First time feeling unsafe traveling alone
I had to leave the property because it was unsafe and in a neighborhood that did not look anything like the ad on hotels.com. I'm hoping to get a refund for the money I had to pay on a hotel to get somewhere safe. The internet didn't work, the windows did not lock, the neighborhood was not great and a woman traveling alone should be aware of the fact that the next door neighbors to the apartment complex is a sex shop. The internet wasn't satisfactory I came to work and I had to use my personal hotspot at international rates to be able to work. I left within 12 hours. Just be careful I would not go there again

This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!

It's the second time i have stayed here, the staff are friendly n helpful, the rooms are very spacious n clean n it' close to the seafront bars/restaurants.

Great location apartment and well equipped. The third floor balcony was a sun trap. As the evenings were chilly the heating was very good and made the apartment very cosy. The TV had English channels, when you requested the extra remote (this was free). The only thing missing was any form of lamps, so lighting was rather harsh in the evening and no full length mirror. The area was very quiet but near to restaurants and the beach. We would stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful.. the apartment was big and the two bedrooms quite nice.
There was quite a lot of noise one night but a word with the reception and they sorted it out for us.
Be aware air con is an extra charge, which we did take up.

We had booked a three bed apartment for two nights, in January, for March There was only two of us but my o/h has had both knees replaced and needs a walk in shower so we were willing to pay the extra.
The day before check in, we received a phone call, as we were enjoying the sights of Alicante, informing us a three bed was no longer available. We had no choice but to accept the two bed apartment we were offered . Feeling very unsettled , the next day we went by taxi rather than the bus to ensure that we did have a room! The young lady was very apologetic and said we could have the room at two rather than four p.m.
The sofa and chair were tatty and uncomfortable. The balcony faced another block so the apartment got very little natural light ( no sun at all) and was freezing, even though it was 20- 23 degrees outside. We felt as if we were back in student digs in the sixties and seventies. Luckily we only had two nights to suffer so please make sure you do not get an apartment ending in A if you are staying longer.

Excellent situation,surrounded by bars, restaurants and only 2 minutes from the beach. Good wi-fi in the rooms and English free view T V also. Fabulous value for money.Rooms spotless and air con very efficient.

Overpriced, noisy and uncomfortable !
Very disappointed with this accommodation, furniture uncomfortable, for 2 weeks couldn't find a comfortable chair to sit in. Kitchen minimum crockery, lacked basic cooking essentials or they were not of a condition we would use. Checked out early couldn't stay any longer with the constant noise late into the night from the people in the neighbouring building. By far the worst place we've ever stayed, very overpriced for what you get.

quiet place for a short family staying in torre
three persons stayed for on eweek in Fresno - very good location : 120 meters to the sea, 12 minutes on foot to Mercadona and bus station. Three bedroom apartments were comfortable but the sheets have been changed once a week. Also short timit limit for the personnel desk.

Great front desk Danish man forget his name. Hotel close 2pm 4 pm for fiesta. Front desk Close after 9 pm how can you suppose to get keys and get inside if you booked online. Half a block from the beach. Free parking on front of the hotel. Good price

STAYED 4 weeks here and enjoyed our stay HUGO and Assistant very good and friendly the cleaner lady was the same nothing to much trouble. we enjoyed the Shot walk 2/300 metre,to hice beach bars and restuants, good shops very close in all can reckomend to anyone thanks.

