The room was a good size, and the staff friendly and helpful. The interior of the room was a little tired, but the Achilles Heel of this hotel is traffic noise - despite double glazing the sound of the inner ring road was very noticeable. This may be why it was such excellent value for money!

Overall the stay was ok but a few things that needed improvement. The window in the room was faulty, surely they know of this prior to me staying. The oven had broken down on the occasion I stayed, I understand, things can happen but they could have fried the items or used an air fryer for missing breakfast items. Location was ok, but weird layout, why have reception on 2nd floor? The staff were friendly though and water was warm from shower. However overall, I would not stay again.

However, the breakfast was quite standard with everything in place, however, the hash browns were a little harder than they should be, and didn't quite have the usual taste, not sure why. I only met the reception staff and those serving breakfast and they were very nice. My husband was very annoyed that the knives were too blunt to cut his orange at breakfast time. His bad mood bothered me more than the knives bothered him! The TV was pixilating especially on the channels lower in the list. Mentioned it to reception when we left so didn't bother me too much. Mentioned also that the stair carpet had come loose but next time I came down the stairs it had been fixed. One of the lifts was out of action but I use the stairs anyway and my husband was able to use the other lift.

Really enjoyable stay at this hotel while visiting relatives in Bradford. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely big shower. Also smelt nice and the window opened slightly to allow in fresh air, I hate that so many hotels you can't open the window. The breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food, I don't eat meat but was able to have egg,tomato and beans from the cooked choice. The food was topped up and there were plenty of clean tables available. Best of all 24hrs parking was only £1.50 unbelievable! Will definitely choose this hotel when staying in Bradford again.

I have to wait half an hour. Everything one were check in but only me have to.wait , I didn’t understand maybe by different colour or ?. One lady staff was so rude, she said my room wasn’t available you have to wait but was waiting her she was checking in other customers. I get room after three attempts but room was so cold window not close properly. I could not sleep because of cold.

We got put in a adjoining room, the sound insulation was none existent, we got woke up by noisy neighbours at 6am., also a big bugbear, I have a CPAP sleep apnea machine which needs a 13amp supply so no socket near the bed, had to buy a extension socket to reach across the room which is a trip hazard ie health and safety issue

Centrally located. Staff are absolutely helpful and very friendly. No fault there. Be warned it is next to a busy road so if you are given a room facing the road, come very tired, or very intoxicated so you can sleep. Otherwise, if you stay longer the sound becomes white noise and helps you relax. Again, I compliment the staff - professional, friendly and make you feel very welcome.

The room was nice if a little dated, but there were no plug sockets near the bed, and the room was very warm. There was a little fan supplied, but as there were not many sockets in the room, we couldn't use the fan as our phones were charging. We also had to close the windows due to traffic noise.
The breakfast buffet was nice, the staff were friendly and the hot food was always topped up.
Unfortunately a family of Africans were grabbing handfuls of pastries and muffins with no care for hygiene. They took all the muffins, and as fast as the staff refilled them, they straight away emptied the shelves until they had 2 carrier bags full. The management warned them, but they were just ignored, and carried on grabbing all the muffins.
It spoiled the breakfast for some of the guests, as they were unable to get muffins, and didn't want to eat food that had been handled.
I probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

This accommodation has no Aircon in the room and windows can’t be opened. On arrival it was 27 degrees in the room. A fan was provided but couldn’t sleep as too hot. Rooms are tired and carpet is awful. Book elsewhere for a better stay

Stayed here for 1 night on business in a double room on the fourth floor. The hotel was in a great location for where I needed to be. There are some entertainment venues in the immediate area if you want to eat/drink outside of the hotel. Hotel does not have onsite parking but the hotel is joined to a multi-storey car park that costs just £1.50 to park for 24 hours.
From check-in to Check-out the staff were friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The areas of the hotel I visited (lobby, reception, bar, restaurant and room) were all clean and tidy. The weather was warm when I stayed and although having what seemed like an air conditioning control on the wall the room didn’t have any air conditioning however opening the window let a good breeze in and there was a small fan in the room that circulated the breeze. Given the hotel location near a busy road and with the window open all night noise was not an issue. The bed was comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities were as you would expect. TV was smaller than most but had a good variety of channels. I couldn’t find an in room safe so if you’re staying with valuables you might want to ask at reception if there is anything they can offer to keep valuables secure. The bathroom was clean and functional. For an overnight stay so close to where I needed to be for business this was a great location. Breakfast was good with a good range of cereals and a selection of cooked items to build your own cooked breakfast.

Wifi dropped out, went to use table lamp didn't work, in morning went to use hair dryer didn't work. Of course they would have changed my room, but at the time I was in the middle of things and it wasn't practical to do so. Receptionist dealt with these issues in morning like a champ, and didn't fob me off. Will return. Hopefully housekeeping will check stuff properly (it's part of their job after all). They are a really nice hotel staff wise, but can drop the ball from time to time. Breakfast has got better as they actually remember to dish out the vegetables sausages that are pre ordered the night before. I did naff when I saw someone set toaster on fire by toasting a croissant. They obviously hadn't stayed before - the croissants used to be on the warm plate side - and well warm and quite nice. Now they cook them all early put them on cold side and they are like cold lumps of bread. I'm sure a group of French visitors would actually riot about the state of the croissants. It's not hard to sort these daft issues and I keep hoping they are really going to get it together. But the car park next door is £1.50 for 24hrs and rooms are clean and decent and cheap. If they sort everything, I gies they'd be rammed all the time so careful what I wish for I reckon .......
