The staff was amazing and very helpful. My room was dated and there were somethings that needed to be updated. The carpet in my room was terrible. It had blood stains near the bed and throughout the carpet near that area. Even if it was shampooed, the stains were still visible so the carpet should have been changed. I was so grossed out, I checked out my room earlier without a refund unfortunately.

The room had a layer of dust on everything. the ceiling fans made a lot of noise, bathtub wouldn't drain,a/c didn't cool properly. There was mud all over the entrance. To top it off we had to leave early because our city was hit by a tornado. We checked out at 8:00am and they would not reimburse us for the next day. We will never stay at any of there properties again.

We have a handicap son the elevators didnt work they gave us a room on ground floor but wasnt what we paid for they wouldnt give us a partial refund as i paid ahead of time. Front desk lady was not too friendly she told me elevators were not working if anyone notified me i said no. And if i still wanted the room or i wanna go find another in town. Mind u its midnight and we drove 7 hours. I said no we will stay here. So she checks me in runs my card and i ask how much it was and she says she can not disclose that information. I have never had this happen anywhere i go regardless is i book throigh a third party app. Thought it was very strange..
