Self checkin avaliable upon entry. Opted to find a member of staff who was very friendly and welcoming. Paid parking which at £4.00 per night seemed excessive but stated when booking.
Clean, well presented room, seemed fairly recently redecorated although the carpets throughout clean but in need of refreshing.
Very pleasant stay. Bathroom with bath above shower, very quiet room and very comfy bed. Will return if in the area.

The room we were initially given had no tea or coffee making items stocked so had to go reception to be given items. Then discovered we had no hot water from the shower, we discovered this when we started to get ready to go out. Manager moved us rooms and reimbursed the price of breakfast as a goodwill.
All good in the end.

Stayed here a few times while visiting family in Bradford. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean but this time the daily room refresh looked as if it was done in a hurry. We had to ask for the coffee tray to be refreshed and for toilet roll. The bed was barely touched. The gym was closed and we weren’t notified of this.

I have stayed at the hotel countless times and cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms, staff friendliness and food served. Although this still applies I was disappointed that the toilet flush was not working. I reported it to reception who came to check it and it worked first time (some kind of secret turn of the hand?)
It did not work for me however and I stood there for minutes tring to flush and reported it again! Room 306. Hope its working now!

We had a really lovely stay.

The welcome on arrival was really nice and swift, we headed up to our room after checking in the car and putting it on charge.

The rapid chargers were exactly that.

Or room was clean, with fresh linen and towels.

The coffee was lovely and the midnight complimentary snacks were definitely enjoyed.

The check out was quick and easy.

The only let down was breakfast. We arrived an hour before breakfast finished. There were very little in the way of options due to there being no bacon, fried eggs and hash browns. The sausages were only cooked on one side. The scrambled eggs were dry and hard.
The tomatoes had beans in them and I'm allergic.

After 10-15 minutes someone brought some bits out. There were no croissants left or other pastries. I ended up having a bowl of cornflakes to gain some nourishment before our journey home.

The bacon and sausages were tasteless. The fried eggs were snotty.

It was just disappointing.

I would suggest larger juice jugs. As they were empty after 4 people filled small glasses.

It was just disappointing and as the last impression, left a lasting impression.

Thank you to all the staff though, who were all really friendly.

The only downside was that the room we were allocated outside in the corridor was a set of doors these were extremely noisy as people didn’t close them quietly also the doors catch on each other when opening them as they are a tight fit this was also causing a loud noise.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly … the company should be proud of them … the only slight negative was the requirement to pay £1.00 by a card in case I ordered at the bar or in my room … I didn’t intend to do either so it seemed needless to ask and as I was staying for an event on the Saturday ( I was there to set up) it was a shame I had to pay for car parking … but apart from that, my stay was a 9.9 out of 10.

The room looked as though someone had used the toilet. The hand soap in the washbasin and the shower was empty. I reported it to reception and they said they would sort it. They didn’t!
The drain to the shower and the washbasin appeared to be blocked. Again it was reported.
The rest of the room was clean and tidy and in good condition

Taking into consideration I stayed at two different hotels during this visit, I have scored this hotel as average. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room decor was lovely & the interior lamps added a classy touch. However, the bathroom, mattresses, and room temperature let the hotel down. The bathroom door was awful to manoeuvre, the mattresses on the family room beds were far too soft, and the room felt cold. I found the security at the other hotel to be a step above from Cedar Court Bradford. Check-out was not very efficient, nor was the male member of staff! He should get a few customer service tips from the friendly ladies I encountered upon arrival. Overall 3/5

The staff were absolutely awesome, from check in to check out. We just have 2 negatives, why aren't there any drawers in the rooms??? Also, our room was close to the construction and we would be woken up at 7:30 every morning, with scaffolding being built and the workers shouting at each other. We were unable to open the curtains first thing as they were right outside our room.

I checked in after midnight (around 1 a.m.) due to travelling up north and booking this place last minute. I had expected a proper 4 star experience, but this hotel is nowhere near that standard at best, it’s a 3 star if that.

The room was unpleasant and felt neglected, nothing like what you’d expect from a supposedly “premium” hotel. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the building, which made it uncomfortable, and the atmosphere wasn’t great either noisy, with drunken guests hanging around outside well into the night.

To top it off, when I went to my car in the morning, someone had messed about with it – no damage, but my windscreen wipers had been left standing upright. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of people staying or loitering here.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay and certainly not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.

We stayed here as a family of five and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The interconnected rooms were ideal, plenty of space, privacy for the adults, and peace of mind with the kids close by. The location was spot on, just a few minutes off the motorway, which made it so easy after a long day of driving. Best of all, the hotel has free parking on-site,no stress, no extra charges. Highly recommend for families on the move!

Booked a room the night before my graduation. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones in the area but exceeded expectations. Modern interior, nice bar and cosy but spacious rooms. We had a slight issue with cleanliness in our room, but the manager couldn’t do enough to apologise and rectify this for us. Would stay again if in the area.

Very clean.
Full length mirror, fan, iron, complementary toiletries, piper crisps, shortbread, tea, coffee, coffee machine with pods.
Honestly, couldn't ask for more.

Reason for the low rating was due to some trouble in the room next door in the middle of the night between a couple which disturbed me and my young family. It was pretty serious. I understand it is not the fault of the hotel but they did not have the courtesy to ask when checking out if we were ok or ask if we were disturbed.

It’s classed as a four star but the quality of room was like am staying in a 2 star hotel, the toilet was not flashing. Plus it’s showing free WiFi which was non existent asked the staff am in the 1 floor and the internet not working he was not bothered helping and said use your own data.
Also the teaspoon were dirty and not cleaned so shows the quality off hotel so don’t get fooled in believing this is a four star more like a 2 star

Upron arrival the alarm was sounding but no staff informed us whether we should have vacated the hotel or stay where we were.
Arrived earlier than planned to be informed if we wanted to check in then there would be a cost of an additional £10 per hr even though the room was ready.
The lift was out of order on the morning of departure & no signage was added to the loft foors informing residents of this issue.
Breakfast was ok. Waiting on staff appeared they didnt really want to be there & were not very attentive.

It’s an extremely noisy hotel. Doors banging through the night, no quiet shutting options. You can hear through the walls in there bathrooms as well and in the corridors there was a very bad smell the morning we left. The bar service was terrible. Was not the young ladies fault as she was on her own. People behind me walked away from the bar. Breakfast was good and the service was good.

Check in was poor, had to do it myself. The ensuite was for a disabled person and while thats ok the door into the toilet was stiff and difficult to use. The toilet seat was loose and the soap for the shower was far to high for any disabled person. The seat in the shower was mouldy. The area near the stairs/lift smelled unpleasant. Parking and indeed the hotel were expensive compared to others in Bradford. The bed however was very comforta ble.
