The place was awful! Holes in the walls and floors, huge roach in the bathroom, mold and water stains everywhere...I would never subject my daughter to staying in these conditions. We refused to stay there after we were shown 3 different rooms and all were terrible. They refused to give us a refund bc we \" missed the window\" to cancel. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was very dusty and surfaces had not been wiped down. The pool water smelled. Due to this I checked out two days earlier. I had a four night stay and only asked to be refunded for the days I didn’t stay. The manager was not available and still have not been able to reach. I am upset that I was not refunded.

When we walked in, there were two dead cockaroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken like someone had kicked it from the inside. At least two towels had holes. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off leavimg exposed glue only with no hook. One bed had stained yellow sheets. We stayed 3 nights. When we went to request cleaning service in the evening, there was no one at the front dest or anyone to answer the bell for 15 minutes. We finally left and returned with our own broom and dust pan. We did get service the next day but did not replenish thw towels.

Room door catches and does not open all the way. The shower floor was cracked and grimy. Paint on the floors and peeling in places on the walls. No lightbulbs in some of the lamps. Eggs were cold. Coffee was not good. But it was quiet and beds are amazing!

Room felt neglected. False sense of a good hotel. Hotel looks and feels old. Needs to be upgraded! Most of lights in room didn’t work. Very little accessories and minimal towels for 2 queen bed room. Had a bag over the smoke detector that hotel management did not notice for upcoming next guest! Will never stay at this hotel again unless major changes are made. Do not recommend especially for the price I paid of $140 per night. Maybe $60-$70 per/night maybe for this hotel. Absolutely ridiculous…

The lady at the front desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to secure a handicap room that had already been assigned to a future guest. She called that guest and confirmed they did not need room 103.

And at checkout, she remembered my name and thanked come for staying there.

AC wasn’t working, no lights in light fixtures, dirty microwave, no fridge, dirty bathroom, dirty coverlet on bed, mattress pad that was so torn up it was bunched up under the sheet. When problems reported to the front desk, the AC was patched and then stopped working again. Told the front desk of the problem at 5:30 pm and maintenance didn’t show up until 9:30 pm. He had a horrible attitude and was disrespectful. Never again trusting a Comfort Inn for an overnight stay.

1 night was too much.

When we arrived they had no more king rooms which is what we’d booked ahead of time and paid for in full. We were given a double bed room and it was NOT clean. The bed skirt had old food stuck to it. There was hair in the tub, the chair in the room looked as though it had never been cleaned. There was stuff stuck to the walls. Overall the hotel is disgusting and outdated to say the least.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy—the carpets were stained and there was a terrible odor coming from the air conditioning unit. I requested a room change immediately, but unfortunately, the second room was no better. On the second night, I encountered a large cockroach, which was the final straw. I checked out early and moved to another hotel, but the staff refused to refund me for the remaining three nights of my reservation. I would not recommend staying here.

Internet did not reach the room. Had to go to the lobby for connection. Both queen beds squeaked with any movement. Upstairs guests' footsteps sounded like clomping. Desk employee said she would contact them. No improvement AM and PM. We had to kill 4 small roaches in bathroom. AC unit very loud. Furniture needed repairs. We assume bad management and construction.

1st room we were given the carpet was wet like if there was a leak in the room. 2nd room we got had roaches in the bath tub, dead roaches behind the couch. Asked staff to clean it they said no we have to ask for room service before 11am only, we got room service they only took out the trash, dead roach was still there. Later that night my wife stepped on another roach alive crawling thru the room. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is disgusting!!! Floors not vacuumed, food smushed in elevator, tile in the room was completely sticky, A/C not on in the halls or room, smelled awful. Personal Shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1/2 full, used. Front desk help agreed to provide refund, and manager denied to Expedia. Called several times to clear up confusion, no response. I reserved a suite room for 5 people to sleep. There was one towel in the bathroom and it was covered in stains. The shower curtain did not close all the way and water got all over the floor. My daughter went down for breakfast and was told they ran out around 8:40am. The pool closing at 9pm on a weekend was a bummer. The kids wanted to swim but couldn’t. The staff does not come in and clean the rooms unless requested.

