This property is in serious neglect. The counter in the bathroom had makeup stains from previous guests. The sink faucet leaked when in use. Upon arrival there was water all over the bathroom floor, we thought the toilet was leaking but didn’t find the source of the leak and it didn't return after we cleaned it up. If you are looking for a slight step above an hourly motel then this is the place. The door to our room was a residential interior door, not exactly screaming security!! We arrived around 11pm and checked in through a window instead of the lobby. I had even called ahead to let them know of the late arrival and was not advised of the lobby situation. The breakfast was lackluster at best! The only redeeming grace was the bakery/mexican resturant adjacent on the property. The staff was friendly and inviting, that is the only saving grace for this location.

The room smelled terrible. The sheets were stained with blood. Asked to have them changed, they gave me queen sized sheets for a king size bed and said I could either take them or sleep in the dirty ones because they had no more. Terrible, terrible terrible. Stains in the sheets, stains in the chairs, DISGUSTING!

The room was clean. Very small refrigerator. It could be a really super place to stay if it was just updated. I liked that it was in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores and it was easy to get about. The room was just tired.

Pet friendly. Next to a major highway so there was constant noise. Breakfast is a waffle maker and some wrapped pastries. The hotel is also next to a busy plaza strip so there are constant trucks bringing in merchandise to the merchants. The hotel is best if you are just passing thru for the night.

Clean rooms, staff was professional. the smoke detector didn’t have a battery tho. need a permit for free parking but not sure if it mattered because it’s was open to park anywhere. deposit was returned. stay was good. no issues with guests being loud. didn’t really notice noise from the freeway with the hotel being right off the exit. the towels were clean but thin and not as absorbent. tv, microwave, small fridge, clock, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, liquid soap, clean sheets, desk, all good.

I had the studio suite for my wife, kids and myself. It had 2 queen beds and a living room with a pull out couch. Had 2 TVs, a really good mini fridge that gets beverages cold, and a microwave that takes some time to heat up your food. But overall, stay was good. Area is close to EVERYTHING. McDonald’s, in n out, sushi, kbbq, liquor stores, taco shop, you name it. All in walking distance. Only thing is, it looks unappealing from outside but inside, it’s not that bad. Don’t judge a book by its covers.

The room was clean, including bathroom and shower/tub.
In particular, I was impressed by their having made good use of small space. Since there is not room for a closet, they have structured a padded bench for sitting and/or as a place to open luggage, with sturdy hooks on a section of reinforced wall for hanging coats or other clothing.

The exterior of the buildings seemed ill maintained.

The TV never worked, and when I had asked the staff about it they were no help.

The receptionist seemed a bit distracted when we came in, and even though we were the only ones in the lobby, it took her longer than expected to take care of us.

It was very much a Motel 6 with a better than avg front desk staff. There was no screen in my window when I arrived, in the maintenance guy was upset that I said no, that the bent one with a a very large hole that wouldn't stay in at the corner wasn't okay for security (ground floor, needed to keep window slightly ajar due to smell). He did replace it with a mich better one a bit later, but with a bit of attitude and not a word. I felt like I put him out. I did notice that only few windows even had screens. I paid the weekday rates, but checked out before paying over $100 plus taxes for the weekend.

I didn't even get to stay here the toilet was ripped out of the bathroom and in the middle of the room on the first night. The front desk person wasn’t helpful either and wouldn’t do anything to make the stay better. I would not recommend staying here at all. They couldn’t get me my refund cause of strict policies and rules. Was I supposed to stay in the same room with a dirty toilet in the middle of the room ? They had several weeks to get the room ready and ALL DAY to make sure it was ready but it was dirty and the toilet looked like there still was pee in it. I was charged 3 days to stay there but didn’t make it past the first 20 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The bed was apparently a purchase from a 1972 thrift store. Broken springs, lumpy and smelly.
People stood outside our door talking loud and smoking which filled our room with smoke. Single pain very old window offered no rest from the freeway noise.

This place was gross. The room smelled like poop due to an unclean bathroom, there was hair on the floor in there, and the floor was so filthy that your feet came up black if you walked barefoot on it. It was very clear that the place wasn’t so much for staying in as much as it was people using it for all the bad reasons. The type of people we saw as time went by sent off major red flags. We didnt even end up staying the night, after a few hours we just grabbed our stuff and left. Stay away from this place. It has bad news written all over it.

I expected the freeway noise but you could also hear every single thing inside the motel as well. People were yelling in the hallway, i could hear the shower next door, the doors are thin and there is like half an inch of space between the door and jam. So if youre a light sleeper, not great. Shower pressure awesome.

The motel is easy to get to and centrally located. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was in each day. The mattresses were old boxsprings and we're not comfortable. Water pressure in the sink was very low, and the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needed to be replaced. The róom had a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker. The breakfast served was all carbs. Coffee was available but there were no lids for the cups. Overall, I would not stay at this motel again. 1.5 stars at best. ,

I was rather amazed at how clean and well kept the room was with a modern feel. Plenty of choices to eat and shop close by and the a/c blew cold and was in good, clean condition. The only drawback was that the toilet had a weak flush. Still, definitely a great deal for what you pay for in comfort and cleanliness.
