Room size are congested where other hotels in same category and less price give you with big size room.
beds are too small , I wouldn't say its good enough size for 2 persons to sleep, really disappointed.
staff are not really welcoming.
there is no hotel parking but next to it parking place which give you 24 hours parking for £10.
I would rather stay somewhere else there are plenty near to the town, £1.50 parking for 24 hours, with free breakfast and less price

The hotel was nice but we had an awful stay because of a smell. We could not open the windows. We could not go out. We were feeling sick and nauseous. There were 4 of us in my family and we had 2 rooms.

We will consider before staying here again if that is what it’s like at the hotel.

The only problem I had was in the shower. I got my foot tangled in the shower curtain and fell. The shower curtain was much too long in the room I was in, it virtually covered the bottom of the bath. When I fell I badly bruised my right arm, but luckily enough I didn’t break anything. I was going to mention this when I was leaving, but there was no one in reception so I left it. Please be careful and check your shower curtain. Apart from that incident, I had nothing to complain about and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here as it was a 20 minute drive from the airport and said it has parking next door. When I arrived, I’d checked in online so the process of getting my key was quick and I went up to my room. Upon entering, it was evident the room had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out. The bed was unmade, the bin was full of rubbish and the previous guest’s towels were still in the bath. This was obviously off putting but when I went to reception the 2 ladies quickly sorted me a new room (and kept telling me that the room I was originally assigned had been marked as cleaned) and I just assured them it hadn’t. A new room given and I headed up to settle in. The room was fine. A few marks here and there but that has obviously come with time (faint splatter marks on the walls, marks on the bath etc.) but the room was comfortable and spacious for a one night stay.
My real issue came when I checked out the next morning and went to the Centenary Square car park. As instructed by the hotel, I downloaded the Park Bunny app, which clearly states the car park is 24 hours, paid for my parking and went to the hotel. At 4.15am when I went to get my car it became evident that it isn’t 24 hours and actually gets locked between 12am and 6am. Not great when you’re going to the airport. I think this is mainly a problem on the payment app for the car park however Leonardo need to be careful about directing customers to use the Park Bunny app when the information is inaccurate.

Nice hotel but very basic and uninspiring decor, room was comfortable but plain and like a hospital room. The room was supposed to be premium but was really anything but. I was there for 2 days and the bottled water wasn't replaced when used although the biscuits were? Staff were very friendly and helpful however. Food was limited, not much choice, but the hotel is only a short walk to the town centre where there is a decent choice of restaurants..

Staff didn’t ask how stay was when we left. Had to complain to reception about noise in early hours of morning. That’s what the one star is for…at least they dealt with it and didn’t I go ore us. Walls must be paper thin as we could literally hear the next room talking. No car parking. No advise on where to park. Weren’t told there was a gym or any breakfast options. On the first night of our arrival, we discovered that there was no heating and no hot water in our room. The following morning, we received news of a sudden bereavement in the family and had to return to our home town, which is a two and a half hour drive away, to attend a funeral. Before leaving, all guests in our party were forced to take cold showers due to the lack of hot water. This made us unwell and affected the start of our stay.

I have existing health conditions, including a recent case of pneumonia for which I had been vaccinated only a few days beforehand. Sadly, the cold temperature and lack of hot water caused me to become ill again.

When we returned to the hotel, we found a note from the management apologising for the inconvenience. Although the gesture was acknowledged, it was not enough considering the seriousness of the issues and the impact they had on our wellbeing and overall experience. These circumstances have unfortunately spoiled what should have been a comfortable and restful stay.

We normally plan to make an annual booking every November. However, after this experience, we may need to consider taking our business elsewhere unless the matter is properly addressed.

Difficulty experienced in checking in. We checked in for two days but were not recognised as having paid for breakfast and were locked out of the staircase & our room on returning the second day. Keys had to be revalidated at reception.
There was only one chair in our double room. We had to request the desk chair so that my wife & I both had somewhere to sit.
We had a noisy room adjacent to the elevator ( 401).

I was given a room with a fully adapted bathroom I didn’t need that had no shelf space at all in it for a toothbrush.
But the room also had a door to a separate carers room next door. This should have been offered to a group not me since it’s very noisy and I had to complain after midnight about the noisy film keeping me awake. It spoiled my night. Connecting Doors should be soundproofed.

After staying previously at Leonardo hotel in leeds ,I was expecting a great time but was wrong. The bed was comfy and the lady that checked me in was very friendly and professionally. But at the room i was disappointed not to find any toilet paper at the bathroom. I called 3 times and 3 times was told someone would bring it and never did. I ended up washing up with water which i feel so embarrassed about. The room was clod even with the heater on. I wont be coming again no Thanks.

Helpful staff at checking in however the petit lady at bar in response to our request for a few ice cubes after we purchased cans of coke declined our request by stating there were none left meanwhile another barman provided ice cubes to others. Very disappointed. Also dust on toilet roll holder.

Relatively new building, which means its updated, but very thin walls. Every time someone shut a door nearby, the entire building shook. The staff was nice. The restaurant bar downstairs seemed like a nice place to hang out. Nice location, It's across the street from central Bradford public mall, a very short walk to the Science Museum, the theatre and dozens of restaurants.

When checking in I wasn’t told my room number, where the lifts were, that the restaurant was shut.
My room smelt of an acquired plant, bedding smelt like wet dog and had to be changed. My tv wasn’t working.

We paid through the Hotel.com app, selecting a room for 2 adults and our 13 year old son. We opted for breakfast to be included, yet each morning the person in charge of breakfast seemed a little annoyed that we were claiming a breakfast for him. She pointed out that it was only free for under 11s - but we had paid, as far as we were aware.
Also, the bedside lights in our triple room were very weak LEDs and were not good to read with.

I don’t think my shower curtain was clean as it was wet when I got to my room. As a nurse I thought that this was unhygienic not to be changed between patrons.
There was also a lot of mildew on the tile grout around the shower. This just needs treating with bleach spray.
The curtains in the rooms were torn which looked a bit tatty.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and have never been dissapointed. However, on this occassion I was extremely dissapointed with this visit. The facilties need a massive improvement. The bathtub has not been cleaned properly, hairs were not cleaned out and tissues were clogging the drain hole. The sink water took a very long time to drain. The AC was not working properly and the fans were blowing intermittently.

One of the beds had a completely broken well and was sitting completely on the floor. The pillows were not fantastic and were too stiff.

Hotel needs to do a lot to get it up to a good standard, especially for a city centre based hotel.

I booked because it said this was an 8.6 stars or something and it was terrible. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting. It had dust and cobwebs on the toilet paper holder, dust and mold on the base boards and the tile on the floor was splotchy that made it look dirty and that bleach has been spilled on it. The only way it receive this rating was if they paid guests for a 5 star review. It was so gross that I refused to touch the ground without socks on.
