This was the third time my family and I vacationed here. We love that this property accommodates for larger families and you can obtain a house rather just a hotel room. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and considering how large this property is they do a great job of maintaining it. Food at the restaurants is excellent and well priced. Beach is clean and because of the retaining wall the water is always calm. Highly recommend.

Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go.

Our stay at Casa de Campo was fantastic. We really enjoyed the unique feel of the resort. It doesn't feel like a hectic all-inclusive resort at all, if anything it feels more like a neighborhood that happens to have world-class golf courses, great restaurants and a stunning beach.

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, helpful and would go out of their way to help. Jesus, our assigned concierge, was super proactive at making sure we were happy and all of our needs were met.

I want to make a special mention of Yocasta, the maid assigned to our villa. She is so helpful, and was one of the main reasons we enjoyed our stay so much. She cooked delicious breakfasts every morning, had coffee ready by the time we woke up, helped us with lunch and any food needs we had, prepared fantastic smoothies for the kids while they played in the pool, and made sure that everything was spotless all the time. We are so thankful for her incredible service.

The resort itself is breathtaking, massive, and meticulously maintained. Cruising around the beautiful property in our own golf cart was one of our favorite highlight

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!

Really just blown away by the whole thing. The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were very clean. It’s a sprawling property and having a golf cart made it a ton of fun to explore. The beach was pretty, Teeth of the Dog is easily a top-5 course even for someone who takes pride in destination golf. Can’t say enough good things. All the staff was friendly and Eduard, Axel and Sebastian went the extra mile to help coordinate transportation. 10/10 and I hope we can come back!

Room was impeccable, turned in bed at night. Very convenient access to everything by the room assigned golf cart. So much to do, and nightly entertainment was great. Thank you for accommodating us and for going above and beyond by letting us stay in the same room after extending our stay. Breakfast buffet had everything and it was great. Restaurants by marina were good too as well as the restaurant by the beach. Attention management feedback one night we wanted more variety and went out to eat at a local spot in Boca de Yuma and the food was amazing with all the respect better than the resort, it would be great if you can implement some of those local fish dishes and have that experience for your guests.Thank you

We stayed at the premier rooms, which where amazing rooms with high ceilings and luxurious finishes. The staff at the premier was exceptional. Our concierge Glenny tookcare of all our requests and all the employees where very nice. I left my phone on the beach and it was returned to me immediately. We loved our stay so much we cancel our other reservations in punta Cana to stay one more night unfortunately all the premier rooms where taken so we got slightly downgraded to the elites. Glenny had a last minute cancellation and we ended up back in the same premier room , this place is the best resort I have been too and I will be coming back.

It was a great hotel private resort with good food. It is expensive.
There was a golf tournament on that was not on their website so we could not play their golf courses. They did not even compensate transportation to another Golf course.
But would come back in spite of the golf problem.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty to do across the grounds - from beach to pool to tennis and archery. With our premier room we enjoyed the separate premier lounge and premier concierge accessible by text. Our family would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Our expectations were high for this storied resort. But ultimately, we were disappointed. The scene on arrival was chaotic. With our Expedia premium status we were told earlier arrival was possible. But our rooms were not available until considerably past the 4 PM check in time. The overly crowded beach made it impossible to find three beach chairs. The food was OK, but not equal to the cost. Our best time was up at Alto de Chevon, a quiet and lovely village recreation. Bottom line… We were so excited and thinking we would prolong our stay there our final day but instead found ourselves anxious to leave. Too bad. Considering it’s famous past we felt it had lost it magic.

Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience

At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price.

Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through Expedia, the value was not there.

The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate.

Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart.

Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced.

The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards.

Beach and set up is amazing - sunset and coral blue water. Only thing I would improve is the main pool not being heated at the main lobby area.

Everything about casa de campo was amazing . Staff was the best and paid attention to every detail. The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever played and been on. Food was top tier. If you go SBG is an absolute must to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip.

This place was so boring we had to leave and go somewhere else diring the day to find something fun. It was like being at a country club in the US. I could barely tell i was on an island. Definitely just a golf resort and that wasnt what i was looking for. No fun. Food wasnt the greatest. No good music. No diversity.

Our Premier room was excellent but the other two rooms we had for our adult children were very disappointing and spartan - not what we expected for such a high rate. The other disappointments were the lack of walking and running paths. It was very hard to go for long runs or walks that did not require going on the road. Finally the oppressive tip culture, which I do not blame on the employees, was tiring. This is the worst when going down to sit on a beach chair and really bad at Catalina Island where vendors are on you to buy jewelry, rent snorkeling gear, etc. The food was better than expected and the weather, pools and beaches very nice. The problem we had, was that we payed Four Seasons\St Regis Rates (where we usually stay, and the experience was Disney\Atlantis.

The staff was pleasant and courteus. The rooms were dated and the sliding doors were not functional. The resort was well manicured especially compared to areas nearby. The beach was man made and not great. The pool was attractive, food and drinks were nice but closer to NY prices, and the golf carts were ok but necessary. Resort could have been anywhere in the world - kind of a basic Marriott look.
