They don't change towels daily, you have to keep asking for them to do it and it took them two days to do it, you have to pay for the electricity bill and the food isn't very varied.

Hotel was good. Rooms were clean but a bit dated and standard hotel grade couch, beds. Pool was nice, the hotel restaurant was very good but expensive. Outside the hotel was a litttle underdeveloped and the walk down to the beach was okay but didn’t feel totally safe as a tourist at night. During the day it's fine though. Nearby public beach is fine, a bit small and crowded on a Thurs evening, but clean enough and nice sand/water.

I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. I recommend the restaurant at the property they have brick oven pizza and other good dishes(if you go on the weekend make a reservation) the waiter that take care of us was very knowledgeable of the menu really make me feel at home, after a long day at the beach which is a walkable distance came back to relax by the pool, for my luck he was at the bar good cocktails. My son like it he said “ we have to be back here”

Apartment was roomy and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was beautiful and clean. Walk to beach and restaurants. On-site restaurant with entertainment, singer was awesome and sang a variety of songs and genres. It was a vibe!

Hi. Hope to help you make a better choice when you go the dominicos property. It was infested with roaches since day 1 hiding behind the cabinet drawers next to the sink. We spoke to manager and the exterminator(guy at front desk) sprayed roach poison all over. We stayed for 6 days and everyday we had to clean roaches 10 to 20 on average and the apt stunk like roach spray. Also the shower heads toilet handles were broken. Apt in pictures is nicely decorated. Real apt is in bad shape and in need of work. If you can go somewhere else...

They put us at a completely different property named Cadaques Caribe. \"Private beach\" is a complete false advertisement. They really mean the beach at the property. No hot water, charges you for electricity and parking spot miles away. Probably the worst hotel experience that Ive ever had...

Found many roaches in bathrooms and kitchen. One of the beds was infected full with bedbugs. Found the bedbugs on the last night of our stay, after my daughters complained of many bites on their back and arms. They charged us extra for the consumption of electricity despite the fact it was never mentioned in the reservation. Wifi was useless. Even the towels were very low quality, very thin and small. Awful place to stay.

Great weekend getaway

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, everything was in place, kitchen well equipped, air conditioner worked well, the beach is 400 meters away, the pool at the premises is great, local bar, restaurants, minimarket are close to the property, safe and quiet, really enjoyed my staying at los flamencos.

I try to travel every year With the family and this is the first time I used orbitz. We make reservation months before the corona virus and we couldn’t make the trip because of it, and orbitz made sure we got our refund back from flights and hotel Reservation. As a customer I was very please by how they took care of me. I recommend orbitz to any of My friend.

It was nice and spacious w kitchen. Pool was great. Be aware that you have additional fees based on electricity used as this is an apart hotel. They also gave a duster property that has a big pool w water slides ( closed Wednesday). You have to drive to get there and communication to get in could be hectic. I’d recommend staying there as the price is like $25 dollars more A night and you are right on the ocean and right next to the natural refuge land!! It’s called Caraques or something like that.

So what you are doing here is renting a condo from a company that runs a hotel. So anything wrong in the place is up to the owner. The lights in our stay were different colors and low wattage, making it all a bit weird at night, and unnecessarily dark. I don't like electric stoves, and that the person or people staying are also paying the electricity, not an awful concept, but for a place this expensive, adding insults to injury. We liked the location mostly. Local drivers working for the various resorts are aggressive and really don't care about the tourists, so drive with care. the beach is shallow and lots of coral so be careful, that said, it is also right next to a national parks, go for a beach walk or hike in the forest, bring bug spray. Oh and if you want to cook your own meals, go to Jumbo, which is a 15-20 minute drive away, your wallet will thank you.

Very disappointed with the service of the staff. To start with, I did not realized that my reservation was without breakfast, and they charge 10 dollars per person or a mediocre buffet. I complained for this but could not reach an agreement with the staff. I ended up having breakfast at another location. They only provide one towel per person (Bath towel). No hand towels, pool towels, or additional towels. We arrived at 5pm and the room was not ready... We stay 3 nights and they never went to clean the room or change towels or linens. Parking is outside the building but very uncomfortable, sometimes it was full and you have to park almost on the street.
But the worse was the bill. They charge for power an astronomical price that does not make any sense. We paid almost 20 dollars and we only slept there and used one AC only. They charge power and food in pesos, which they convert into dollars at a rate of 51 pesos per one dollar, witch is a lot less that the official rate. But at the end they convert the dollars again into pesos because credit cards in the Dominican Republic only accept charges in pesos. There they use an exchange rate of 54 pesos per dollar witch is again far more than the official rate. I had to argue with the staff so that they did not do that to me. I felt they wanted to screw me!!!
Will never go back to this property. Do not recommend at all.

The room or apartment that i rented was not what was advertised. The bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. I was not told that i had to pay for electricity when i checked out. Parking on the property was a hassle. Not too many amenities on site that we seen. It just was not convenient. I would not stay here agaian.

The location was extremely nice. It was quiet and secluded. Everything you need is there. Recommend. We had a few problems. We were on the first floor and there was a clog somewhere in the line. We got some water in through the kitchen sink and a few ants. Otherwise, perfect stay.