Llevo yendo durante muchos años a estos apartamentos, desde que iba de pequeño con mis padres, hasta ahora que viajo con mi pareja, o con amigos, y están exactamente igual al primer dia.
Cada vez está todo más deteriorado, desde los muebles del apartamento, a manchas de paredes, o poca luz.
El año pasado no tuve más remedio que hospedarme en el bajo (no habia mas hueco) y aparte de un olor horrible a tuberia, el mueble del baño estaba muy deteriorado.
Este año en julio, nos quedamos en otra altura, y bueno sin olores, pero el menaje cada vez es peor, tijeras rotas que no cortan, platos con manchas...
Aún asi volví en Agosto con mi pareja, nos dieron una interior, y sinceramente hay que cambiar las luces, no alumbran nada, son del siglo pasado. Pero lo peor de esta ultima vez fue la atencion de recepcion por parte de una señora morena alta y con muy malas maneras. Siempre a partir de las 14:00 si estaba disponible dejaban entrar, sin cobrar suplemento (lo entenderia si fueran las 10), y quedando 2 horas para la entrada normal me queria cobrar 30 euros. Luego que la plaza de garaje si pagaba las 3 noches ya me daba una mejor, cuando siempre me han dado una, y lo pagas todo al final, se lo digo, y me dice que vale, y me da la más estrecha de todas en un rincon, sabiendo que llevo un todoterreno porque me lo pregunta, y habia muchas vacias... vaya mujer más rancia.
Sin embargo, sus compañeras, tanto la que siempre me ha atendido, una pelirroja y la otra joven morena, da gusto asi

La seule petite chose, c’est de peut-être modifier la literie, car les matelas sont très durs ce qui entraîne un réveil difficile ainsi que quelques douleurs matinales mais sinon tout est parfait ! 😄

Tras muchos años yendo a estos apartamentos, esta vez tuvimos que reservar en el bajo ya que estaba todo lleno.
Puestos a opinar, hemos llegado a la conclusion de que nos gustaban mas los apartamentos en sus diferentes alturas, ya que nuestro bajo en concreto tenia el cuarto de aseo más deteriorado de la cuenta, y en la habitación obviamente se escuchaban mas los ruidos tanto de la calle como de la zona colindante que es recepcion. Pero bueno, para 2 noches en la Playa del Cura siguen siendo una grandisima opcion, y ademas con sus plazas de parking, ya que en fin de semana imposible aparcar por ahi cerca.
Repetiremos seguramente, e intentaremos hacerlo con tiempo para poder elegir un apartamento en alguna de las 4 o 5 alturas que tienen.

Apartamento amplio, parecía una vivienda y eso que era el pequeño... Las camas muy cómodas, el sofá también. Tiene todo lo necesario, aunque la terraza es algo pequeña. La playa está muy cerca, girando una esquina.
Por poner alguna pega, la taza del wc estaba un poco suelta y un dia nos despertó el recepcionista de noche a las dos de la madrugada porque habia saltado una alarma de incendios y tenia que comprobar por ley.

Correcte gastvrije ontvangst, duidelijke afspraken over huisregels en betaling van het eindbedrag via credit card. Omdat dit appartementenhotel voortdurend op 80% bezetting zit, hadden wij het geluk dat wij bij het inchecken met 3 personen een 6 Pers appartement kregen toegewezen. Ipv 2 slpk en 1 bad/toiletkamer kregen wij nu 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer(ligbad, wc en bidet) en een aparte kamer bestaande uit dubbelbed slaapkamer met apart douche/wc ruimte. Keuken met wasmachine en dat allemaal voor een goedkoper betaald arrangement. Klasse!
Wij hadden een klein balkon (voor max 4 personen) waar ik buiten een sigaretje kon roken en naar de gezellige drukte op de doorgaande weg kon kijken. Maar ach, de meeste tijd brachten wij door buiten het appartement door Torrevieja en omgeving te verkennen.
Kleine huisdieren zijn toegestaan en er heerst binnenkamers een niet-roken regime. Op centrale punten zijn rookmelders aangebracht en bevinden zich ook de nodige blusmiddelen. Goede aanduidingen vluchtroutes bij calamiteiten. Er is 24/7 een bemande receptie.
Wij hadden een wasmachine maar het hotel heeft deze ook. Op het dakterras is genoeg ruimte om jouw eigen was gescheiden van de hotelwas op te hangen, vanwege de zon en de milde wind was droog binnen 4 uren!
Wij komen volgend jaar weer terug. Wij hebben genoten van de zon, het eten, de omgeving en van de rust tijdens de nachtelijke uren. De wifi is uitstekend dus wij konden hier goed contact houden met het thuisfront. Ruim aanbevolen!!