Fan was broken in bathroom, the device that holds the coffee filter was missing, so no coffee for me unless I went down to the lounge. The walls were dirty. TV only got about 7-8 channels. Morning clerk was rude. No personality at all! Night clerk was super nice. The eggs at breakfast were in a bag and steam cooked. Yuk!!! Definitely will not be staying there again.

When we arrived at the hotel the service was good. While already in my pajamas ready to relax and watch tv, I noticed a pair of very soiled men’s underwear in the area between the mattress and the wall.
I called for someone to remove the underwear. 30 minutes later I called and asked for another room because no one came to retrieve the underwear.
The young man at the front desk agreed to move us to another room. I called had to call back and ask when they were going to move us because it had been about 15-20 minutes. He told me he’d call me back soon. About 5 minutes later he said I could come down and get the new room key myself he could not bring it to me.
By that time I was very upset because it had been close to an hour after I first called and reported the nasty underwear. I retrieved the key and we went to the new room. Ready to relax and go to bed. The beds we’re comfortable and I slept okay once I got over the grossness of the first room experience. The breakfast was ok, but overall the lobby and elevators appeared housekeeping didn’t work on the weekends. Had we not been pressed for time the next morning because of an early appointment , we would have chosen to eat breakfast elsewhere because of the overall cleanliness issues. I will not stay at this facility or any other Comfort Inn and Suites again; and I believe I should be given a partial refund. I chose this place because I have used Hotels.com many times with very few problems. Thank you

Check-in was smooth and without any issues, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. We arrived tired and just wanted to rest, but the pillows had a very unpleasant smell. Upon inspecting the room, we found it to be in unacceptable condition: the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the floor was filthy, and we found cockroaches and even leftover items like false eyelashes.

I filed a complaint the next morning, but the response was slow and not very helpful. Breakfast was another letdown — the coffee tasted like barely colored water, and the overall quality was very poor.

Even though the price seemed reasonable, it in no way made up for the discomfort and lack of cleanliness.

In summary: this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I do not recommend it.

Cockroaches is every corner and behind beds and under shelf and under furniture. Disappointed. How lead me looking under was because I was looking for my headphone checking under furniture and spotted and finds a lot…. So if it's wasn't for my head phone I would be advantaged of and didn't know that's would upset me and felt this hotel wasn't being honest with cleaning. I was former housekeeping and I was hard worker and stayed honest cleanliness. Unfortunately staff housekeeping clean their each assigned to is how they clean as in their home or they doing for money? I cleaned up trash and treat it respectful way and they aren't being respective to guest who booked the Room if that room going to be like that then pricing should not be that high…

Poor facility maintenance. Room had live cockroach in shower, and dead cockroach outside room door. Room door opened half-way because of door hanging. Food from prior customer was left in microwave. Half the lighting didn't work, burned-out bulbs and lamps not plugged in. Night stand lamp had no switch, only a cord that had to be plugged into wall to turn on-off. Air conditioner fan was very noisy and loud enough to awaken us every time it turned on. TV did not work. Breakfast area had food scattered on floor and tables were not bussed. The linens and bathrooms were neat and clean. Food was alright. Manager did not contact us; I left a written page outlining the problems.

This location had pretty good reviews, so we went with it. Our daughter was especially excited about the indoor pool. However, the first night we had unpacked and were getting ready to sleep I noticed a few small dead roaches in the bathroom floor. The next morning, I had also noticed along the side of the mattress my daughter had slept on had small curly hairs (DEF not from her body or from our family at all, who had not been on that bed). Because of my obligations I was too busy to request a new room, so I didn’t have an opportunity mention anything to the staff until we were requesting more towels at the front desk. She seemed to be unconcerned and said that if we need them to come and spray they would do that. I walked away thinking that I don’t want fresh pesticides in our room. No other options were offered.

The walls were also pretty grody, and around the beds against the walls had dust, hairs, and crumbs.

The pool was far from inviting. It was murky and freezing cold. My daughter was adamant about swimming so she stayed in 5 minutes before giving up on any hope of enjoyment. I told her to not put her face under water at all because it seemed questionable. Not to mention the loud fan haphazardly placed in the wall drowning out any hopes of enjoying a conversation with your company.

I’m usually not one to give negative reviews but I was actually very disappointed in this stay.
