It'sa nice hotel for the price. Not super spacious, and the showers were a bit of a pain as the holders were broken on both of them so you had to hold them. But nice hotel and VERY nice location, one of the most fun districts in Taipei!

Wouldn’t recommend here. Rooms are very small and the front desk staff don’t speak a lick of English so it was hard to communicate. Rooms are hot, although beds were clean. Only good if you just need a bed to sleep in for a night or two

Great for the price.

Spacious rooms for the price. Cheaper than a capsule or a dorm and you get your own space. Bathrooms a little worse for wear and need a deep clean. Staff are so friendly and make your stay easy.

The accommodation is OK for its location and for the reservation per night given the increase in the pricing after pandemic. The only thing I did not like during my stay is that we can hear the alarm sound from other rooms clearly. Anything else is fine.

近くに飲食店も多い繁華街であるがうるさくなかった

西門の繁華街の外れにあり飲食店には困りませんでした。夜間もそれなりに騒音対策がしてありうるさくはありませんでしたし外からの騒音もありませんでした。ただトイレと洗面所が少ない気がします。全体的に価格も安く満足です。

I chose to stay here again for several reasons. Number 1 reason is because staff members are wonderful. They are very kind and professional. Location is fantastic. There are endless shops of all kinds and you get the experience the fun crowd in the Ximen area. Showers and toilets are always super clean. And you get your own little private room with a reasonable price. Totally recommended.

Right in the middle of the Ximending area with plenty of options of everything. There are several gyms and convenient stores,too. More importantly, the staff member Zhen (Jan?), young gentleman with glasses who works in the afternoon is very kind. He is professional and very helpful. Other gentleman named Eddy is very friendly, kind, and a positive person as well.

Unlike some accomodation, they provide free towels and slippers. For this area and these amenities, you can't go wrong.

I wanted to stay longer but sometimes rooms are very cold. So, if you easily get cold, just bring long sleeve clothing. You will be fine.

If your in Taipei stay here, a simple effective while quiet hostel that feels like tiny hotel. Rooms are quaint, clean, relaxing as all you need is a place to rest after a long day of shopping, eating or just visiting the city. Save yourself $2-3k NTD and try this hostel out. Service, WiFi and beds all worth the price!

The toilet lights are a little too dim. Perhaps make the lights brighter.

For other visitors, just take note that the matress is the soft type. Hence, you may skip this if u need a hard mattress for sleep.

Small room, small price with good location

It seem to be operated by a team of gays, (cause all the worker there seem very sissy) anyway it not main concern...the location is good as it near to Ximending ( walking distance) and near to Ximen station, room is super very small, not for big size ppl, but for the price( slightly above $20) n location , shd be ok. But please remember if you travel solo n get the bed for a night you might end up with stranger who snore loudly or with a lot of luggage. But please secure yr belonging as the room not tightly lock. Can get water from the front desk. Premises not easy to locate. Anyway if you saw this Japanese Medical building you are some where near there.

Only Location is Good..... Mattress is just thin sponge style - it's also very dirty - if you upside down that Sponge Mattress, you can find something terrible going on there..... Room temperature was too cold for me - but you can not control your room temperature..... There are so many people stay that Hostel - always more than fifty people - However Men's toilet room (for the big job) is just Two only, Men's shower room is just Three only..... Except weekend - this hostel always Sale going on for the Local people (Weekdays you can pay 85% only - for your room)..... If you want to stay only weekdays - I think, you don't need any reservation..... If you stay more than One day - You should stay One day first - than you can decide stay more days or Not..... Don't do so many days reservation at once.

With this price, you can get a better environment

Please believe the previous reviews. There is no sound proof. You will hear every single footstep and voices if someone walks. During my stay, someone yelled around 1 AM. There is no noise control. Moreover, the bathroom is unhygiene. I felt disgusted.

They are center of Ximen night market
Nearby Ximen Station green and blue mrt line
Many local food and dessert around there
Room on 8 floor appropriate with traveller that use for sleep and take a rest not for a big group or family room is quite narrow but all functional so this is a good choice if you want to save your cost .

Not worth it

Given the same budget of accomodation, I would say there are many other hotels or hostels which can give a far better living environment and privacy of living in. The shower area and toilets are quite terrible as there are only two male toilets (not enough) which I could hardly feel it clean enough to use and that area, when the glass door is open, it is able to see the inside of the shower area and toilets. Besides, the room is obviously spotted with specks of dust. One thing I was happy with was the staff, as they kindly allow me to slightly extend the time for checking out. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to many eateries and so on. A bit noisy. Food cannot bring in. Must eat all in common area. Not so good if go with friends. Head there if u want just sleep n sleep.

Good things are clean room, wifi, tv in room, excellent location - near ximending but not at loudest and crowdest area

Bad things include bed too soft... Easy to feel the hard surface beneath the mattress when lie on it...
Expected smal room and thin walls, acceptable in a way that snoring is not heard from two walls away...
Staff missed my towel change request but they were happy to make up....

Nice well run hostel in very good location!

Perfectly served our needs - great value for money! Staff very nice although with limirted English they tried to help and did help us extra on top their duties when we needed.
Rooms are small obviously but Ok. Despite \"paper\" walls there were no noise at night so slept well, although you can hear quite clearly neighbours:)
Overall really recommend stayning here especially for backpackers.

部屋の温度設定が低く温度上げてもらいました。
洗濯機利用しましたが日本語の説明文がなく翻訳しながら利用しました。日本語の説明文あると助かります。

シャワー室ができればシャワーがある違うところに着替えの束があると濡れずに着替えれます

西門の繁華街にも近く、観光の拠点としては申し分ない立地でした。
部屋はベットと棚があるだけで、荷物を広げるスペースはありません。
共用のシャワールームは床が濡れているので、濡れてもよいサンダル、スリッパの持ち込みをおすすめします。スリッパはフロントで販売もされています。
ベットや枕、タオルは清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。

スタッフの対応良かったです。
設備は寝るだけなら十分ですが、個室の鍵が簡易的でセキリティがやや心配でした。
