いが、荷物を入れれるクローゼットなども無く、ハンガー掛けれるむき出しのバーがあるだけ！アメニティは期待しない方が良い。エアコンの調整が難しい。壁が薄いのか近辺の声や音が漏れていた。これは宿泊者のマナーもあるので仕方ないが運が悪かった。今まで台北滞在で最低のHOTELだった！決して安くも無いしロケーション以外でのメリット無し！次回は無いHOTELだ！
