The owner was very accommodating & kind. He really tried to help us in getting tours though we already had he still recommend nice places. Highly recommended! The room is big & 2 double beds. We never expected that it was that big.

This is my 3rd times stayed with this hotel. Even thou each time they brought me to a different building to stay but all their rooms are clean and very roomy spaced. Very basic bed, tv channel and shower, some modem some older room.

stayed in a room a block away from the address which is ok and the staff taught us the directions to get around. the room is very clean but you have to share bathroom with the other guests. overall our stay is nice.

Our stay was really great considering the amount we paid. The hotel is like walking distance to Ximending. And 10-15min walk to Taipei Main Station. It is very accessible.
The room is big for the 3 of us, I expected it to be smaller. Hehe. Plus, there’s free coffee, tea and some snacks in the counter. Though it is not as fancy as other hotels, but for the price, it’s worth it. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Taipei.:)

As it is the first time for some of my friends, the reception gave us an overview navigation of Taipei. In the 2nd picture posted by the hotel(that's their lobby), we got a relatively spacious room for 4 on the left of lobby. It is nothing like in the picture! Plenty of room to store belongings for this price. Perhaps the picture depicts some other parts of the hotel.
We thought the aircon wasn't operating properly, but the reception guy fixed it for us promptly. Walking distance to the main district of ximending, however it is some distance away from the metro stations(inbetween of 2).
Do not be alarmed if you are back late observing someone sleeping by the counter, as they are looking out for security!

It was a very large room ( we like the room size very much and did feel relax in the room . It was very unfortunate there was a very tiny window that let very little natural light in the room when it was very sunny outside in the room it was very dim and we turned lights on. Just a personal preference for good natural light but it was lacking.

This hotel was horrible, whilst yes the room looked clean I was scared to sleep in the bed as this is clearly a \"love motel\" I ended up sleeping in a inner sheet, all of my clothes with my hoodie over my head.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Booked a Hotel Room Not Apartment

I have booked a room at One Plus One Hotel. Upon check-in we were told that the Hotel rooms here are full and arranged us without our acknowledgement to somewhere else (where we carried our luggage and walked a couple streets away). The new location turns out to be an Apartment which houses 2 rooms for 2 Different Occupant (looks exactly like dormitory).

We felt cheated and this new location is very dangerous for two ladies like us. We paid for what we saw on the web and not a random room and location. The toilet is not in working condition and the room has bugs crawling on the beds & floor. There is no way to even sleep through a night.

We left the Apartment and spent 2 hours looking for a new hotel as the dates we book are throughout the weekends and 90% of the hotel around Ximengding were fully occupied. We had paid a higher cost in order to have a pleasant and safe place to stay for our Holiday.

For future travelers, please be prepared as you might be relocated the Apartment. There isn't any phone in the room hence you have to walk a few streets back to the Hotel to get help if you need any.

Hotel OnePlusOne review

They have a main property and another apartment type about 300 metres further up. Sadly both properties are about 500 to 600 metres from the mrt station Ximen, which is one stop from Taipeh Main Station for the mrt (metro), TRA (Taiwan Railway Administration) lines and the HSR (High Speed Rails) plus bus terminal and taxi stop. We stayed at both properties for one day each and they are clean and functionable but the apartment has the benefit of a electric hob for cooking if you wish, and both properties have a fridge. The staff are friendly helpful and we have no complaints. The second night we stayed there was during the typhoon.

Budget hotel that is located at the heart of Ximen

It was a short stay. As we were unfamiliar with the location at first, it was hard. After a few more walks, we are able to locate the hotel easily. The name of this hotel was rather well known to the local people. Asking for their location was a breeze. Will definitely book this hotel again when I drop by Ximen area.

Beautiful place to stay. Central location to get to everywhere, good shopping place and the MRT is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a much newer room across the location. Chung was very helpful and guiding to go and see places around Taipei. Overall very satisfied, the room was big and more the a sufficient place.

There is no service at all. No phone in the room. Wifi signal so weak,not usable. Room and bathroom are dirty with mosquitoes flying. Can hear door barking next door.It is not a hotel setup.Suspect the operator rent a few rooms here and there and rent out as hotel. No receptionist where I stayed. Need to walk to another building for any enquiry,and no one there sometimes.
Rooms smell.Suspect rented out mostly for couples as a love nest. Will never stay there even it is half the price.One of the mistakes in life to book this hotel (so called).