There are some unforseen expenses including an electricity rate and deposit. I also find they are more convenient to Punta Cana airport which is about a 45 minute ride as opposed to 90 minute ride from Santo Domingo. Traveling to wither airport is expensive if you are traveling alone expect to spend between 60 to 100 depending on which airport and your ability to negotiate. I did not find the best food options on the ground and it was overpriced as well as a bit unimpressive. Access to the towns is fairly easy if you dont mind taking there public transportation which can be bit tricky as well.

It'd Be Better if They\"d Care to Fix Things

Very spacious apartments with so much potential but ownership/management try to squeeze every cent out of you without helping you with your requests. Paying $25 for cleaning plus $25 for electricity for three days which we were very diligent to conserve was not OK with me. One shower wasn't working, one toilet wasn't flushing, no lighter for the stove, the person came to see it and told me it was going to be fixed next day. No one showed up. Please stop calling hotel, it ain't. They are apartments where you do pretty much everything.

Great find. Plenty of room nice terrace great balcony. Great beach 7 min walk away.used this as multiple location holiday in Dominican republic, which worked really well. Great day trip to somoa island on catamaran organised by reception. Staff were great.also close enough to do a day trip to capital San Domingo.pretty chilled out place. The breakfast is very nice only about 6 dollars. Can recommend.

The room was great, they have a full kichen, clean pool, confortable bed, clean bathroom and the beach only you have to walk for 5 Minutes.

Comfortable and great location

I love this hotel! Room was big and very nice. Hotel is very clean, there were no mosquitoes, and they have a beautiful pool. Great location near Dominicos Beach and casino in front. The gentleman at the front desk at night was very helpful and friendly. All of the staff were great and nice (except the chef at the restaurant).

Description of hotel seemed nice but not pleased with stay. Beach is a 15 minute walk and very crowded public beach. No internet in hotel room and energy meter in room will add additional cost of stay. I was told it was ok to check out one day early then 30 minutes later my card was charged extra day. I regret staying here.

The hotel itself isn't terrible and the staff is okay. However they charge for electric consumption, a cleaning fee and advertise WiFi but didn't have any. Front desk claimed they would bring a router to compensate but that didn't happen either . They later declined Expedia any right to me receiving a partial refund for false advertising. No way I would stay here again and no way would I recommend it.

The only issue was that maintenance work was going on which was a bit loud and involved turning off water and also spray painting. We requested that they use paint brushes instead as the paint was getting in the pool and they duly did that. This was a great place to stay but there are limited supermarket options so best to stock up in a larger town.

Lots of Pro's and Con's

Well I'll write in a nutshell my story. This was booked trough expedia for one day. We arrived around 2 pm using the gps to a place near the hotel and a friendly person gave us directions on how to reach the hotel. We got there knowing that check in was at 4 pm which was fine for us. They recieve us at Flamenco Hotel and requested a $100 deposit or an identification (option taken) and $25 for a cleaning fee. Since we were early they gave us free drinks which was apreciated and told us that we were going to stay at \"Cadaques Bayahibe\" near Flamencos. So we went to Cadaques escorted by a gentleman and put our bracelet on. The gentleman tells us that he will call us when the room is ready. We were thinking around 4 pm so we sat around and paid for the wifi ( $5 per two items for 24 hours). At 4 pm I asked for my room and basically the lady at Cadaques with a very bad attitude tells us that this is not their administration and that she cant help us. So I got upset ( not to use foul languages) and went back to Flamenco and said what had just happened. Thing is that 30 minutes later we finally have the room at Caracol Building with 2 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds, awesome view and 4 air conditioners. The lady whom represented the owner of the apartment was an angel an apologized for all the bad events. Staff at Cadaque doesnt know what is customer service at all. We went to the pool and beach and had a nice time. The next day during the check out I ask how much do I have to

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen fühlten uns sowas von unwohl wie selten zuvor. Nie wieder!

Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel. Tambien los domingos Bella'Mbriana tiene Brunch disponibles, aunque mas tarde.

Les appartements près de la plage de sont pas dans cette résidence mais dans la résidence Cadaques . Les appartements sont vieux et la prestation de pietre qualité . Cependant le personnel a la réception du Los flamencos sont sympathique et tres pro ( vraiment rien de négatif a leur encontre ) Bref a près de 300 euros la nuit sans petit dej on s'attend clairement a mieux qu'un appartement vieux et plein d'humidité sans eau chaude

Te hacen un cargo extra por la luz, entonces es malo por el aire acondicionado, nosotros usamos solo el abanico por lo mismo, no estaba bien limpio los baños y estaba en malas condiciones la ducha, un baño tapado tuvimos que pedir ayuda para que lo fueran a resolver.
El de la recepción de la noche no fue tan amable

El personal es muy atento, la ubicacion es buena cerca de la playa y hay variedad de restaurantes y tiendas que puedes llegar caminando a todo. Lo unico malo que pasi durante mi estancia es que se fundio un foco el primer dia y el segundo dia el internet de wifi se fue y no regreso mas.
