Many times stayed at this hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned. Cleaner cleans room everyday and are very polite.
In term of accessibility, is walking distance to train station, Ximend. Also, just a stone throw to the Ximending centre with many good dining area.

I really enjoyed my stay here.

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bed was so sunken that my husband and I could feel the springs poking our back every night. My husband and I suffered through 7 uncomfortable nights.

To make things worse, my husband experienced something eerie right before falling asleep, he felt as if someone grabbed his arm twice. This happened after we had already changed rooms due to another unsettling incident in our first room.

As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel started renovation work in the room next to ours early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

We paid money only to go through all of this. I can only recommend this place if you care solely about being close to shopping areas but honestly, I believe there are far better hotels nearby.

Didn’t stay the night. The sheets smelled like trash (like actual garbage not sweat just straight up garbage) they also had a few stains here and there. The posting said they have laundry they do not you have to walk further down the street for coin laundry. Also claims to be soundproof it’s not I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The staff was pleasant and kind but that’s about the only good thing about this place. The state of the room also needs updating.

The hotel is located in a major shopping area and is actually in a small mall. It is a very safe, fun and walkable area. It close go the subway as well. The room was simply OK but it worked for a 2-night stay.

It's perfectly located in the middle of shopping and dining--so convenient! Also the air conditioner was easy to use. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early because the room was ready. There were umbrellas available in the rain. He also told us where we could store our luggage overnight at Main Station after leaving the hotel. However, the hotel appears to be just on one floor and it was very loud. Constantly doors closing and people talking. There are signs posted around the area asking people to be quiet after 10pm, but it was hard to sleep because it was so loud. Also the bathroom was weird. The door doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and it doesn't close a little bit (if it's a little bit closed, it just opens by itself). Also the shower floor had some pieces that broke easily, which was annoying.

Great location but wouldn’t stay again. Got checked in my room and the ceiling had mold on it. Black mold and this orange weird looking mold. Super gross. And got transferred to a second room. But also under the AC there was mold as well. I don’t think it’s a well maintained hotel seems pretty old and dated.

Room was quite run down, despite the nice pictures online… Outlet/socket was falling out of the wall, Bathtub was pretty dirty and the air conditioning had a weird smell. we started getting sick, and I think it was because of mold poisoning… Sure it’s probably one of the cheapest hotels in ximending, but next time I would spend the extra buck for a more quality place to stay.

Despite its prime location, the hotel condition needs much improvement. The room assigned to us was probably the dirtiest I’ve ever experienced. We were very disappointed because the photos completely gave a different impression. We originally were supposed to stay there for three nights but after being in the room for a few minutes we knew we had to go somewhere else. We asked to check out and requested for a refund for the second and third night but they refused. We left anyways because it was impossible for us to stay. Overall experience was very poor.

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Im very unhappy with the hotel clealiness. Feel disgusting with the blanket, yellowish. I feel disappointed with the environment. The toilet as well. The staffs there are very friendly. Just feel not happy with the room. We book double bed room but we notice the bed given was 2 single bed joining together. When we ask the staff, they said all room are the same. So we cant do much. Hope the management will improve it. Thank you.

Location wise, this hotel is excellent. Right in Ximending. The room is adequate in size, bed is queen sized, fits 2. Cleanliness is so so, carpet needs deep cleaning though. Bathroom is adequately sized, with large tub, toiletries were provided.
We just encountered problems like loud noise (not sure if it's the pipes, or a large trolley passing by) at 4 am. Room also smelled of smoke by our 2nd night. We complained, but no action was taken re the smell.
This hotel in in the 6th and 7th floors of a conmercial building... I doubt if they can really control the people getting in and out. 6th floor has a reception area. The 7th floor you get in by tapping your key card on the elevator. But anyone can get in with you...
Recommended for individuals/families on a budget wanting to stay in Ximending. Not recommended for those with allergies, sensitive to noise.

Ximending night market is just outside the hotel and Ximen stations is a short walk away. Staff are friendly. There are no shelves to put your clothes in the room. The sound proofing is bad and you can hear other people talking, taking shower and closing doors. There is an exhaust kind of noise we can hear in our room almost every midnight during our 7 day stay making it hard to sleep. If you are all for location and budget accommodation and can tolerate the noise, this hotel is for you.

Taiwan for the FIRST time EVER

Our room was cozier than i expected. Altho the bed looked too low (andnclose to the floor), it was very comfortable. Our bathroom was the most interesting-- our shower area was like a sauna. Not just a shower, not just a bathtub. The cleaning service was very neat too in doing her/his job. I witnessed one wearing gloves while cleaning a room and handling the bedsheets, which i think is appropriate. The staff at the counter was very helpful too, altho i did not expect that most of them couldn't speak nor understand English. They had to use this app that translates their language into Wnglish, and then let you read it on their phones, then they allow you to type in whatever you wanna say to them, and the app translates itnto their native language-- which i think is handy for their part but takes alot of time for me, since i personally don't have much patience. Their shuttle drivers also couldn't understand English well. They also had to use the apps. Otherwise, i just don't speak at all during the entire drive, which is pretty hard for me since i'm a social person. Good thing my boyfriend had more patience and could even (surprisingly) \"read\" between the lines when he converses with the locals. Anyway, the overall place is GREAT. The location is just perfect-- when you get out, you're at the shopping district already! Also, the building of the hotel (which is at the 6th floor) itself is a mall, so the 1st 5 floors sell alotnof stuff (arcade, toys, electronics, etc). GREAT STAY!

Feel insecure having a hotel within a sjopping centre as we have all kinds of people taking the same lift. Even there is added security of scanning our card, the people in the same lift cn follow us up to our romm level. Other than that, staff are polite and location is convenient to ximengting.

This hotel is typical of a first-world hotel. It's just a room with amenities, spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower and sink, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, two bottles of water each day, small desk, wifi, and queen-sized bed. It is on the 6th and 7th floor of a commercial building. There are three elevators, so never a long wait. It is less than three blocks from an MRT (subway) station. For me, a very good value for the price.

Rude staff. Never met a hotel staff who raises his voice at the guests, just because we didn’t really catch his english. Room was dirty. Carpet was dusty. Bed sheet felt damp. Wall was so thin that we were awake by next door’s bathroom loud shower noise. Hotel’s building was run down too, calling for renovation. Will not come back again.

Great location. In the heart of ximending. Hotel located in a mall. Take the lift up and head to level 6. Friendly helpful staff. Overall satisfied with the triple pax room. Beds and pillows were clean. Nice big bathtub. Room size just enough, not very spacious. Room on the 7th floor. Midnight to morning usually quiet. Not sure about the rest of the day.

Great location in the middle of Ximending district. Hotel staff are very friendly too, and great amenities. However, probably due to the thin walls between the rooms, you may can disturbed by the noise made by other hotel guests, and especially if you are a light sleeper. The cleanliness of the room can still be improved.
