Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s very tired ! But on the plus side the room was kept clean. That being said we didn’t dare go in the pool as we didn’t want to risk getting ill.

The most valuable asset to the hotel is the reception man from Argentina who chatted Man United football with my husband.So friendly,professional and despite being due to finish his shift continued with us and made my husband a fantastic cup of coffee.The place was very clean and we even got complimentary toothbrushes and mini toothpaste. Our room was fine but the pool wasn’t open until June and we were not informed it was closed. We also had abuse from a member of staff after we attempted to open the same door that we had been using for the last 5 nights! After calling us all the names under the sun as we walked up stairs he remarked “only the British” The reception staff and cleaners were lovely but the fact we had no where to sun bath or sit in shade unless we sat in bars or paid €28 on the beach. I wouldn’t have stayed if we had been informed on the pool being closed and not being able to use any outside space. The thing was it looked ok but wasn’t meant to be open until June and we stayed the 12/05/24-18/05/24

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. The hotel is very dated and desperately needs a refurb. The beds have blankets not duvets and there are no English channels on the TV although I cannot complain about this as I had read the same on a review prior to booking. The location is very good with lots of bars and restaurants frequented by expats that were still reasonably busy despite the coronavirus restrictions and other areas being deserted. I left the next morning determined to never return but I found myself returning that very evening due to the location and the lack of alternative hotels in the area.This time I asked for a double bed and was obliged but I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed had a very thick layer of plastic sheeting immediately under the sheet crinkling and making noises. I understand that the hotel needs to put mattress protectors on but using a plastic tarpaulin is not the answer. It made me sweat and gave me constant thoughts of what may be beneath although I declined to look. If an alternative hotel opened in this area then this reasonably large hotel would surely not entice a single guest.

Las habitaciones no son nada insonorizadas, se escucha todo el ruido de fuera de la calle, y de pisos de arriba...( en la hora de la siessiesta a la gente le da por mover sillas continuamente no permitiendo el descanso de la gente sobretodo de los niños)La piscina muy pequeña y descuidada . Zonas muy sucias , mantenimiento muy dejado. La piscina infantil sin zona de acceso. No tiene escaleras para que los niños salgan o entren. No somos muy kiskillosos y ya por el precio,.no esperábamos mucho pero al menos un cartelito leíble en la entrada. Tiene pinta de que sólo le dan el mantenimiento preciso para pasar la ITV xD.
Nos dió la impresión de que estábamos sólos en el edificio si no fuese por la falta de insonorización de las habitaciones.
Y si esperáis un detalle, como nevera con agua o que la habitación esté climatizada a vuestra llegada, olvidarlo. Por suerte el aire funcionaba aunque el motor podía pegarse 15 minutos rumbando como un camión,hasta que cogía temperatura.
Por otro lado el baño o aseo era pequeño , pero a agradecer los vasos reciclables , y 3 rollos de papel higiénico sin empezar. En otros hoteles son 1 y 1/2.
También tienen piscina, pero estaba cerrada y a la vista de todo aquel que pasee por esa calle y la contigua.
Y muy buena ubicación,.para comer,.pasear, comprar,etc.....