Awesome location.

Location is awesome! 5-10 min walk to Ximen station and the ximen night market. There's a nifty store named \"A Piece of Gayke\" beside the hotel. Also near is a buffet hotpot with unlimited Haagen-Dazs. The Modern Toilet restaurant is also near as well as Hot Star chicken.

When I got to the hotel the man at the front desk told me it was an old hotel and offered me a room at another hotel down the street. We went there and it was a large room with a medium size refrigerator and a washer in the room. This room was about a 3 minute walk from the original location.

Made booking for 3 nights. Although booking fully paid, no rooms were available during check-in. Hotel owner moved all 5 of us to another different hotel but was given only 2 beds instead of 5 (as per original booking). Close to Ximenting

I check-in my hotel at 16:30PM on Saturday afternoon. I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes being escorted to another building located a block away. While waiting I noticed there were many luggage bags on the hotel walkway. I booked the Double Bed room but I was presented a room which has 2 rooms which I'm \"sharing\" with another occupant.

I argued that there was no remark mentioned on Expedia.com saying that my room is a shared room. The hotel attendant then changed my room to a single room. I was then asked to check-out my room the next morning and to change another room as they're currently having problem with the rooms volume.

The next day I waited for 30 minutes to check-in into my (new) room again. They then sent me off to another room.

I read the reviews before booking this hotel and I blame myself for being silly to go ahead with the booking. I would have booked another hotel if I knew I would face so much inconvenience and trouble to just go to my hotel room and rest after a long day outside.

If there's anything positive or worth mentioning about this hotel is that the 3 gentlemen at the counter were courteous, polite and extremely helpful. It's such a shame that they had to work for a bad management.

I would have rated this hotel as 'Terrible' if it wasn't for the helpful staffs.

Re-routed to central Ximen

The one plus one itself was a third floor, darkish looking place. The very friendly hotel manager took us for a walk when our family checked in for a 4 night stay. We had some idea of what he was up to because we read a review of a traveller who called this an upgrade earlier. The manager could not explain himself since he did not speak any English. We were taken a couple of blocks from the one plus one to the central Ximen pedestrian area. Large apartment building and then on to the 6th floor. The hallway was looking shabby but once the 2 or 3 doors in the apartment were unlocked we were pleasantly surprised. Beds were hard though and the washing machine that looked so promising was not meant to be used at all. We had to remind the friendly manager that since the washing machine was not working the room needed to be serviced but this was done every day. In brief: we do not know what the one plus one hotel itself is like but if you are lucky enough to be placed in the apartment section you will have a nice stay in Taipei.

民宿離地鐵站比較遠,走路大概十五分鐘,從西門六號出口走路會比較近,如果是回程坐捷運到機場的話,可以走路到北門那邊,大概也是十五分鐘,民宿樓下有便利店和小食店,非常方便,接待人很熱情,很有禮貌,用品俱備,但整潔度欠佳,床單被單和枕單都不整潔,希望可以好好改善.

安いが必要十分

何度か利用させて頂いてますが、結構快適です。
スタッフの方がとても親切で安心して滞在出来ます。
部屋は狭く値段相応といった感じですが、冷蔵庫やハブラシ、ドライヤーがあり、シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出るので、過度な期待をしていなければ必要十分かと思います。
安さを求める方にはオススメできます。

旅館超賣房間，晚上10點check in，原本有訂卻沒房間可住，當下還有一團東南亞的外籍旅客沒房間住，然後就被旅館的人帶去別間旅館住，原本給我6樓的房間，然後又換給我頂樓員工休息區的一間沒鑰匙房間，整體感覺就很不好，非常不推薦這間，雖然便宜，但是沒好貨，還要替那些東南亞旅客說聲不好意思，讓你們來台灣玩，遇到這種丟臉的事情。

アパート→ラブホ→1フロアごとのホテルに変化したホテルです。ですから、建物は非常に古い。
部屋は天井と壁がガラス張り、ベッドは一昔前の丸いベッド。（ただし回転はしません）
何から何まで古い設備です。メインストリート側の部屋は、車の音が結構気になります。しかしスタッフは若く、非常に親切です。日本語も通じ、日本語を併記したパンフレットも用意されています。ですから、中継地点として使用は十分だと思います。
西門の夜市も歩いて5分ほど。さらにその先のMRT西門駅、方向は違いますが、北門駅、そして15分ほど歩くと台北駅が使えます。周囲にレストランも多くありますし、治安も良いところなので、総合的には、旅慣れた人にはお勧めです。

熱鬧带靜,方便走夜市和海邊,地方闊,房間也大又OK的,只差點冷氣不夠,少了沙發,包早餐也不錯,整體上不錯,CP值高的,值得推薦...

不知什麼原因被安排至另一間位於金獅子大樓的附屬房間，那邊熱水不穩，有點失望。雖然旅館負責人很友善，房間亦是乾淨企理。

이젠 두손두발 다들게 하는..

이번이 4번째 원플원 방문입니다.
지금까지 개미도 나오고 바퀴도 종종 나와도 시먼이랑 가깝고 독립된 원룸이라 좋았어요.
이불 매번 안바꿔줘도 나름 깨끗한거 주고 청소도 매일 해줘서 괜찬다 생갇했는데.

이번에 손놨습니다.
그간 카페에 숙소 고민 하는 사람있으면
싼만엣 묵기 좋다.추천도 많이 했는데.
이젠 안할듯요.

파데 묻고 틴트에 마스카라까지 시트에 다 묻어 있고.
아무리 낮 온도 높아도 밤엔 추운데 홑이불 한장.
두꺼운걸로 바꿔달라 요청하니 에어컨 틀지마라 끝.
대만 저가 호텔 특성상 히터는 꿈도 안꾸지만 이 날씨에 여름이불은 아니잖아요.

글고 트리플룸인데 왜 수건 꼴랑 2장 주나요.

작은거 3장 큰거 3장 줘야 하는거 아닌가요?
더불룸 좁아서 트리플룸 예약한건데 사람 두명 묵는다고 수건 두장주는거 진짜 짜증.
그리고 옆집 남자분은 왜 자꾸 베란다에서 어슬렁 대시는건지 엽집 베란다에서 우리쪽 다 볼수 있는 구조여서
베란다 근처에도 안 갔습니다.

원플러스원의 의미가 별도의 건물이 하나더 있어서 인 것같다. 후기에서 보아 이미 알고 있었지만 주인이 본 건물이 아닌 별도의 다른 건물에 있는 방을 배정해 주었다. 허름한 원룸이라고 보면된다. 물론 가격 때문에 용서가 되지만 환경에 민감한 분들은 꺼려질 수도 있다. 호텔소개 사진에 나오는 방과는 완전 다르다. 장점이자 단점은 묵는 내내 사장이나 직원과 마주칠 일이 없다는 것인데 심지어 체크아웃도 열쇠만 두고 그냥 가면된다. 주변환경은 한국사람들에게 유명한 시먼시장이라 언제든 한국사람들과 마주칠 수 있는 한경이라 간판만 아니면 우리나라의 여느 쇼핑거리에 온듯하다.
한국사람들 적은 곳을 원한다면 여기는 아니다. 전체적으로 저렴하게 묵기에는 좋은 곳이다.

有老鼠的旅館

房間的天花板中有很多蟲，老鼠，十分不衛生。如果你喜歡旅途中有伴，可選擇這間旅館喔！！！！！！房間設計感一般，沒有舒適的感覺，不過酒店職員熱情，很有人情味

ไม่ไกลจาก Mrt ซีเหมิน

โรงแรมไม่ไกลจาก Mrt ซีเหมิน ไปเช็คอินอีกที่นึง แต่ห้องที่เข้าพักจริงอยู่อีกตึกนึง เยื้องๆกับร้านชาบู Mala (ยิ่งใกล้ Mrt) ห้องกว้างอยู่ 3 คนสบายมาก (ถึงตึกจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ความสะดวกพอใช้ได้เหมาะสมกับราคาค่ะ)

以平價來說算不錯了

房間雖然比較老舊，但以平價價錢來說算不錯了，老闆人也不錯蠻親切，還會跟你介紹附近的景點及推薦的地方，走出旅館就是西門町熱鬧的商圈走幾步就能到非常方便，也很適合背包客，以後有機會還會入住的！
